TA1 Error in Availity EDI 278I Realtime Request for Prior Authorizations - biztalk

I am trying to test the 278I Prior Authorization request with Availity and receiving a TA1 error in response.
I am using the following document for reference on the 278I request.
EDI-278i-Companion-Guide-Non-HIPPA-005010X215.pdf
The format of the request is as follows:
278 Inquiry Global ID - Request
Error from Availity in response
As per the documentation in few online articles and documents related to EDI Acknowledgement Errors, the line TA17687586542211220040R*013~ means: Security Information Value is missing or incorrect.
I have been trying to figure out the issue reason here for the past two days and couldn't get it to work. It would be really great if anyone could help or guide me to solve this issue or provide some useful information related to this issue.

Ensure that the ISA's length is exactly 106 characters and that both ISA2 and ISA4 contain exactly 10 characters/blanks. Also, ensure that there are no hidden symbols, such as tabs, CR/LFs anywhere inside the contents. CR/LFs are okay only after the segment terminator.

Google Analytics 4 measurement protocol not working

I tried to send event to Google Analytics 4 using the postman.
And GA4 just response 204 No Content and the event is not recorded in the data stream.
I checked the measurement_id and api_secret has right value.
Is there anything wrong?
Thank you.
I encountered this issue today.
For me personally, it turns out I was looking for my received data in the wrong place: I was looking in Admin > Data Streams, which incorrectly told me "No data received in past 48 hours."
Where I actually needed to look was in the "Realtime Overview" (Reports > Realtime - see picture):
In there, there was a handy little event counter that showed me my events were, in fact, getting through just fine.
If you check here and it's still zero, here are some other things to try:
You may need to set the Content-Type header to "application/json".
Validate your events by sending them to the endpoint https://www.google-analytics.com/**debug**/mp/collect rather than https://www.google-analytics.com/**debug**/mp/collect - as long as you get "validationMessages": [] back, you should be good to go.
Make sure the JSON you're sending matches this format
According to the folks over at this similar StackOverflow question, You may need to set the User-Agent header, though I personally did not have to.
The object should be payload, not body.

Retrieve timestamp of the last message in channel

I want to get the timestamp of the last message in a channel using my bot. The problem is that other bots can post in the channel too and according to the FAQ the following restriction exists:
Bots talking to each other could potentially get stuck in unwelcome loops. To avoid this, we decided that bots will not be able to see messages from other bots regardless of mode.
I understand the reason, but I don't want really read these messages. I just want to know the last date of the post (because I don't want them post too often).

Smartsheet Sync for Google Forms times out

I'm getting an error for a survey that has about 90 questions but only 10 respondents when I try to use the Smartsheet Sync add on. Error says that it"Exceeds Maximum Execution Time". How can I increase the execution time so that it will add responses to my Smartsheet? I don't know anything about coding. I'm not evens sure if I could edit the add-on? Please advise.
Thanks for sharing your form with me, so that I could take a closer look. It appears that your form actually contains 96 sections each with multiple questions. When you create a Google Sheet for the form responses, 361 columns are created.
This is probably the cause of your issue. Each sheet in Smartsheet can only handle around 200 columns per sheet, and Smartsheet Sync automatically tries to create a column for each question in your Google Form. It appears you have uncovered a bug where our error messaging in Smartsheet Sync could be better - informing the user that the form has more questions than a sheet can handle, rather than trying to create the sheet and then timing out. We will make a note of this bug so that we can address it in a future revision.
As it stands, Smartsheet would not be able to handle a form with 361 questions, so it doesn't appear that Smartsheet Sync will be able to handle this form.

Google Analytics Add-on limitaions

I would like to get some data from GA via spreadsheet add-on as I did a few weeks ago (I gathered ~200 000 rows). I am using same metrics, dimensions and rest of the settings but I am still getting this error :
https://i.stack.imgur.com/hTpIg.png
I found that I will get some data when I do not set up "max-results", but the default is set up on 1000 which is not enough for my needs. Why?
What I have tried to solve this problem and it doesn’t work:
change GA views
change dimensions and metrics
change time range
create new spreadsheet
set up sharing settings of spreadsheet to "public on web"
I found the link regarding limits and quotas on API (https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/config/mgmt/v3/limits-quotas#) and I should pass only through 50 000 requests per project, which I actually exceed on the first run, so another question how is it even possible to get more data than I suppose to get?
Should I really order more request or does "request" mean anything else than "one row"? Second why or what?
There is no any interpretation for the error.
Perhaps I am missing something, appreciate your help.
In short: while one could only guess what causes your problem it's most certainly not the API limit. Rows and requests are not at all the same, every request may fetch up to 10,000 rows.
"Request" is a call to the API, which might include one or many rows of data (unless your script somehow only requests one row at a time, which would be unusual).
If you exceeded your API quota the error message would say pretty much that.
The default is 1000 rows because that's a sensible default (compromise between convenience and performance). The API will return max 10,000 rows per request. To fetch 200 000 results the Add-on would have to do 20 requests, not 50 000.
Also a Google spreadsheet support 2mio cells at max, this might be exceeded by your result set.
"Service error" is a very unspecific error message which can be caused by a variety of causes from out-of-bound ranges to script timeouts or network latency. Sometimes the spreadsheet service dumps an additional error message in the browser console, so you should check your developer tools.

(Why) 'dont my credentials authorize access' to any descriptive meta resources from the HERE-api?

Yesterday I registered with HERE to experiment on Traffic/Flow data.
I registered with both the 'Public Basic plan' as well as the '90-day evaluation'. I managed to perform some basic query's and also got results but the next step was to understand the output.
The official way to get descriptions on the output data is described here:
https://developer.here.com/rest-apis/documentation/traffic/topics/additional-parameters.html.
I simply substituted my credentials in the the https://traffic.cit.api.here.com/traffic/6.0/xsd/flow.xsd?app_id={YOUR_APP_ID}&app_code={YOUR_APP_CODE} URL and pasted in my browser. But the only result I get for every xsd is:
"error:These credentials do not authorize access. Please contact your customer representative or submit a request here developer.here.com/contact-us to upgrade your account. You can also get valid credentials by registering for a free trial license on developer.here.com.,error_description:NA" . So apparently I am authorized to use the api but not authorized to get information on how to interpret the results...?
I already found out the many abbreviation are explained on Interpreting HERE Maps real-time traffic tags but I found a few that weren't described, like <SSS> and <SS>.
Thanks in advance.
UPDATE: Apparently I was already voted down on the question. What am I doing wrong?
The Description of SS/SSS tag is here:
The SS (SUB_SEGMENT) will be provided if the current traffic data is
more precise than the road defined. When there are SS elements, the
elements will be ordered by driving direction. If there are SS
elements, the lengths (LE) of all SS elements will add up to the
length of the roadway represented from the corresponding CF section.
