I've just noticed this issue in my sencha touch 2 app:
- If you are using Application Cache and also managing states through hash or other technique, the history object will not keep your navigation history, therefore history.back() will never work and history.length stays in 1 forever.
Any idea whether there is a workaround to solve this?

Alright so in the link below someone already described my issue that I am encountering.
https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/699982
Basically means that on bookmarked pages on IOS 15, if you minimize the window. dropdownsoptions will become invisible.
now my client luckily accepts that is something I can not solve. But I was wondering if there are workarounds besides telling the users to close their bookmark after using the webapp. like is there a way to hard refresh the browser in such way after minimizing so the users don't have to close the webapp every time?
I want to know what disabling CSSOM View Scroll Coordinates flag in chrome://flags does and how can i replicate this behavior using code in my ReactJS app.
Additional information :
It seems after Chrome 85 update, ag-grid RTL support breaks and the grid is not able to scroll the content and sometimes the cells becomes white, i had to dig very deep into the past questions and try a lot of far fetched solutions to find what i have.
I found out that disabling CSSOM View Scroll Coordinates in chrome://flags will fix the bug!~ but the problem is i don't want to force my users and teach them to do this just so my app works, so i thought what ever disabling CSSOM View Scroll Coordinates does, maybe i can replicate it using css code or some other code
I have already reported this issue in ag-grid's git-hub but i'm still waiting for them to offer a solution in the mean time if i can get this to work only using code, it would be great as i have a lot of users which are not able to use my app just because of this simple bug ..
Thank you.
I have the Piczard SimpleImageUploader in a asp.net based management tool for a product catalog that seems to work just fine for most users, but for some users, the Edit popup will show, but then the image does not load. The logo and progress will just stay there and never move. Users are typically in IE 11 on a Windows 7 PC. We have tried in other browsers, but FF and Chrome seem to not allow the popup at all, probably due to the branching of Flash, which Piczard seems to need to run.
Could there be a setting in IE that is blocking the image from uploading? The tool worked just fine for the user a few months ago, but recently has not be cooperating. I was thinking it could be a Group Policy, but I have not been able to confirm that yet.
Any leads are appreciated.
Windows updates, IE Advanced settings Reset and a reboot fixed the problem this time. I do not know which setting or update fixed the issue at this point, just that it did. I had done the reset before but that alone was not enough to fix the problem.
I have developed a mobile site using Icefaces-mobile framework in that I want to search the things based on area zoomed in on the mobile screen, for this users can zoom in/out & navigates the area but the problem is after doing zoom in/out/navigations 4 to 6 times browser becomes unresponsive. I think it must be problem with browsers capability of handling/execute the javascript(correct me if I m wrong).
I have generated latest API key for map using some standers steps given by google on their forum.
Thanks in Advance.
The stock Android browser does suffer from serious limitations, and it could be device performance limitations, as the previous poster mentioned. But you should also be careful that you're not inadvertently causing a memory leak in your own JavaScript. Are there DOM updates from Ajax interactions being generated during this? Check the Android LogCat messages to see the ICEfaces/ICEmobile logging which will show the updates. Check to ensure that if you're custom function is being re-run that you're not causing a memory leak there. If not, I doubt there's an issue with the GMap code and it's likely just a device limitation. Perhaps also put your gmap code in a separate HTML page without ICEmobile and see if you still have the problem.
We have an application running flex sdk 4.5 and have recently encountered an issue with textInput fields which we have not been able to reproduce on our end for the better part of a month now.
Here are the symptoms:
Users opens an input form which contains several input fields (combo boxes, calendars, text inputs, etc)
User clicks inside a text field
Users types (obviously!)
** Nothing appears in the text input - we have validators on some of these fields and they do kick in properly (ie. user sees red box around textInput disappearing)
User moves cursor outside of text input field and text appears
Give or take, this is the test case we've been provided. We have been unable to reproduce this and I'm reaching out to see if anybody has heard of issues like this in the past.
They are running our flex application in the following environment:
Windows XP SP3
IE 7.0.5730.13 (locale = en-gb)
Flash Player 10.3.181.14
Upgrading either of these components is not an option. Installing the flash player debugger is not an option either.
Now we've setup a pc exactly the same way as they have on their end and still haven't reproduced. So we're really stuck at this point :)
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. I'll provide any additional info needed.

Feb. 2nd 2012 - Update
As I noted in my comment reply to shaun, it seems our customer was more or less precise in their description of the issue. We ran a webex session with them this morning and actually saw the issues first hand.
Here's what happens:
- User loads our application via its url
- User is able to input data and pretty much do any function for a 'random' time period
- All of a sudden, the issues start (there are more symptoms than just the one I originally mentioned):
1. Users type in text input fields and they won't see the text appear until they move the cursor out of / into any other component (could be entering an hbox, exiting a text input field, etc)
2. Combo boxes behave more or less the same. They can drop them down, but then the mouse wheel no longer refreshes the list. It actually scrolls in the background, but until the user moves the mouse, the list does not refresh
3. We also communicate between the server and client via an amf channel. The events make it to the client, but again, they won't see the screen refresh until they move their cursor.
So basically, the application still seems to work, but the screen is no longer refreshing. Could it be something to do with an invalidate / update of the display list that doesn't kick in? We'd like to get them to install the debugger version of FP, but that doesn't seem to be an option.
Another thing to keep in mind: they have a VERY bad internet connection. They average around 1-1.5mbps (megabits) which is enough for our app, but I just thought I'd let you know.
We learned that they also use a Citrix presentation layer to deploy IE 7 to the end users. We've received confirmation from the end user that even if they launch IE on their workstation (not through citrix), they get the issue also.
Another note is that we've seen no errors in our web server, jboss or application logs...
So that's the update I've got... anyone have more thoughts on this? We've more or less discarded the fonts being an issue at this point since the issue affects more than just 'fonts'. Is everything on the screen not updating anymore.
