I am developing a web application that heavily utilizes RSS feeds.
I have found you can query Google to get statistics and analytics on your RSS Feed (very useful, if you administer RSS feeds, you should check it out! Retrieving Google Reader stats for RSS feed and items)
Now that I have a method to determine a list of Google Reader User Ids that like a feed item, I would like to know how I could use this User Id.
Specifically, is there a way I can link a User Id to a Google Account - if they are logged in through a web interface like Stack Overflow does?
If this is not possible, what public information can be gathered about a particular Google Reader User Id? Is there documentation on this API? (note, I am not looking for Google Reader API, which, from my understanding, allows you to build your own RSS Reader)

You can't. The relevant API for this would be the management API, but that does not list a function to get the account history, so you do not have programmatic access to that.
You could probably write a script using a bowser automation framework like Selenium that logs into Google Analytics using your own credentials, navigates to the account history, downloads the HTML content of the account summary page and then parses it to extract the desired information, but that would not involve the Analytics API at all (and is nothing that can adequately described in a Stackoverflow answer).
I get this user agent Feedfetcher-Google; (+http://www.google.com/feedfetcher.html; 1 subscribers; feed-id=17582163705065100568) in my logs coming from a google domain even if there is no way you could read rss feeds through google and still I see there is 1 subscriber.
Even though the Google Feed API has been deprecated, it's still possible that some people are subscribed to your feed(s) thru that? Also, don't forget that Google uses RSS as a discovery mechanism for its search engine.
We have certain amount of clients and each of us will have their pages on our website. We have to show them the analytics for their particular page. For this, we have the data on Google Analytics according to pages.
On the client admin page, they should be able to view the analytics for their page. This has to be coming from Google Analytics.
I have tried using the Core Reporting Api, but that needs an authentication and one should have access to Google Analytics profile, which is not possible for clients.
So now, Is there a way, where the client can see the dashboard with data being pulled form Google Analytics without any authentication?
No, authentication is required to pull data directly from Google. You could use one 'global' Google account and keep that account authenticated through code so that your users can access that data.
Only other option I've seen is to automate the export of the CSV data (via email) and have a routine that pulls off the CSV data and imports it into a system for public/private use - such as in your example.

We have a private google site on google apps but want to be able to generate an rss feed so people within our domain can add the feed to different readers (including google reader) how can we generate this feed?
Write a web service that will have the credentials to fetch data from the private Google Site.
Have it fetch the feed you need and republish it.
Check the Google Sites API documentation for details.
You can put the URL of the web service on the site where your users can find it.
Note that you will need access to a web server and some server programming skills to do this.

I am using linkedin-j apis and trying to search the available public feeds for a set of keywords say oracle and google. That is, i should get all the feeds which mentions either oracle or google in it.
It is possible in facebook and twitter. Is it doable in linkedin-j as well? I could not find apis other then search people, job and companies.
If yes please guide which api to use? site does not seems to have relevant docs.
I found from documentation that linkedIn does not allow all that. It only can pull information specific to the authenticated user.
