Creating local Drupal site with Acquia - 404 errors - drupal

I'm currently in the process of trying to create a local version of my Drupal site with Acquia, and I've completed the full installation and import process. When I got to the URL for the install, the homepage presents absolutely perfectly, but every other page gives me a basic 404 error, telling me the page does not exist of the server.
Does anyone have any past experience with this that can she some light on what's going on? It would be massively appreciated!
Thanks, Graeme

Wordpress dashboard is accessible from my PC but redirects to 404 on my laptop

as you can see in the title, I am able to login my Wordpress Website dashboard with no problem at all, on my Desktop. I've been doing the changes and security/plugin/theme updates using my Desktop. What I want to do right now is to do the same on my macbook. I want to be able to do the same from my macbook but I find it weird that on my PC, the dashboard is operational but on my macbook and my gf's laptop it redirects to the 404 error page.
I've tried clearing the cache upon doing some reading and saw some post about deleting the .hta access file but I am confused as to how files on my ftp is working on my desktop but not for my laptop.
Any help is appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to read!
As it turns out I had a plugin conflict that changes my url dashboard slug for security purposes. A different developer created this website and had this plugin installed and it took me longer than I care to admit to notice this.

Getting 404 Error in WordPress for the services only, on XAMPP local machine

I've been researching this error and can find similar issues but no solutions. I am running WordPress using XAMPP on my local server.
I imported a WordPress page and all was well. The problem is I added a bunch of new services, and when I try to access them I get a 404.
If I create a new post or page, they work fine. I reset the permalinks, no luck. The errors are only with the services. I'm really stuck on this, any help would be appreciated!

Wordpress installed site theme gave an safety alert on some page

My colleague has installed a wordpress theme for our project and asked me to update the content on that site. so i did the same.
But unfortunately after i updated the site, he was checking the dashboard on his computer, hence it gave an error saying
"Deceptive site ahead,
Attackers in this site may trick you on doing dangerous things... and so on.."
Now he is blaming me on making this theme vulnerable.
But i just updated the content only by opening the dashboard in my laptop.
Can anyone let me know how this happened.
Please find the attached image for reference of error..

Error 502 within WordPress Admin panel

We’re having an issue in our website's WordPress editor where an Error 502 message pops up when we go to certain pages – for example, I’ve noticed it occurring when I try to go to the backup plugin page to restore a backup, as well as when I go to the add a new plugin page.
Error 502 Screenshot
We did a traceroute and determined the error is on our hosting provider’s side - openshift
Can someone walk me through how to fix this error? Full disclosure - not a coder (just handle admin for my company and general website upkeep falls into my role) so as detailed directions as possible would be a huge help as this is outside my wheel house. Thanks so much!

Gateway Anti-Virus Alert - WP

As you can see from the image above. I am experiencing some sort of error message but i have no idea what it means.
I am using wordpress 4.1 with a default theme. Every time i tried to add a menu to the menu structure i get the following message:
Gateway Anti-Virus Alert
This request is blocked by the Firewall Gateway Anti-Virus
Service. Name: Mailer.S (Trojan)
Things that i have already tried:
Using different theme
Installing and re-installing wordpress
Delete everything and start from beginning
And none of this work!
Please help me.
Thank you
You probably got infected with malware, and a service running on your hosting is blocking some malicious code. At best you can contact your hosting provider and ask them how to resolve. Malware on a WordPress site is pretty common by using outdated plugins, themes or having insecure rights on folders and files.
It's pretty hard to get rid of, you have to search trough every file to check for malicious code and check every folder for files that shouldn't be there.
