Cpanel sql backup failed - innodb

My hosting provider makes daily automated full site backups, like the ones which you can make using Cpanel. After requesting one of these files I noticed that the mysql folder contains files with all of my database names, but all of them have a size of 0 KB.
I've been provided with some logs from the export script:
ERROR: Failed to dump one or more databases
warn [pkgacct] db_1: mysqldump: unknown variable 'innodb_file_per_table=1'
warn [pkgacct] db_1: mysqldump failed -- database may be corrupt
(0 bytes) warn [pkgacct] Failed to dump database db_1
db_wp2warn [pkgacct] db_wp2: mysqldump: unknown variable 'innodb_file_per_table=1'
warn [pkgacct] db_wp2: mysqldump: unknown variable 'innodb_file_per_table=1'
db_wp2.dev_commentmeta
note : The storage engine for the table doesn't support repair
I'm not even using any innodb tables (all of them are MyISAM) and I don't understand what mysqldump: unknown variable 'innodb_file_per_table=1' refers to. Any ideas how to fix this without compromising data?

innodb_file_per_table=1
This line is most likely in your /etc/my.cnf file. Remove that line or comment it out and restart mysql, this should resolve it.

cannot create luminus project with sqlite and clojurescript support

I am trying to create a luminus project with sqlite and cljs support with this command:
lein new dbscript +sqlite +cljs
but I keep getting this error message all the time:
Failed to resolve version for dbscript:lein-template:jar:RELEASE: Could not find metadata dbscript:lein-template/maven-metadata.xml in local (/home/jonas/.m2/repository)
Failed to read artifact descriptor for dbscript:lein-template:jar:RELEASE
This could be due to a typo in :dependencies, file system permissions, or network issues.
If you are behind a proxy, try setting the 'http_proxy' environment variable.
Could not find template dbscript on the classpath.
and I cannot find any solution to this. Any suggestions?

Update on your php.ini file's: memory_limit= XXXM
Replace XXXM value by the memory that you wanna allocate.
Or replace XXXM by -1 to negate memory limit condition.
Virtual memory Error on composer run Solution (Windows)
Download PHP 7.3+ and place on a folder on c drive
Change the environment variable path of PHP to new php
Set the memory limit to -1 in PHP 7.3+ ini file Also uncomment the required extensions.

artifactory don't start with an illegal repo name

I have an illegal repository name, which starts with a number.
It's an old repo, created with API request (in Artifactory 6.5.1 version)
Artifactory accepts illegal name with API requests but if you restart artifactory, it's down
So my problem is the same like here:
https://www.jfrog.com/jira/browse/RTFACT-16669
Except the solution doesn't work for me.
Because my instance/server is new, so i have not this file $ARTIFACTORY_HOME/etc/artifactory.config.latest.xml with the local repository.
I have repositories on AWS S3 and a AWS RDS database
And my new AWS EC2 instance have to get repos on S3
My question is:
Can i start artifactory ignoring the bad repo ?
Or
Can i delete the repo without starting artifactory ? (without API request or GUI)
The logs are here:

The Artifactory config descriptor is stored in the Artifactory DB schema under a table named configs.
In order to overcome this, you can do the following:
Extract the artifactory.config.xml config from the configs table
Store the extracted configuration as a file in: $ARTIFACTORY_HOME/etc/artifactory.config.import.xml
Edit the artifactory.config.import.xml file and manually fix/delete the '0ta' repository reference from the configuration file
After modifying the descriptor, restart the Artifactory service.
Note, if you already have artifacts assigned to the illegal repo name, you will not be able to see them after modifying the repository name, however, since it is a new installation, I'm not sure that that this is relevant for you.

making first commit into diffusion git :Phabricator

I am setting up a phabricator server and i am observing the below issue, both from my diffusion repository Status window and the daemons.log file
Error updating working copy: Command failed with error #128!
COMMAND
git log --format='%H%x01%P%x01%ct' --all --
STDOUT
(empty)
STDRR
fatal: bad default revision 'HEAD'
After reading on this issue, i figured out that this is a common issue with bare repositories without first commits. So i tried committing from my local system through repository http URI, but it is returning a 500 exception.
below is the error message i pulled out from phabricator database:
$ select * from phabricator_repository.repository_pullevent;
500 | {"response.message":"Error 1: sudo: a password is required\n"}
Can any one help me out to understand the issues from repository_pullevents and daemons.log file.
thanks in advance!
i resolved the problem with sudo, by changing the user running apache and adding the symlink created for git-http-backened in sudoers for the apache user.
and the problem with repository bad HEAD revision was resolved by making the first commit from a client machine.

How to fake flyway migration?

Two of us made a migration script in different GIT branches. Now, I've pulled origin development branch, and I've corrected GIT merge issues, and renamed my migration script to be the last. So, the new initialization of DB and migration of DB from version of develop branch would be fine.
However, I've got a lot of data in my local testing DB, so I've manually applied new migration scripts that I've pulled in GIT. However, I can't make flyway think, that everything is okay.
So, How can I fake migrations?
When I try to migrate, I get following error:
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.flywaydb:flyway-maven-plugin:3.2.1:migrate (default-cli) on project db: org.flywaydb.core.api.FlywayException: Validate failed. Migration Description mismatch for migration 1.118
[ERROR] -> Applied to database : AAA
[ERROR] -> Resolved locally : BBB
[ERROR] -> [Help 1]
You will have to manually update Flyway's metadata table (called schema_version by default)
