Does anyone know a free CDN for blueprint css framework

Well, it's not technically a CDN but you can link directly to github
<link rel="stylesheet" href="//github.com/joshuaclayton/blueprint-css/raw/master/blueprint/print.css"/>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="//github.com/joshuaclayton/blueprint-css/raw/master/blueprint/screen.css"/>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="//github.com/joshuaclayton/blueprint-css/raw/master/blueprint/ie.css"/>
I haven't tried this myself, and don't know if they might change it at any given moment. But it's a solution for not having to host it yourself.
For me, I would put it on my own server, I prefer not to have the dependency, and they are small files. But if you're trying to squeeze every ms I'd test it. Your servers may be faster, and a connection to them is already established.
At the same time, many browsers have a connection limit for each domain, so you may get parallel downloads, also a CDN is nice because the user often has the resource already cached (although, not likely in this case).
Personally, I wouldn't do it, unless it's Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc... and they're putting it on their servers specifically for the purpose. I use the Google CDN for jQuery, and it's great. But Blueprint just isn't there yet.

So I am doing a small project with my friends, and we are making like artlist.io website (ish) it needs to accept payments from users, paying members to have an unlimited download of our audio files, but non paying members should be able to listen to the beats/sound effects, just not have access to the download.
does anyone know how you would do this, and what plugin you recommend (does not need to be free)
I have looked over MemberPress and few others but no one from the support is willing to answer, and I don't want to pay for something that might not work.
hopeful to get some answers!
If I understand your question correctly, any membership plugin will be able to meet the requirements that you have. I've recently done some similar projects using MemberPress, and it's good. PPM is also a good choice. You might require some coding for doing exactly what you want. Otherwise, any membership plugin will do.

I'm new to bootstrap but could use some tips on getting started. From a performance perspective, is it better to import ALL of bootstrap using the MaxCDN, or download and host only the components I plan on using?
I do plan on customizing the appearance quite a bit. Thanks.
It is a difficult question, because the answer is: it depends.
Using external CDN has two advantages:
users which has visited site, which uses same CDN, will already have
JS and CSS in cache
you don't use your own network load
But there is also 2 main problems:
If user has blocked access t CDN (prox, firewall, CDN is dead) it is difficult to find it out
Most CDN doesn't have JS and CSS budles, which optimize request count (sometime ago I found CDN which serves bundles: http://piotrstapp.azurewebsites.net/cdn-bundles-are-avaliable/)
So to sum up: you have to check it yourself how fast your website will load using bundles, using CDN, etc. And then make a decision

I want to analyze the HTTP Requests generated when I am interacting with a web application through my browser.
Can anyone suggest a tool that I can use to see the outgoing Http Requests from my browser?
I want to see the entire Http Request, not only the header.
I tend to use Fiddler which is freeware works with all browsers, but there are several others, including the built-in dev tools for the browser of your choice.
I am using Burp Suite community edition, with that we can do things like view requests response and some other stuff, it commonly used by bug hunters. If you are good at any programming, you can built your own tools for this purpose, there are a lot of libraries out there. PS your programming skill will increase.

I am wondering if there are any hosts or if I can host my file (JS & CSS) on Google so that they are cached and load real quick (due to CDN and gzip).
A number of my customers use these files and I would prefer if they could somehow include this to file to receive the JS file. Ideally with filename.js?publickey=sdfgsdfg (which will be tied to a particular domain name).
The problem is that my hosting needs are very small- only about 100kb.
Any suggestions? My problem is that the customers using the JS & CSS file, have no clue about gzipping content or caching (as their shared hosts do not support it), as a result causes the JS/CSS to take forever to load. Am wondering if I can leverage an existing free service, or I do not mind paying either.
CDNJS.com allows you to submit a pull request to their GitHub account to get a JavaScript library on their CDN. I've been attempting to get a CSS library added on their forum old and abandoned forum.
If you're comfortable with the Amazon cloud platform, you can use CloudFront. You don't need to use it with S3, but you can.
You can try Amazon AWS CloudFront for quick content delivery. Amazon CloudFront works seamlessly with any origin server, which stores the original, definitive versions of your files.
Here comes the JQGrid CDN Link
http://www.jsdelivr.com/#!jqgrid
Use Cloudflare. It will take care of all your JS CSS files, with added security to your whole system.
Try SimpleCDN. You can store your files very cheap and the traffic is also not that expensive. Number of people have complained to their service - I have no objections.

I am more familiar with the Microsoft stack and I have some knowledge with ASP.NET and SQL.
What is the best open source platform to learn and create a dynamic website with, focusing on the back end?
PHP for the website development
MySQL (or PostgreSQL) for the database backend.
All are open source.
There is no such thing as the "best open source". There are many good ones that'll suit different programming styles and personalities.
Some of the more popular couple of open source languages for web development today are:
PHP
Ruby
Python
Some of the more popular couple of open source databases are:
PostgreSQL
MySQL
As they're free, give them a spin and see what you prefer.
Try to start with the dasBlog. you can see more information about this project and a lot more here and videos here
The two most popular open source webapp platforms at the moment are Rails and Django. They are both awesome, and a joy to work with.
