Change form radio button options after each answer - css

There are forms where you have multiple choice answers where the question and the answer options changes after each answer.
Example:
A question with four different radio buttons (styled like buttons) as different options for answers and when you press one of the buttons the question changes and the text on the answers change so you get four new options for answers.
I cant find anything about this, how do you make one of these forms?

You will have to do something called as conditional rendering. You can check more about it on google, there are enough articles and tutorials based on conditional rendering a form.

Such kind of change is not supported by Google Form.
You may need to create a web form yourself.

Short Answer Matrix in Google Forms

I'm trying to figure out some way to have a short-answer matrix functionality with Google Forms, like in the below Qualtrics image:
Does anyone know if there's any way this could be possible?
I know it isn't available in the "question selection" screen, but I'm wondering if there's some sort of add-in or background shenanigans that might do the trick.
You could have a Multiple-choice Grid question
or a Tick box Grid question

Mark inside checkbox

I have a short question. How can I change mark inside checkbox from standard tick to dot? I already have a circle shape. All I want is my checkbox looks like radiobutto. How can I solved this?
While I agree with ProgrammerPer that this might not be a great idea from a user experience perspective, sometimes manipulations like this are necessary.
If I'm understanding the OP's question, I think the only way this could be accomplished is to mirror the checkbox functionality with a div (for example) so it can have a custom 'ticked' view.
This a great resource for customizing inputs: http://wtfforms.com/

Is there a way to hide optional fields while using autoforms in meteor

I'm using autoforms to build a rather lengthy form. SOme fields are populated by default values and I do not wish for them to appear since the end user will mostly not be touching them unless there is a specific necessity. I went through the documentation for autoforms and the demo page, but nothing is clearely mentioned about how to have these fields hidden away and then shown upon clicking on 'Advanced' or something like that. A little advice on how to get this thing going will be useful.

Used simple collapsible s to meet this specific requirement.

Programmatically editing unused explorer columns

I would like to add custom values to these columns programmatically.
