Scraping the yahoo Group data - web-scraping

I need to export the data from the yahoo group, Is there any API to export the post data like list of the members, topic name, topic author, total response to that topic.

No, unfortunately there is no official API for Yahoo! Groups.

Is it possible to get posts with specific hashtag using linkedin API?

I have read through almost all of the documentation of the api v2, and hashtags are not mentioned anywhere. If not, is it possible to get public posts (from both companies and regular users) filtered with a specific keyword?

Splitting organic and paid impressions in facebook api using R

I am using the Rfacebook package to retreive total impressions a facebookpost had. This works fine, however, this method does not split paid and organic impressions. I use the following code:
getInsights(object_id="post_id", token= token, metric='post_impressions')
Does anyone know how I can differentiate between organic and paid impressions/reach?
See the Facebook Insights API section on Page Post Impressions.
You should be able to pass values for metric as
'post_impressions_paid'
'post_impressions_fan_paid'
'post_impressions_organic'
'post_impressions_viral'
'post_impressions_nonviral'
etc...
to retrieve the various measures you need.
metric can also be a character vector which will allow you to retrieve many at once.

Google news topic url parameter list?

I'm currently trying to build a news reader that gets rss feeds from different google news topics and I found this website that breaks down the url parameters pretty well, but under the topic parameter, the link that it has for a list of topics brings you to this page which says nothing about topic keywords. The only topic key that I've been able to find is tc being the key for the tech topic.
Does anybody know where I could find a list of these topics or if the topic=[topic] parameter is deprecated what I could use instead?
It will depend of country.
Example (for US):
WORLD
NATION
BUSINESS
TECHNOLOGY
ENTERTAINMENT
SPORTS
SCIENCE
HEALTH
RSS business (US)
https://news.google.com/news/headlines/section/topic/BUSINESS?ned=us&hl=en
But, if you query other country, the topic will change.
Example (Colombia):
WORLD.es_co
NATION.es_co
BUSINESS.es_co
TECHNOLOGY.es_co
ENTERTAINMENT.es_co
SPORTS.es_co
SCIENCE.es_co
HEALTH.es_co
Here is the RSS about economy/business in Colombia:
https://news.google.com/news/rss/headlines/section/topic/BUSINESS.es_co/Econom%C3%ADa?ned=es_co&hl=es
Check too the ned and hls parameters added.

Is there a service that can take a feed and produce a daily digest from it?

I run a feed aggregator (http://planetdb2.com/) and I need to aggregate both prolific (many posts a day) and less prolific (one post a day at most) feeds.
Creating a daily digest -- one post summary of the day's posts -- seems like the best solution.
There's a way to create a daily digest just for Twitter feeds via Yahoo Pipes, but it is neither general-purpose nor simple.
Feedburner will email you a daily digest, but it won't create a daily digest feed.
Is there an existing service that can take any feed and produce a daily? How do I use it?
Maybe Tabbloid would do what you need. This service reads given RSS feeds, combines new items into a PDF and e-mails the pdf to given address on schedule.
Try yahoo pipes.

Can I grab historic weather data from the api?

My use case would be to send an API request in the morning, based on a lat/long.
I would hope to get back weather data that was recorded every 4 hours.
Can't find any documentation, is something like this possible?
With the existing APIs available for weather data, we are not providing any historic weather data API. However if the demand from users surge, this can be developed as we have this data available.
