The instructions here actually appear to be 100% outdated. I see no "status" text anywhere on my site-specific page.
http://www.google.com/support/analytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=55603
That page is not outdated. Its instructions and video exactly mirror my interface. I followed the same steps and arrived at my tracking code.
"Check Status" is towards the top right of the page after you click "Edit" next to your website name.
Log in to Google Analytics
Click on the account you want (mine is "Paul's sites")
You will then see a list of sites and tracking codes ("Website profiles")

I am using a Telerik control and it requires my to enter a XmlDataSource.
What I like to do is to get a Google RSS Feed for news related to "Lung Disease"
How do I go about doing this? How do I get the xml url for this?
This can be done simply by going to Google News and typing what the search is. At the bottom, there is a Create Alert button. Click on it to get the RSS link.

I"m tagging pages using virtual pageviews and i have about 5 levels. e.g: /Page level1/ Page level2/ Page level3/ Page level4/Page level5.
when i drilldown the GA always concatenate Page level4/Page level5
so actual it looks like one page.
I"m using Standard Reporting.
Is there a limitation in the default page path levels?if no, do i need to change any settings
As you see it only group pages in 4 levels. Anything deeper than that will stay at level 4.
There's no way to remove that

I have opened an account,
but saw only option of buying ad words.
I want to add ads to my site,
all the tutorials I have found are old and related to old goolge UI.
Adding ads is not difficult. Best and most up to date help/tutorial comes from Google itself: http://support.google.com/adsense/?hl=en
Also look here
First create an adsense account it takes time like 2 weeks, then customize ur ads in the adsense account it automatically generates code copy the code and paste it in ur web site

I'm worried about using some data in a fiddle (jsFiddle) because these data shouldn't be public.
Can Google index jsFiddle? I saved the fiddle but I don't save a title for it so it shouldn't became public..
However, the fiddle URL is still visible even if I log out from jsFiddle...
Some clarifications?
Thank you
There are currently two modes of privacy, one is public (where you add a title and description), this fiddle will show up in your dashboard and your public fiddle-list. The other mode is semi-public, where you don'y add description or title, hence the fiddle is only visible for you in your dashboard - crawlers shouldn't be able to reach there, hence shouldn't index your fiddles.
That said, the Beta version of JsFiddle has more privacy modes, including the much anticipated "private fiddle" - this functionality will be probably available only for subscribers.
Best,
Oskar (JsFiddle co-creator)

Is Yahoo Directory worth the $299? Will it generate any traffic?
I've got a Flex 3 site, so unfortunately, I'm invisible in SEO terms. I was wondering if signing up for this would help.
Thank you.
-Laxmidi
Yahoo Directory in general is worth it. It should give your SERP by at least 10-20%. Flex 3 site could contain text that Google finds. They've been considering text in Flash for a while. You may want to add some meta text somewhere on the page so Google can see more prominent relevance to your search term. Key to success: Blog and write good content pointing back to your site. Write quality content on your site itself.
