I need to switch between these two grids whit pressing of a button:
I don't need to re'load.() the store because the data is the same for both grids, and I just make some calculations for displaying data.
Do you know how can I reload the grid ? (using card is not a option)
Checkout the reconfigure method.

I would like to show my table data in grid. The table has more than 50 columns. By default they are displayed fine but I need a way to hide/show columns which are not required on screen.
So is there any way to achieve this? I think right clicking on the header should show all headers in a list box, allowing selection of which columns we want, then refresh the grid.
Please let me know if Telerik supports this and, if so, how?
No builtin feature available and this is one of many reasons why we are still thinking about other grids instead of telerik.
In the demo site there is a page where they show all the column names with checkboxes on top of the grid and you can check/uncheck to show/hide columns. see that sample source code, is simple to implement but still is custom code to add manually. I love the devexpress grid with customization popup and columns dragdrop from there but nothing like that for us in Telerik :-(
problem is I have a spark Tabbar, with many forms in each tab.
But I have a single global save button. Problem is, if I don't open a Tab,
it doesn't get initialized and therefore the forms it contains do not exist..
How Can I make it as if the user had clicked on every tab?
The best way to handle this is to have a data model that each tab is displaying and editing, rather than trying to go in and read the values out of the controls in each tab, and save those. This is at the heart of MVC.
However, if you're too invested in your current architecture to be able to change it and you are using a ViewStack with your TabBar, you may find that setting creationPolicy to "all" does what you want. If you're using States, I don't think you can force all of them to be instantiated without putting your application into each State at least once.
I was hoping someone could give me some guidance on building an image gallery which loads images dynamically for a PlayBook application.I've uploaded a quick mockup of what I am trying to achieve, I want to dynamically load images into a QNX TileList or Flex equivalent and as the user scrolls through the list I want to call another 'page' of images dynamically. I have already produced an example which uses a custom cell renderer to dynamically load images but I am having problems when I attempt to identify when the user has reached the end of the list.
I have tried using the lastVisibleItem property of the list while the user is scrolling to identify if the last item visible in the list is also last in the DataProvider (so I know when I need to call for more images) but when I add images to the DataProvider it takes me back to the start of the list, can anyone tell me the reason for this?
Any advice on a different approach or how to modify the TileList would be greatly appreciated.
The scrollPosition automatically gets reset to 0 when you update the dataProvider. I've done workarounds that store the current scrollPosition before updating the dataProvider and then re-set it after the update to the dataProvider has completed. Let me know if you need some code sample and I'll see if I can dig something up.
Another option would be to use dataPaging. Here is a good example of how to do that:

I have an AdvancedDataGrid. One of the columns in the grid displayed with help of custom render. During the application run, I set another custom render to the same column. When I scroll data in the grid (change values for the custom renders) they display new view correctly.
I want that they dispaly new view automatically (when I set them): so I think I have to call them and tell tham to refresh rgeir views. Any idea how to do this?
Use invalidateList()
In an AIR application, I have a link button for winner statistics. If I click this button, then the statistics are shown on a full page (Canvas) in my application. I have already created the statistics using the Canvas component. Which container is typically used for viewing such data?
Any references? I tried a ViewStack, but will it overwrite the Main page?
Could you give some more information? If you are trying to show tabulated data, you can try a DataGrid. If you have a component you would like to list, then a VBox would work and you could just add your winner stats component to the list.
