EJBContainer.createEJBContainer() Fails if another GF instances is running - glassfish-3

I have a maven project running a TestNG test that launches an EJBContainer.createEJBContainer() and fails with the following error ONLY if I have another GF 3.1 running.
javax.ejb.EJBException: No EJBContainer provider available

If I shutdown the running GF instance, then the EJBContainer starts and tests execute correctly. We use Jenkins (Hudson) for CI which runs in GF and the build fails. This also causes issues with local development as I have to stop GF to run the tests.
I copied the domain.xml from a clean GF install, changed all the ports (to avoid conflict with running GF instance) and placed it in ./src/test/resources/org/glassfish/embed/.
Here's how I'm creating the EBJContainer.
Map<String, Object> properties = new HashMap<String, Object>();
properties.put(EJBContainer.MODULES, new File[]{new File("target/classes"), new File("target/test-classes")});
ejbContainer = EJBContainer.createEJBContainer(properties);
ctx = ejbContainer.getContext();
Maven dependency.
<dependency>
<groupId>org.glassfish.extras</groupId>
<artifactId>glassfish-embedded-all</artifactId>
<version>3.1</version>
<scope>test</scope>
</dependency>
I feel like I'm missing something simple. Thanks in advance.

When I was started using embeddable EJB container, all of the references I found mentioned using either a pre-installed GF or copying the domain.xml from an installed GF instance (which is what I did). I later stumbled across http://embedded-glassfish.java.net/domain.xml and I no longer have this issue.

Why is org.flywaydb.core.Flyway API not loading builtin mysql driver

I am trying to migrate with application startup using the Flyway programatic API, but it seems to fail to load mysql drivers.
I am using gradle everything works fine if I use command line (presummably because I can specify the driver), but I get the following error when application starts up:

This seems to be a problem of the mysql connector. I downgraded to 6.0.+ and works fine.

Maximo Anywhere runtime deployment error

We have Maximo Anywhere 761 on iOS for our client. Everything was working OK until yesterday, but since yesterday logs show Noclassfound exception while starting the runtime. And on mobilefirst console, it shows no runtime installed. I have tried reinstalling the runtime number of times but the error persists.
Here is what the logs show:

These class not found errors are usually due to a misconfiguration of the war at deployment. Specifically the classloader options for the war. Was a war file redeployed recently? Take a look through the Mobilefirst docs for classloader configuration relating to parent first or parent last class loading

Jboss Datagrid server leveldb cache lock - Resource temporarily unavailable

I am running 2 instances of Jboss Datagrid server in RHEL in distributed mode. I am using leveldb cache store as my level 2 cache. Both of these instance should use the same leveldb cache store path and should write the key/value to this path.
/shared/usr/local/leveldb.
here is my configuration
(There is a softlink created inside the data directory so that the leveldb path is pointed to the same shared directory in both servers).
I am getting the following error on the second instance (first instance is comping up without any issues). I am using shared="true" in the configuration which should allow both datagrid servers to access the same cache store.

The LevelDB cache store cannot be shared, because LevelDB itself is not meant to be shared. I've created an issue to ensure that such mistakes can be prevented during configuration validation: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-7286

I already include all possible kafka jar in run-class.sh but still no luck. Please help!
You are missing jar with the class org.apache.hadoop.conf.Configuration which is not part of the Kafka library. It should be included in hadoop-common-2.5.0. You have to add this jar to the classpath.
