I just used DHTML module to achieve accordion behavior with my menus. Anyway it works ok with chrome., safari and opera but in firefox it doesn't. It reloads the page.
Has anyone encountered this problem?
this site is the demo site of DHTML module developer. Test it in firefox to see if it reloads the page instead of expanding the menus in the block
Thank you
I just checked with both firefox and IE its work fine and not loading page over click.. did you verify the DHTML Menu setting under site configuration, uncheck the checkboxes under Menus without DHTML: to make accordions works.
another thing why you using DHTML module for accordion while drupal 7 already have a jquery accordion library by default.
I always have problems with menus when I am logged in as a main admin.
Try logout as I am also not able to replicate your problem.
Cheers,
Vishal

I am working with a Wordpress site, and recently the links have become deprecated in the mobile Safari browser. None of the links will allow you to click through with the usual touch gestures, though the links animate as if they have been clicked. The user now must hold down the link until Safari's menu pops up and select 'open'. My question is what could be causing this, and how do I fix it?
This happens occasionally with WP themes that come bundled with other plugins. The plugins that come in these bundles sometimes do not update properly or at all until the theme developers update the theme, causing glitches and compatibility issues. Not all themes are created equal.
I have a asp.net project with master page which contains menu.ascx
I created a default page, I cant see the menu created in the master page until I press F12 on the IE browser. It seems like the body is covering the header
Any ideas on how i can figureout the issue.
Thanks
Nate
The issue was, the compatibility mode enabled on the IE browser. Once the compatibility mode was disabled for my box, it started working fine.
I'm using drupal 7 in my website, today i did an update of all the modules and after that the submenus dont showing, I have checked "Show as expanded" so, where is the problem?
When i login as admin, the submenus work, but when i refresh the page after, the submenus dont work
This is my webpage http://www.empleobelux.com/empleo/
Thank you very much!
The menu doesn't have the classes that the superfish module's javascript is looking for.
Finally, i fix this problem installing the superfish module and their library. I has had to place one superfish menu block at the page.
Now i'm getting another problem with the slider, it seems like the problem is because the jquery version has been updated and the function .browser does not work now. I have loaded the files jquery migrate and the problem persists.

I am using FB like button in Joomla. This is the address of my website http://www.kaefiggefluester.de.
For fb-like button, I am using custom html module with fb social plugin code and then loading it in user4 position which i defined in the template myself.
Now there are three different problems that I am facing.
In IE 9, before the fb-like button loads, it displays a white line. It disappears after the button is loaded. I am not facing this problem in Firefox.
Also, when loading the page in IE, it sometimes distorts the page. I know that one posts said that I should look for any script that distorts tag, however i face this problem only if I have facebook plugin enabled. IF I remove the fb-like code from Custom Joomla module, it works fine.
I have a component from Videoflow. I dont know exactly how it works but fb-like button doesnt work on the sampe page as this component. However it is working in IE but with wrong language. That is, my defined language for the button is DE (German) and so in rest of the pages it displays "Gefaellt mir." However, In KG TV it shows "Like." ... So this suggest that there is something wrong with loading of the script. However, this is happening in IE only. In firefox it is not loading at all.
If you think i should share some code, please let me know because there are so many files and I dont know which to share.
Regards
I suggest installing firebug for Firefox or using the Chrome equivalent to help you during the development of your website. You can then use the console to view if there are any problems. For example currently your website has these problems which might be the reason you are having the issues you mentioned:
I have been working on a site and have run into an issue in IE where the dropdown does not work as long as I have Caroufredsel running under it...
If you load up the two sites here you can see whats happening:
working in IE7+
http://rjgraphics.com.au/test/amstest
(this is an earlier build prior to putting in caroufred sel)
not working in IE
http://rjgraphics.com.au/test/ams
(the 'products' item should have drop downs)
There seems to be some interference with Caroufredsel and the css which is stopping the menu from dropping down...
How can I resolve the conflict between Caroufredsel and the dropdowns?
I think there might be a jQuery conflict, so to avoid such problems why are you not using twitter bootstrap
