MeteorJS gives error on start: no such package: 'wrench' - meteor

My MeteorJS app used to have Wrench package, but now it is removed from the app. It used to be under /packages folder. Also all references to the Wrench are removed. Still, when running 'meteor' command, it gives error and refuses to launch:
=> Errors prevented startup:
While building the application:
error: no such package: 'wrench'
=> Your application has errors. Waiting for file change.
Running mrt install, mrt update didn't helped. Searching through the app there are no 'wrench' occurrences. I'm pretty much out of ideas where Meteor finding references to Wrench, and how to remove those.

Dotnet Core NuGet package dependency build issue on Azure DevOps

With no changes at all to source code or pipelines, I am now experiencing an issue where none of my build pipelines work anymore in Azure DevOps. The package that is being referenced isn't a dependency for this project, nor has it ever been. I can't work out what's causing this or how I can go about troubleshooting.

Local (manual) build works fine. I have already tried clearing Nuget cache and VSTS agent cache. A quick workaround might be to solve the authorisation issue (even though the package isn't required) however I'm not sure how to go about doing this.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Even though my Personal Access Token had not expired, for some reason I needed to remove and add this package back to my sources with the same PAT. This resolved the authentication issue and therefore resolved the build issue.
It is still unclear to me as to why this package is being considered as a dependency for this project though.

EPERM: operation not permitted, unlink C:\Users

I am using Meteor 1.4.3.2 on a windows7 dev environment.
A Meteor application I have developed has been great for 6+ months but I have caused a problem by removing modules and apparently something I should not have.
Something outside the application folders (sym-link pointing into \AppData\Local.meteor.. somewhere) is missing/wrong, I think.
All other projects are fine, except this one.
All of my backup copies for this project are failing now too, including fresh clone from repo.
No 'meteor' commands will in this project, or it's backup copies, so 'meteor reset' is not an option.
The error is:
C:\Users\muser\iNotice>meteor
C:\Users\muser\AppData\Local\.meteor\packages\meteor-tool\1.4.3_2\mt-os.windows.

Any suggestions on best approach to fix the application?
Thanks very much for your time and expertise.
Pick one of the following:
You can delete the content of your .meteor/local folder (repopulated next time you run > meteor)
Or call meteor as an admin
Or remove the read-only access on the dev_bundle folder (but Windows sets it back to read-only from time to time)
Thanks #n3squik!
Here are the actions I took which fixed my problem.
Remove folders:
C:\Users\muser\testApp\.meteor\local\dev_bundle*\*
C:\Users\muser\AppData\Local\.meteor\packages\meteor-tool\1.4.0-1\*
Ran:
C:\Users\muser\testApp> meteor run
The application started up and all seems good.
Thanks again Stack.

Error: Unhandled Exceptions when trying to deploy / (re)publish ShinyApps.io

I have a shiny app that depends on a GitHub package. I recently updated the GitHub package, so I want to republish the shiny app as well. I have made no changes to the shiny app code at all, and it runs without error in RStudio. But, when I go to republish it, I get these messages in the Deploy tab of RStudio.

I am running the latest versions of R (3.2.5) and RStudio (0.99.893) on Windows 7, and I made sure all the packages have been updated.
I searched around for folks reporting similar errors (and solutions) and found didn't find anything helpful.
I'd appreciate any tips.

Did you update to R 3.2.5? It seems shinyapps.io is not ready for this.
I had these errors yesterday. Roll back to 3.2.4 and it will work.
Note this is confirmed in shinyapps forum:
"Is it at all possible that you are running with R version 3.2.5? If
so, downgrading to 3.2.4 should fix this issue. The error message
should be saying something like: shinyapps.io doesn't support this
version of R yet."

Error: Unhandled Exception: 'NoneType' object has no attribute '__getitem__'

I am loading one of the example apps from Shiny R into ShiniApps.io`
library(shinyapps)
shinyapps::setAccountInfo(name='xxx', token='xxx', secret='xxx')
deployApp("01_hello")
and then I get this error:
Error: Unhandled Exception: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getitem'
The app appeared in the web-page of Shinyapps.io as "undeployed".
Any clue what may be causing this error? the error is the same whether I run R 64 or 32 bit.
I had the same problem today. I wasn't able to successfully deploy a new app (getting the same error), but I was able to redeploy a previous app.
I have tried removing all packages and code from my new app (left only empty shinyServer and shinyUI functions uncommented) and still couldn't deploy.
Restarted R several times. Updated all packages. Nothing helped.
A few hours later I tried to deploy again and it passed without errors.
I know this is not exactly an answer but I suspect it was a server-side error because it failed during the "Starting instances" step of deployment.
So try to deploy it again, hope it works this time.
