sIs there a way I can host my wordpress blog and static website on Amazon s3 ?

As a matter of fact, maybe. They just announced this last month. That blog post has all of the relevant details, though it should be noted that it's intended for static content, not the dynamic content of a full Wordpress installation. Consider using a different blogging engine, one that produces static HTML.

Amazon S3 won't run a Wordpress blog. There could be some plugins to generate a static website out of a running installation of Wordpress, but I won't recommend this.

My website was develop in HTML and i'm trying to migrate this to a word press, I entered to my host and I created a wordpress site but in the domain of the website that was developed and then the the HTML website disappears and convert into a wordpress site but i can't manage the plugins inside. Like the plugins have a kind of mistake or failure. The host that I used was hostmonster.
At this address, you can see the list of plugins and also install a new plugin:
example.com/wp-admin/plugins
Put your site address instead of example.com.

I am planning to create a blog based on WordPress platform. I read some books and blogs about how to use this framework. I found that it's a good practice to install WordPress local and create the blog offline (add a Theme, content, etc. ) and later to order the domain, hosting and make it public.
Update: The following error was received while surfing the WordPress page:
“Error establishing a database connection”.
I tried to resolve the issue but on the wp-admin I get a different error :
“One or more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to
be repaired”
I'm developing wordpress based websites in past 5 years and usually what I do is, develop entire site on local and move it to the cloud. If you do it public, create a robot file so that search engine can't find you, until you are ready to launch, or good to show others.

I moved my whole wordpress installation on my server from a folder called wordpress to a different place. Now, when I click on a post, the link still contains /wordpress.
I already replaced the url in the guid column in the table wp_posts.
What else can be the problem?
Do you have changed the installation path in the settings (wp-admin).
If all the links populated by wordpress are wrong it might be an issue with your settings? You cam verify this by creating a new post and check if the link is incorrect there as well.
Just go to Settings->General

My client has a website built with croogo cms , nothing special just a blog. I want to convert it to drupal by their permission but i dont know croogo. Is there any way to migrate croogo posts to drupal? or should i manually entry them
If you have only a few posts then I would say manually enter them. Anything more than a 50 posts should be automated in my opinion.
check out http://drupal.org/project/migrate maybe this cane help you.
Otherwise use json as an output from croogo and then use drush to import it into drupal.

Hi folks I wish to start one blog using wordpress. It ll contain songs, playlists, song serch.
What are the steps i want to do?
thanks
If WordPress hasn't been installed
1 - choose a good host for your WordPress installation. I've been using dreamhost.com
2 - Install WordPress ( dreamhost has a very WordPress installation process )
If it's already installed:
1 - create the pages you need. this will also give you your site navigation
2 - upload your files in the media library
3 - start creating pages containing media library files
We can dive deeper, but these are the first steps.
