I have a very old Pst file.
In that file I have a lot of folders and subfolders.
I am now wanting to transfer to a web-based email account
such as gmail, yahoo and so on...
I have not seen any way of importing messages from a pst file
to the web mail.
Does anyone know a webmail that supports this?

If this is a one-time thing, open the .pst in Outlook, connect to the webmail service by IMAP and drag the mails over.

In identity server 4, i currently have the login portion working, however it only authenticates by the username. I would like to have the choice between username or email to authenticate with.
I figured it out. Need to implement IResourceOwnerPasswordValidator interface.
This is a good reference that helped me https://github.com/IdentityServer/IdentityServer4.AspNetIdentity/blob/master/src/ResourceOwnerPasswordValidator.cs

Do you know if there is any kind of rss feed sources directory where the rss sources are catalogized by country, category(e.g. world news, tech news,...) language, etc.
The best would be if the format is in some that can be consumed by computer.
Thanks in advance
This is mine http://hobieu.apphb.com/api/1/opml/root
I am adding new sources on it almost everyday for my open source Android RSS project https://github.com/dodyg/AndroidRivers.

I have several Qt based application that I want to open translation permission to other people, but I don't know if there's website that can do that ?
Or what do you suggest for situation like this, I think the maintainer shouldn't maintain translation files by emails.
You could manage your translation files in a repository like Subversion or Git and host them on pages like Sourceforge or GitHub.

We wish to write a music streaming app to run on our college LAN. A single user would be able to broadcast an mp3 using this app and all other hosts must be playing it...sort of like a radio.Which of the media streaming protocols are best suited for this purpose?
try using the RTSP
reference wiki
or try googling it

I have searched through the net for the open source project of Document management system for asp.net, all I got was CMS.
Is their any Document Management System open source for asp.net?
I do understand that Sharepoint can do this task for me, but I am looking for a asp.net solution.
Have a look at sensenet http://sensenet.codeplex.com/
I am trying it at the moment as I am also looking for a .net/asp.net solution. It seems very promising. So far it seems like something I might be able to use. The only issue is the GPL license but am seeing what the deal with that will be. I.e. is you wanted to use it in collaboration with other software.
