How can i deploy an window based phone application without sdk - asp.net

I'm working on window based phone application(.xap file)
Is there any way to get the "Application Deployment" program, without installing the whole SDK?

I am not sure but i think you can't do it but some alternatives can be used. Check this post : Application Deployment Without SDK WP

Edit: Seems this does still require the SDK.
You can use Windows Phone Power Tools

Firebase Assistant not showing up for new projects in Android Studio

I've been trying to figure this out for several hours with no luck.
In older Flutter projects within Android Studio the Firebase Assistant appears in my Menu Tool-> Firebase; however, when I start new Flutter projects Firebase Assistant does not appear in the Tool's menu. Trying to open Firebase using search, produces a search result, but launching it fails (just an endless loading screen).
I've tried all of the listed items in these previously asked questions:
Firebase assistant not showing in Android Studio 3.4.1
Unable to find Tools > Firebase in Android studio 2.2.3
Firebase assistant not showing in Studio 2.2.3
I am using Android Studio 4.2.1
I've run updates on everything that I can think of to update.
The generally accepted answer in the previously asked questions referenced above is to ensure that the three Firebase plugins are enabled. I've verified that they are:
In older projects where Firebase Assistant appears in the Tools menu, if I disable the three plugins and restart, Firebase Assistant disappears from old projects. When I then re-enable them and restart, Firebase Assistant returns to the Tools menu in older projects. However, in a freshly created Flutter project, disabling and re-enabling the plugins does not cause Firebase Assistant to appear in the tools menu.
One person suggested making sure that you are logged into your Google account. I'm logged in, but that doesn't change anything.
I don't understand why it is available in old projects, but not in new projects.
I assume I'm simply overlooking something.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
EDIT:
Since posting this question, I have tried completely uninstalling Android Studio and performing a clean install of it, Flutter and Dart. However, I have the same result. Older projects have Firebase Assistant and new projects don't.
While trying to figure out the differences between the two projects in the hope of finding something which might explain why one project does have the Firebase Assistant available and new projects do not have Firebase Assistant available, despite having all the same plugins, build.gradle information and pubspec.yaml information, I happened to notice one difference.
In my older projects, the ones that have Firebase Assistant available, if I right click on the project's lib folder and try to add a folder, instead of being able to add a "directory", it gives me the option to add a "package". Here is a screenshot of what it looks like:
However, in my new projects, the menu looks different. It says "directory" instead of "package" as shown here:
I don't know if whatever is different about my projects that is causing one to say "package" and the other to say "directory" is the reason that the project with "package" in the menu has access to Firebase Assistant, while the one with "directory" does not; however, I suspect that it might be.
I haven't been able to find anything that explains why one project would have "package" while another has "directory"; does anyone have an explanation? I would love to test out whether that difference is the reason Firebase Assistant isn't appearing.
You can try to run 'flutter clean', then re-sync the graddle.
I am assuming you are running android studio in administrator mode ? I had problems if I was not in administrator mode.

PARSE4CN1 Android push don't work

I'm having some trouble integrating my app with the parse4cn1 lib. I followed the tutorial published on this link and the app registers normally on the Parse Server as an installation but when I try to send a push to Android devices they simply aren't being sent.
I haven't tried on iOS yet, since I figured I'd start with Android, and I'm working with a new GUI Builder app if maybe that affects something for any reason.
Thanks for your help.
Ok, I have found the problem, it was related to parse not the parse4cn1 lib. I'm actually new with parse and backend in general, I wasn't aware I had to run the pm2 restart command after modifying the cloud code.
It's working now, thanks!

Adobe AIR NativeProcess - UAC problems when trying to run update installers

I'm trying to use Adobe AIR 2's NativeProcess API to emulate the ApplicationUpdater but I'm encountering problems when I try to run the downloaded AppUpdater.exe file on computers with UAC (User Account Control) enabled.
When run without UAC enabled, the AppUpdater opens as usual and displays the standard Adobe replace dialog box. With UAC enabled, nothing happens at all.
Having run a few traces, it seems the problem arises when I call NativeProcess.start() - the code seems to stop running at this point, and does not run the following lines which exit the application in preparation for the AppUpdater to run.
I have added listeners for all of the possible events and error events that can be thrown, and added logging in each of them, but none of these are producing any output.
This issue only seems to affect installation executables (ones which windows warns will change settings on your computer). Calling java.exe -jar .... on the same computers in the same application works correctly.
I'm at a loss, so any help would be amazing!
After speaking to Adobe directly, I discovered that NativeProcess uses a windows API which is unable to elevate privileges which is why the installers wouldn't work. The workaround was to use File.openWithDefaultApplication which uses a different API that can elevate privileges, but this only works in a native-packaged AIR app (which was just fine for our app since it was already packaged in a native installer :))
adobe answer was http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/404/kb404888.html
but for real steps you should determine the application user privileges and determine UAC enabled, if yes - then warn end-user about it.
I'm expecting that you could do nothing with windows-thing from Adobe Air.

PhoneGap example app does not do anything

I built the PhoneGap 0.8.0 example project and then deployed it on my jailbroken iPhone.
I am using Xcode 3.2.1, and target set to "Device - 3.0 | Release"
However the PhoneGap app did not do anything, it could not get my iPhone information, and clicking the "watch accelerometer", "Get Location", etc, did not do anything.
The same thing happened if I run it on the iPhone simulator.
What have I missed?
Thanks
Not sure but you may want to try it with a "real" iPhone.
I've known some mobile api's and services to state that they will NOT work for jail-broken phones.
Depending on how complex your application, you may want to try using their "Build" service. It's worked wonders for me!
Write your code, test in a browser...
When you're ready to test on a phone, package it up (.zip) and upload to the build service.
Within seconds (sometimes longer) you'll have compiled applications available to download.
We use it all the time - much easier than setting up your development computer.

ways of place a skype call automatically

I want to place a skype call automatically and I tried different ways:
first I used a api with python which worked for me with an older skype version, after the update it's not working anymore.
then I tried to install a plugin in firefox, set the firefox settings and placed a file in /usr/bin that should call skype number when clicking a skype link. I tried this with calling that skype link with a small script. Not working :(
do you know any other options? I'm using ubuntu 8.10 intrepid
Did you look at the official APIs? There are APIs for COM (not an option on Linux, I guess?) and Java (which you might try).
And there is also an official Skype API for Python. If that's what you used, and it fails with the new Skype version, I suggest you bug the Skype developers about that.
