Layar Unable to reach POI provider - http

I've a service located at http://XXXX:8080/LayarServer/getPOIs/
When I try to load the data in layar I got the error message
POI fwd url =
http://XXXX:8080/LayarServer/getPOIs/?lang=en&countryCode=AF&lon=4.887339&userId=6f85d06929d160a7c8a3cc1ab4b54b87db99f74b&developerId=0&developerHash=656ed5f931eb524afba243f10a8b57f6e25c8c94&version=4.0&radius=1500&timestamp=1309289916569&lat=52.377544&layerName=testacquisition&accuracy=100
Unable to reach POI provider. Error:
No content available
But when I take the data from the server and place it onto a google apps engine as .js file and set the endpoint to this file, it works great.
I don't know what might be the problem. I believe it is not a problem of the returned data.
Now, I know the problem is the server returns an HTTP error code 500, although it doesn't throw any exception can anyone help me figure this out?

I'm very glad I could find the answer after struggling a lot :)
It's all about adding #ResponseBody.

Authenticating Google Cloud Storage in R Studio

I know a similar question has been asked (link), but the response didn't work for me.
TLDR: I keep running into errors when trying to authenticate Google Cloud Storage in RStudio. I'm not sure what is going wrong and would love advice.
I have downloaded both the GCS_AUTH_FILE (created a service account with service admin privileges'--downloaded the key associated with the service account) and also downloaded GAR_CLIENT_WEB_JSON by creating a OAuth 2.0 Client ID and downloading that associated JSON file.
I've tried authenticating my Google Cloud Storage in several ways and hit different errors.
Way 1-automatic setup:
gcs_setup()
Then I select any one of the options, and get the error: Error in if (file.exists(local_file)) { : argument is of length zero And that error happens no matter which of the three options I select.
Way 2 - basic, following manual setup instructions from the package:
Sys.setenv("GCS_DEFAULT_BUCKET" = "my-default-bucket",
"GCS_AUTH_FILE" = "/fullpath/to/service-auth.json")
gcs_auth()
In this case, GCS_AUTH_FILE is the file that I mentioned at the beginning of this post, and the GCS_DEFAULT_BUCKET is the name of the bucket. When I run the first line, it seems to be working (nothing goes awry and it runs just fine), but when I run gcs_auth() I get taken to a web browser page that states:
"Authorization Error
Error 400: invalid_request
Missing required parameter: client_id"
Way 3: Following the method from the post that I linked above
This way involves manually setting the .Renviron file w/ the GCS_AUTH_FILE and GAR__CLIENT_WEB_JSON locations, and then running gar_auth(). And yet again, I get the exact same error as in Way 2.
Any ideas about what could be going wrong? Thanks for your help. I wasn't sure how to put in totally reproducible code in this case, so if there is a way I should do that, please let me know.

Artifactory Users Management not loading

I'm trying to open the Artifactory Users Management page, following the Admin->Security->Users tab.
Then I'm getting the following error:
Any idea of what might be causing it? Also, which log I can check this? Couldn't find anything yet.
The server error generally indicates there is problem fetching the user details from Artifactory. This can happen due to any of the following reasons:
when you have a high volume of users and the request is timing out.
There is a chance that you might have created a username with a
special character which is not allowed (using the REST method or some
other method)
There is an issue with the backend database
And the best place to troubleshoot is to first check the request log a good valid entry looks like below:
20200715164402|104|REQUEST|165.225.104.49|admin|GET|/ui/users|HTTP/1.1|200|0
Next check the artifactory.log file for java stack or check catalina.out under tomcat/logs directory.

NiFi: GetHTTP Processor Regular Expression Invalid Error

I have a simple NiFi flow, with GetHTTP and PutFile processors. I am trying to connect the GetHTTP processor to the DC Metro data API, with this link:
https://api.wmata.com/TrainPositions/TrainPositions?contentType={contentType}
(The website can be found here)
I can get this error:
I can't debug this error in the log, since it has not run yet. I also cannot find any other examples of this error. I put the link above in the URL part of the configuration, and gave it a sample Filename of wmata_data.json. Thanks.
I think you are having a Newline in the URL property value as shown below
To resolve the issue Remove the newline in URL property and try again.

Getting "Resource not found error" while using Azure File Sync

Facing a very strange issue.
Following this guide https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/documentation/articles/app-service-mobile-xamarin-forms-blob-storage/ to implement File Sync in Xamarin Forms app.
The Get method in my service (GetUser, default get method in App service controller) is being called thrice & on the 3rd iteration it gives me a 404 resource not found error. First 2 iterations work fine.
This is the client call
await userTable.PullAsync(
null,
userTable.Where(x => x.Email == userEmail), false, new System.Threading.CancellationToken(), null);
If I remove the following line,
// Initialize file sync
this.client.InitializeFileSyncContext(new TodoItemFileSyncHandler(this), store);
then the code works just fine, without any errors.
I will need some time doing a sample project, meanwhile if anyone can shed some light, it will be of help.
Thanks
This won't be an answer, because there isn't enough information to go on. When you get a 404, it's because the backend returned a 404. The ideal situation is:
Turn on Diagnostic Logging in the Azure Portal for your backend
Use Fiddler to monitor the requests
When the request causes a 404, look at what is actually happening
If you are using an ASP.NET backend (and I'm assuming you are because all the File tutorials use ASP.NET), then you can set a breakpoint on the appropriate method in the backend and follow it through. You will need to deploy a debug version of your code.
this is sorted now, eventually I had to give it what it was asking for. I had to create a storage controller for User too, although I don't need one as I don't need to save any files in storage against the users.
I am testing the app further now to see if this sorts my problem completely or I need a storage controller for every entity I use in my app.
In which case it will be really odd as I don't intend to use the storage for all my entities.

Smart Target - Deployer server cannot find trigger types

I'm getting the following the error message in my content delivery logging:
com.tridion.smarttarget.utils.AmbientDataHelper - can't find defined
trigger-types in claim store (check if your smarttarget cartridge is up and running)
I've checked out my smarttarget_conf.xml and have confirmed the web services are up and running. The one that is failing (or returns a 404 via broswer) is the following:
<Endpoint>http://servername:8180/fredhopper/config/trigger-types</Endpoint>
But having read through the documentation and the forum, i'm under the impression this is correct and that the url doesn't respond to GET requests.
So I'm assuming everything is set up correctly, in my smarttarget_conf.xml, I'm hoping is anyone has some pointers for me to have a look into to resolve this issue.
Thanks in advance.
Solution
The issue here is that my trigger-types.xml file was not correctly formed on the FAS (Fredhopper server). I'm giving Jeremy the winning answer below as he spotted my issue behind the scenes.
Thanks Jeremy - I hope anyone reading this up-votes your answer
The port of my local SmartTarget instance is 8180, not 8080. Perhaps this is the same for you?
