I plan to start creating tomorrow interenet shop (Ubercart). I'd like to take the 7 version - lots of nice things. Can you tell me now start to create on drupal 7 or can only work with Drupal 6?
The Drupal 7 version of Ubercart is in alpha status currently. It's generally a bad idea to use alpha software in a production site, but if you plan on developing for a couple months you'll probably be okay. If you plan to launch in a week, version 7 probably isn't for you.

I saw that Drupal 7 includes some kind of testing framework (I haven't tried it out yet since my existing sites are still in Drupal 6 and likely won't migrate any time soon). I want to test Drupal sites now,
Are there any problems if I use TestNG and selenium webdriver for testing Drupal sites?
If so what are the problems?

They gave it a very nice site with lots of content on how to build your own asp.net blog-style cms. From there, you should be able to work your way to your very own engine.

Will Drupal Commerce run only on Drupal 7 core,
and not support Backward core versions Like Drupal 6 ?
Short answer: It won't be backported to D6.
Drupal commerce is based (strongly dependent) on drupal 7 entity system. Is not possible to backport it to Drupal 6. It is not in commerce goals, either.

I was asked at a .NET user group if I knew of any professional web sites built with the Razor view engine for MVC that they could peruse. Interesting question, and I was not aware of any at the time. Does anybody know of a publicized list or specific web sites that have implemented Razor?

i have a windows hosting provider and i am moving to another one. what is the best way to migrate a wordpress blog from one hosting provider to another ?
The Wordpress codex provides plenty of information on the topic of moving a Wordpress.
If you don't feel like reading through all of that, here is a far shorter guide, that covers essentially the same method.
