Transform manager error with large files only - iis-7

I'm using IIS Transform Manager to transcode my .ISMV files. All the configuration is working file with small size files like 100 MB, 400 MB.. etc
But when I try to transcode 1.36 GB file, I'm getting following error (I'm using VC-1 IIS Smooth Streaming - 720p CBR.xml preset for transcoding):

I faced the similar issue and I did following steps:
1) Uninstall Transform Manager.
2) Download Expression Encoder SP2 setup from here and install it. Please remember don't uninstall the previous one. This will update the previously installed copy.
3) Now try transcoding.
I hope this will help you.

Visual Basic 2015 project for VB.NET to work in XP

Apologies for my lack of knowledge as I do not have much experience.
I have created a VB.NET application using visual basic 2015 however, when I tried to run the application on XP Professional Version 2002 SP3 I get the follow error message.
I have for the life of me do not know how to fix this. The .net framework which the application was created in was 4.5.2.
The application works perfectly on Windows 7 and Windows 10.
However, issues are only on XP

XP only supports the .NET Framework up to version 4.0. If you want to run it on XP you'll need to change the target framework to 4 and re-compile the project.

MSDeploy build after win upgrade

I am doing a msdeploy in the Developer Command Prompt (Admin) and after updating to Win 8.1 Pro, I get this error after running the command.
I did not get this error before the update I got another error USER NOT ADMIN to fix this I had to upgrade so I could create a group and add deploy as Admin.
Please forgive any bad formatting first timer.

And deleting modules.zip

ClickOnce Application try to find an application manifest in a wrong location (strange parameters)

This is my third post on ClickOnce, but each of them has its own subject so I hope nobody minds this. I'm urgently migrating the existing app to the new server. I publish a ClickOnce application to a server (online usage only, not for install), and if I try to execute it via web browsers, I get a message box saying "Cannot continue. My server address is http://**.**.***.173:10080, and a clickonce app is published in http://**.**.***.173:10080/*****/ClickOnce folder.
I assume it tried to find an application manifest file (.manifest) with these several weird parameters (or query strings?) such as comid, userjpname, userfullname, canregist, canmanage, True and systemid, and thus it returned an error.
In my deployment manifest file, the location of the application manifest file is specified as below. No idea where these parameters came from.
<dependentAssembly
dependencyType="install"
codebase="MYAPPNAME_9_9_9_99\MYAPPNAME.exe.manifest"
size="8532">
<assemblyIdentity
name="MYAPPNAME.exe"
version="1.0.1.43"
publicKeyToken="*************"
language="neutral"
processorArchitecture="msil"
type="win32" />
Did you try to sign the application and deployment manifests again?
Reading you description again, I'm a bit confused.
First you create an application manifest.
Then you sign it.
Then you create a deployment manifest and explicitly point it to your application manifest.
Then you sign this, too.
(btw: you have to do the signing part every time you change something.)

SQLite.NET Installer Project

I am having some issues making a setup project in visual studio 2010. I am using Addin-express to make a program associated with Microsoft Excel and I am using in it SQLite for a simple database. I have read other answers on stackoverflow but their solutions have not aided me.
I am using SQLite.net which can be found at http://sqlite.phxsoftware.com. I have not been able to connect to that website so the direct link to the dll is http://sourceforge.net/projects/sqlite-dotnet2/
This addin is using the 32 bit version of Microsoft Office Excel, though I am running 64 bit windows 7, and so I have included the 32 bit version of the dll in the Visual Studio 2010 project. I have had no problems running the 32 bit dll in Visual Studio debugging and so I have included that same dll in my Visual Studio install project. However, when I run this install program on my virtual machine (also Windows 7 64 bit) I receive the following error and stack trace:

---- Stack Trace ----
I have tried building this project both with the "Any CPU" and "x86" platforms and neither has worked. I have tried using the 64 bit version of the DLL and it has given me the badimageformat exception which leads me to believe that the 32 bit version is the correct version to use. I have placed the system.data.sqlite.dll both in the root folder for my addin and in the root folder for excel and neither has resolved my issue. I am completely out of ideas, though I am an inexperienced .NET programmer so I am looking for advice here on how to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your input.
Please use this far more up-to-date system.data.sqlite.dll that supports the latest versions of sqlite and .Net:
