I am using kendo ui Mobile ModalView in my aspx page but i am unable to get the required output.On click of button it is showing the same page. I am new to Kendo ui. Please anyone help me.please refer kendo ui mobile modal view and suggest me how to use it in my project.
My code is
<head runat="server">

role="button">Login</a>
<a data-click="closeModalViewLogin" id="modalview-reg-button" type="button" data-
role="button">Register</a>
</div>
</form>
</body>

If you look at the example of the code you have used as starting point # http://demos.kendoui.com/mobile/modalview/index.html - you will find out that position of script tags with calls to Kendo framework are located at the bottom of the body tag, if you place them above the body as is shown in your example code, at that stage there is nothing to execute the script on. You need to move them at the correct place. Alternatively use jQuery ready command and call Kendo scripts from there.
$(document).ready(function () {
$("p").text("The DOM is now loaded and can be manipulated.");
});

Additionally, you can initialize the mobile application on the form, instead of the body, since the Views should be direct descendants of the application element.

Change code as per requirements

<script type="text/javascript">

</html>
This works fine.
Note
1: Model view should always use within <div data-role="view" ...>...</div>
2: Intialize kendo mobile application after document to be ready
(i.e var app = new kendo.mobile.Application(document.body))

HTML5 control validation disappears

I have created a bootstrap form and using the 'required' parameter on a control to use html5 validation when I click the submit button.
When I do click the submit button the validation bubble appears for a second and disappears. I am not sure why it is doing this. I am using runat="server" on the controls as I need to access them from the codebehind page.
I have tried several options but still nothing.
A trimmed down version of the page below:

EDIT:
After adding col-xs-* as suggested, a weird behaviour is happening.
When I add col-xs-*, the fields will fit only with 768px and up. If it's under 768px they will grow!!
It's totally the opposite!
How to fix this?
Under 768px: http://postimg.org/image/d0zcna7bf/
768px and up: http://postimg.org/image/56isu0qtt/
thiago Hi there.
Have a look around line number 60 in you code for this...
<div class='col-sm-4 col-sm-offset-4'>
When your screen size hits this breakpoint it will expand to 100% width because you are not controlling/using the col-xs-XX class here.
If you add this to your code like this...
<div class='col-sm-4 col-sm-offset-4 col-xs-8 col-xs-offset-2'>
for the line of code around line 60 and resize the window, you will see you have control.
This line of code you are using it is used to wrap the Form block, to set the width of this Form.
You just need to take control of this at all breakpoints.
Hope this helps.
Added to this
This is what I get when resized.
Using... <div class='col-sm-4 col-sm-offset-4 col-xs-8 col-xs-offset-2'>
You can control the width for xs device adding eg col-xs-6 :
<div class='form-group'>
<div class='controls with-icon-over-input col-xs-6'>
<input value="" placeholder="E-mail" class="form-control" data-bind="value: model().Email" name="email" type="email" />
<i class='icon-user text-muted'></i>
</div>

I have found my mistake. The href link I used was not correct. As href is managed by angular itself, we should not add ".html" and the string we mention here should match to $routeProvide config string.. Below is the Modification I Made:
Incorrect on View1.html
<a ng-href="#/View2.htm">View2</a>
Corrected on View1.html:
View2
Samething I did on View2.html.

having a textbox and button horizontally

Is it possible to have a textbox and a button horizontally using JQuery Mobile?
using data-inline="true" works for buttons but not when mixed with button and textbox.
data inline example
data-type="horizontal" also didn't work.

data-iconpos="notext" id="clearMeClearMe">Clear</a>

</div><!-- /page -->

</html>
Seems to work best for me when I float the button right and restrict the width of the text input:
<span>
<input style="width:90%;display:inline-block" type="text" id="clearMe22" data-inline="true" name="clearMe22" />
<a style="float:right" href="#" class="ui-input-clear" data-role="button" data-icon="delete"
data-iconpos="notext" id="clearMeClearMe">Clear</a>
</span>

But someone else might be able to provide a more elegant CSS solution.
I'm trying to find a similar solution for a custom button, but in your case I believe you can use the built-in methods for data clear ('data-clear-btn'). You can find this documented here:
http://jquerymobile.com/demos/1.3.0-rc.1/docs/demos/widgets/textinputs/
and would look like:
<input data-clear-btn="true" name="text-3" id="text-3" value="" type="text">
