Delete map after pressing reset button on shiny - r

I am not able to delete the generated map after I press the reset button on shiny, could you help me to insert the code to delete the map made after pressing the button? For both selectInput works normally, only the map that is not deleted from the screen.

Here I pressed reset, the selectInput was cleared, but the map was not, so I would like to insert some code that cleared the screen. Of course, after inserting the selectInput options again, the map was generated normally on the screen.

I recommend using a reactiveVal to store whether you want to plot or not, then req(.) that value in your plot.
A simple example:

doplot defaults to TRUE, so it starts plotting immediately (assuming input$n has a value), and every time input$n is changed, a new plot is rendered;
when you click on toggle, the doplot is inverted, and the dependent output$plot will "fail" the req(doplot()) requirement and clear the plot;
this could be improved to give a clearer indication that the empty plot is because the user toggled the button ... in this case, I should likely change the style of the button to clearly indicate the state, but that's aesthetics and may or may not apply to your app
Another similar method would be to store the data in a reactiveVal, and require it, perhaps like this:

Basically, the module should do two things:
Allow user to select a pre-existing option --> return that value from module
Allow user to create their own, new option --> return that value from module
I have #1 working, but am struggling on #2. Specifically, where I have the "does not work" comment. How can I achieve this functionality? What are/is the best practice(s) for returning server-side created values from a Shiny module? This is an example app; the real one involves reading the selectInput options from a database, as well as saving the newly created options in the database. Appreciate any help on this! A lot of SO answers regarding Shiny modules have the older callModule(...) syntax, which makes researching this topic a bit more confusing.

Unique sidebar inputs for each new dynamic tab created in Shiny

I would like to have unique user inputs for each newly created tab in Shiny, however once the user selects the inputs it stores and does not change for the additional tabs created.
Scenario:
User selected data from local computer
User makes selection from drop down list
Click on Add new tab
Click on the new tab
User custom input = graph changes dynamically
Go back to homepage select new data and Click on Add new tab
Click on the new tab
User custom input = graph does not change and changes as per user input from step 5
Data: Any simple csv table with two columns A and B will replicate the result below
Desired result: Each tab has unique user input and changes the active tab graph dynamically

In ui I added verbatimTextOutput for your example2.
When dynamically creating outputs, I believe you just need output[[i]] in your for loop.
For name of these selectInput widgets, added "item" instead of just having the id be a number.
Then, you can access the selected values for these inputs through input[[paste0("item", i)]] where i is matched to your checkboxes.
Edit (12/27/20) Based on comment, with varying checkboxes and inputs, you will want to store both the input name (or index) and choice. So, you could make a reactive data frame to store these, instead of just storing the value selected. Also, you need to check if the dynamically created input exists (or is.null) before storing the value. Additionally, when you create your new dynamic inputs, you can check with the index to provide an accurate default/selected value. See if this works for you.

Is it possible to clear the displayed output in ShinyApp using actionButton

I'm building a shinyApp on mtcars data. I got 2 actionButtons (Go & Clear).
The Go button is for displaying the output on mainPanel whereas the Clear button is for clearing that output.

insertUI() and removeUI() is what you might be looking for.
Removing the element is easier with removeUI():

Why not inject some javascript? This way, your code is kept virtually unchanged.
Create a js file in your shiny folder with the following code (rmDt.js in this example):

Unable to clear the displayed output in ShinyApp using actionButton

I'm building a shinyApp on mtcars data. I got 2 actionButtons (Go & Clear).
The Go button is for displaying the output on mainPanel whereas the Clear button is for clearing that output.
My Clear button isn't working due to some unforeseen reason. Can somebody please have a look at my codes. I shall be extremely grateful.

I didn't analyze your script completly, but i can see that it doesn't call the second button at all (Clear). You made an eventReactive() using input$go for the first button to make the plot, but you need to call input$reset too if you want to make it work.
