I want know the number max PC, I can set up same LAN with Window7. Thanks How many PC's can theoretically be setup on a Windows 7 Lan, assuming you had an infinite number of switches and cables. I think the answer is 100. But I'm not sure - it might be unlimited. Can any networking experts tell me?

more people than you will ever get to know^^
with the subnetmask windows set per default(255.255.255.0) for LANS 255-2=253 Hosts. But you can change that if needed

I bought a RC Helicopter and I'm just wondering that it's possible to be reprogrammed or not?
If can how to do that? I know this question sounds ridiculous. :)
Thanks for replying
What do you mean reprogrammed?
If you want to make the remote control a light instead of a motor, the answer is yes. If you mean add any intelligence to the toy, the answer is no.
If you are interested in programming, building robots etc, look into microcontrollers. The Arduino is a great one for young enthusiasts.
Some parts of the RC helicopter you can reprogrammed like the ESC, and the main circuit board always can't reprogrammed. Of course, there was exception, for some beta version, most of the board you can reprogrammed in limitted range

I'm using a software (called GeoIP).
It has a lot of database, and performs better than others.
but, not enough for me.
Corretness of this software is 99%, maybe.
I need 100% accuracy.
Please, let me know the perfect program.
PS. It's ok the program is not free.
Short said, it is impossible. You can tell to which company an IP address was originally assigned, but you cannot know what this company does with that IP address. If they give it to a subsidiary abroad, you have lost.

I'm looking to implement an ELO ranking system. I've read the wikipedia articles and I'm confused about the start rank for players who enter the system at a later point. The common solution is to use a provisional ranking system but I'm curious if anyone can point me to specific numeric details:
what K value do new players get?
how long does a player stay in provisional mode?
how does K value change as rank changes?
I'm sure there are many variations, I'd just like to know actual numbers for a system that someone has implemented successfully.
Thanks for your time.

I think I set up a TrueCrypt volume on my Win7 machine a few months ago. Now I cannot remember where I set it up or what the password might be. Is there any way that I can detect this volume? I would have maybe gave it a capacity of 2GB or thereabouts so I don't want that storage going to waste.
If I uninstall TrueCrypt, would that release the volume assigned to it?
GF
Try a disk utility that allows you to locate large files or sort files by size (such as windirstat, although there are many others). A file that's 2GB should stand out.
Search your disk for a file with extension tc (*.tc).
There is no volume assigned unless you assign one (a drive letter). So you can uninstall freely.

is some sort of lan communication technology anyone know some insite to this subject and point me to the right direction thanks
Yes, it is a a LAN communication technology. Specifically, it is Gigabit Ethernet over Multi-mode fiber.
To simplify it further, it is a high-speed local network using optical fiber connections.
Wikipedia has an explanation, but it's quite long. 802.3aq is called "10GBASE-LRM 10 Gbit/s (1,250 MB/s) Ethernet over multimode fiber", perhaps that is what you're after.
