InfoPath 2007 & Sharepoint 2007 - infopath

How do I display the certain field values that were entered into an InfoPath form template from SharePoint form library, as columns in a sharepoint form library or list? I want to create views based on specific entries in a form....how is this done?

You need to Promote those fields in the InfoPath form to SharePoint columns in the list by going to Tools->Form Options->Property Promotion and then click Add... to select which fields to have populate into the list.

Promoting the right columns
There are two ways to get form fields to become Sharepoint columns.
Click "Publish Form Template..." and then click next until you get a list of items with the option of "Add...", "Remove", or "Modify". This is the 6th screen in the publishing wizard. Click "Add..", select a field you want to add as a column, change the Column Name if you like, and then click "OK".
Go to the Tools menu, click on Form Options and then click on Property Promotion in the list on the left side. This is the same list as found in the publishing wizard. Follow the same steps as above to add a field as a column.
Editing a view
After you publish the form with this change, click on the "View" dropdown in a Sharepoint List or Document Library to select the view you'd like to add new columns to and then click "Modify this View". Next, click on the checkbox in the "Display" column to make the newly created columns visible. After clicking "OK", your new columns should be visible in the view.

How to add and edit record directly on the table widget Google AppMaker?

I have something like this to enter staff details list. Above is the table list. User click button below the table to add new list record. Then fill in the list details on the form beneath it.
My question is how can I just allow user to enter/fill in the list details directly on the table itself. Not only that, also user able edit record whenever the user clicks the records and wanted to change them.
The example I am providing is specifically for a datasource in autosave mode, so you will need to make some adjustments since it appears that your datasource is in manualsave mode. First you will either want to recreate your table and in the table creator choose 'Editable' which will automatically place inputs in your table row vs labels. Alternatively you can just replace all your labels with Textboxes, Dropdowns, or whatever your input should be. See the image of the table creator below:
Since in my example I used a 'Insert Only' form I moved my 'Create Button' and my 'Clear Changes' button inside the formbody, then set the flow direction of the formbody to horizontal and then matched the spacing of the form fields to the same as my table row and dragged the formbody to be between the tableheader and the tablebody(list) element. See the image below:
Again you will want to make adjustments to fit your needs such as rearranging where your 'Save' and 'Reset' buttons appear and in manualsave mode you may be able to skip the formbody entirely since your 'Add Details' button should automatically create a new table row anyways which you will then be able to edit directly in the table, you may just need to find it first but generally new rows should just be added on the bottom of your current datasource page.

display moderation field in view filter

I have webform module in drupal 7.23.I have 4 fields in name, email, message and publish fields.publish field is displayed only for admin user and not displayed for anonymous user.
publish field is a select option. This webform field is not available in filter criteria.
I want to save the content as draft and display only after admin review ie) have to add filter criteria for publish field in view.
Now I want to publish filter is not available for filter criteria.
I want to display the content if publish field value is 1
Let me share my findings, it works for me according to your requirement.
Webforms' Select List won't work with views expose filter as it works with content type/taxonomy. See comment by webform contributor here
To achieve that follow these steps:
1st step I created a new component in the webform named as published? with the type Select options and set its default value as "no" (because it won't show to other user it'll be empty so they can't set an value the you can't filter submissions) and check the Private check box like this
2nd step Create a views page for webform submissions like this
3rd step Add relations using Webform submissions: Data and set up like this
4th step Add filter criteria using Webform submission data: Data field field, expose it, choose Grouped filters radio option, select widget type as select and set relationship and don't save it yet
5th step For the group filter, there is table below (scrrenshort) you can add your values like you add value while creating the Publish component in webform.
I hope this'd work for you. Thank

Want to re-instantiate a component when navigating to same aux route

I have a list of items with Actions drop-down for each item in the left-section of page. I also have a right rail which displays a different component based on action type selected. I'm using aux-route to accomplish this.
One of the Action the user can take is "edit" where in a form is displayed to edit the metadata of the list item. While editing, user can click on + button next to some of the input field to add another input field dynamically.
Now my problem is, when the edit-form is open for a list item and I click edit on another item in the list, I wanted my edit-component to be re-instantiated.
Because the aux-route is same for all the list items for edit-action, edit-view is not instantiated once again. Is there a way to achieve it?
Right now fixed it with RouteReuseStrategy

Rearrange child subtab in Netsuite

I have a requirement to have two custom record types under parent subtab arrange in order. I used parent-child relationship but the arrangement of the child subtab is something I couldnt customize. 'test one' and 'test two' are my custom record types, and Parent is item fulfillment record.
I want 'test one' to come first and then 'test two'.
I tried adding a new Subtab via customization under translation and this order customization is not available in netsuite. Am i missing anything?
Please help.
Edit the record
Click "customize" then "customize form" in the top right of the form
Navigate to "Lists" then select "Communication"
You can drag and drop your prefered order from this screen
Name then save the custom entry form
You can then manually select this form for the record or set it as the default form
If a field is visible on the form, then it appears somewhere in the Custom Entry Form screen. Which tab it's on depends on the type of field. It could be under Lists, or Fields, or elsewhere. Look for it.
When you find it, use the Field Group dropdown to move the field between the main view and sub tabs, and drag/drop the field to change its top-down display order. The drag handle looks like ⋮⋮.

Drupal views exposed input as form select (/jumpmenu)

I have content type called news. I have a view thats lists all the news. But now I would like to filter those by year and type. User could select from select menu / dropdown the publish year (2010, 2011, 2012 so on) and also the type of the news (taxonymy terms).
I was playing around with views exposed but I only got a text input field. Can I somehow get a select menu instead of normal input field? And also how can I list all the publish years when news are published to that select menu?
Should this be done even with views?
====
PAGE
Filter dropdowns: -type- -year-
Press releaseses listed down here according the filters.
Select boxes will only be used in Views exposed filters when there is a finite number of possible values. In other words, if your field you want to filter on has something set in the 'allowed values' section you should have the option of a select box if you choose "FIELD NAME - Allowed Values" as the field to filter on in Views.
If your field has an unlimited amount of possible values, you could always write a custom module to create a block with a form that presents your select boxes and directs the user to the view (using the filter parameters of the view).
