I'm using Plone 4.0.1 and I have the problem, that the action menu is missing. When I want to change the state of a site or copy/paste via "actions...", I just get to the page which is linked at this button, which is folder_contents for "actions". So I can not use any of the actions.
When I investigate it with Firebug, I see this:
<dl id="plone-contentmenu-actions" class="actionMenu deactivated">
So I wonder, how can I activate the action-menu again? Sadly, I do not know what could have caused the problem.

The deactivated class is referred to the expansion state of the menu (when you expand the menu, that class is switched with activated via javascript). The problem here is that you miss all 'actions' inside that menu. I see these two options:
If you have the permission to access the zope managment interface then go to:
zmi -> portal_actions -> object_buttons and check if buttons are "visible".
if you do not have that permission probably someone has removed your roles/permissions to edit contents or you are not the owner of that content.
thank you very much for your help! I found the problem... and I'm quite ashamed I didn't think of this before. The script "dropdown.js" in portal_javascripts has to be activated for the actionmenu to work. I do not know why it was deactivated, but now everything works :)

For some reason I cant find a place to edit the header logo. The logo will appear in chrome browser. In most browsers, it will just be a blank square and say logo.
This all happened after a migration to a different server/database.
There is some info about plugins needing an authentication key. However, Im unsure if this is the problem as it requires purchase. Any ideas? Thank you!
It's a bit unclear on why this would happen as there are a number of reasons.
Here are a few main things to check:
Did the wp-content/uploads/ folder get copied across fully?
If point-1 is correct, can you access the logo file via URL?
Are you using a theme builder to add in the logo? If so, you might need to export and import a theme builder file.
No need to purchase anything. Since you mentioned that this happened after migration. This could be a source issue, the url of the image could be broken or still leading to the old website url. You can check this by going to the DevTools on chrome by tapping F12. Then, click colsole to check if there's an error and let us know about it.
when in the Magnolia UI a click/double click on a node provokes a redraw of the UI. That wouldn't be bad if after the click the focus would still be the same but instead your are being thrown to a random node as the focus. Its frustrating to work with because with a big structure like we have, for every click you need to scroll and look again for the node you want to work with.
I googled extensively but have found no clue how to fix this behaviour.
It happens in Chrome 56.0.2924.87 as well as in Firefox 52.0.2 (64-Bit)
Any idea would be welcomed, this is really annoying.

this has been fixed since 5.5.2. Please try to update and see if that works for you.

In one of my SugarCRM sudenly all the edit submenu not showing anymore including the arrow.
It has only Edit button add the moment. This is happening for entire site. I haven't edit any code, hence wondering if it happened because of any settings.

I am pretty new to Buddypress (this is my first install) and not so new to WP. I have a custom theme with Buddypress installed and all works great with the exception of adding/canceling friend requests. Whenever someone hits Add/Cancel Friend then for some reason it breaks the layout of the page by displaying what looks like a iframe of our site.
I have looked around the forums and google to see if I maybe forgot to add something in my theme but cant get it right.
The only way I have been able to (temporarily) fix this is by display:none on the .pending_friend selector but I know it will still display in the markup and is not the best solution.
Has anyone encountered this yet, or can suggest a fix? I feel like it is probably something really simple and my over complicated thought process just isnt seeing it.

Found out the starter theme I was using had deregistered the default version of JQuery to load its own, so after troubleshooting I just removed their call to deregister and enqueue scripts and just let Wordpress do its thing, all is working perfectly now.
Page not found drupal error page doesn't show navigation links. What's the solution?
That's actually default Drupal behavior to enhance performance. It's kind of annoying. There are several ways around it. The simplest is probably this module: http://drupal.org/project/blocks404
The solution to your problem is to supply us with more detailed information about your problem. Some source code, screenshots, background info. Why? Because your main problem right now isnt that your navigation links aren't working, it's that your question isnt working.
