How can i upload a theme on Drupal.org?
so i register to the site, and next?
Okay, if I was right in my comment and you are a developer wanting contribute your theme to drupal.org, you need to make sure your themes comply with Drupal Coding Standards and you need to be prepared to license them under GPL, firstly.
After, when your ready, you need to apply for a CVS account. It will have to be reviewed and approved, but once it is you'll be able to Add your theme to Drupal.org!
Please visit http://drupal.org/contribute/themes > How to add your theme to Drupal.org, for more information.
Hope That Helps
Andy
PS I've interpreted your message this time, but just remember to take more care, effort and time in the future!

I am learning wordpress by myself. I have a question about theme option for theme development project.
I want to know that is it very important to create a theme option system in theme development project? Is it compulsory?
It is not compulsory, as you can always make the page or project private. It depends on your objectives. If you want to create a theme that applies to the whole system, this can be accessed from settings.
It totally depending on you but this option very useful and make easy to customize the theme... without this you may be need hard work.

I made myself a wordpress theme and I want to submit it to Wordpress Theme Repository.
Does anybody know what requirements do I have to follow besides the Theme Unit Test. The theme will be easily accepted or it has to be approved firstly? How much time the whole process can take aproximately. Thanks!
Coming from WordPress Plugin development it should take about 3 days to get approved and listed on the repository. You need to be familiar with their revisioning system which is SVN. Other than that it is pretty painless

I am planning to use Orchard CMS as a base for several web sites and would like to have wide chose of themes. The ones in gallery are not bad, but I would like something different. Can you please tell me are there any places I get purchase any themes and widgets/modules.
I think there are some really nice templates at Bind.pt. They also allow you to design/make changes to the template on the page, and then simply order it - and the pricing is very competitive.
The send you the package, and you can either upload it or if you choose unzip it and customize it further.
Hope this helps

Are there any WordPress plugins that are the same as the Stack Overflow commenting system? At first I thought about using the same engine that stackoverflow.com uses. But i am not sure what CMS or engine the backend is running. Hence I thought I could use WordPress and a commenting system like stackoverflow.
Yup, here you go: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/qa/
FTA: "Q&A allows any WordPress site to have a fully featured questions and answers section - just like StackOverflow, Yahoo Answers, Quora and more...except better :)"
That is the lite version, they also offer a paid version with more features but that should give you a good idea of its capabilities.

Is Yahoo Directory worth the $299? Will it generate any traffic?
I've got a Flex 3 site, so unfortunately, I'm invisible in SEO terms. I was wondering if signing up for this would help.
Thank you.
-Laxmidi
Yahoo Directory in general is worth it. It should give your SERP by at least 10-20%. Flex 3 site could contain text that Google finds. They've been considering text in Flash for a while. You may want to add some meta text somewhere on the page so Google can see more prominent relevance to your search term. Key to success: Blog and write good content pointing back to your site. Write quality content on your site itself.
