in my apps use storyboards ios5 content. If realized my apps for ios5, I would like to know how many potential users who do not have ios5 I lose? thanks

As of November 9 you would lose about 60% of the customer base, but that's only a few weeks after release. As time goes on that percentage will shrink a lot.

If the feature makes development that much easier, then go ahead and use ios5. If it's a minor convenience, then stick with ios4 (but make sure it also works well on ios5!).

I have noticed that when I launch the Xcode 8 iPhone simulator that actions that I make when using the simulator run incredibly slow, for example, when I maneuver to the home screen by clicking Hardware>Home or Shift+cmd+H it runs fine but when I open an application the borders make a strange animation, and when I tap a button on an application, the transitions take a long time. Sorry or such long question, but any help will be greatly appreciated
Try This.. Unselect the slow animations in simulator debug

I am working on a new project which involves building a chat window. Normally, I would have no hesitation in using Flexbox for this project, however, a requirement of this project is that I support IE9.
I know that using tools like Modernizr can provide a fallback, but if I need to support this anyways is there much advantage of using this method?
No. Not worth it. You'll wind up doing everything twice to get the fallback support, so spend your effort doing it once, fully compatible with the oldest browser you need to support.

I'm having trouble on the website: http://www.artteen.com.br/concursos/
I didn't develop this website, but currently I am responsible for the maintenance. I already solved a lot of problems and currently have a problem with content duplicating.
The WordPress installation for the website somehow is duplicating the first or the last paragraph.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
A bad solution that I found is putting display:none so only the duplication is visible.
You should probably start by de activating all plugins and re-activate each, one by one, to see if the issue persists.

Does anyone know if the Deco Grid System is being abandoned?
The original page at:
http://deco.gs/
...no longer seems to be available.
Would really like to know if this is toast before using it in a project.
I'm having some issues with the .gs registrar, currently in the process of getting the site back online. Sorry about the temporary disruption.
The new site is here: http://limi.net/deco.gs
It is not being abandoned, to my knowledge. I think there has been some trouble with the .gs registrar. The code is still available at http://svn.plone.org/svn/plone/sandbox/deco-grids/

Learn PHP by Yourself In 11 Hours
Spice up Your Site With Simple PHP
and much more..
This is a standard design for web designing on site like this?
May admin move my question to another network which related to my question?
This "style" comes from treating a webpage as if it were a printed page, such as a piece of junk mail, which is what these sites strongly resemble. It is used by marketroids who care nothing for the medium as long as they get the "buy" message across to as many stupid people as possible. No coder with a conscience, or even a sense of style, would do this.
