I want to create a webpage of good messages and it should allow the user to customise the background colour and font and also to share it. The message should change on every refresh (I'll add the messages).
User should be able to scroll down.
Can anyone help me?

Is there a way to let PWA users know that a clicked link is being loaded. Usually in the browser we see the blue progress line indicating this but in the pwa the user is left to assume the page is loading except there is a pseudo effect on the buttons programmed by the developer. I understand the idea behind pwa includes giving users immersive visuals and if pages load faster, the users will not bother about the blue line but sometimes it's needed.
Going through the same thing but i think i found a way.
We can use bootstrap spinners to animate this. We can use javascript to detect a link click and show the spinner. We can also add this on submit button click.
I am a newbie in opencms in Tomcat6. I got assigned to review an issue that one of the project is encountering.
In opencms, after we login as Admin to edit the content, the button (a red and white small circle) at the top right hand corner is not showing. Usually, when the button is available (after login), other icons are shown at the top of the page (e.g. edit, info etc) to manage the content.
Please let me know if have any idea.
Thanks in advance ... DB
Did you checked if you´re in the offline Project? You can switch between Online and Offline. When you are in the Online Project you cant edit anything.
Background: We currently manage a wireless network for a store, which is used by its customers when they want free Wi-Fi which we control using Cloudtrax linked to our Open-Mesh access points.
Requirement: The client wants to have control via this interface, but we don’t want the client to see that they are using Cloudtrax, we want to “skin” the login and admin pages so that they see only our branding, and our URL, thus not leaving even a mention of Cloudtrax.
Question: How would I go about doing something like this?
Thanks in advance for anything helpful! it's much appreciated
loudtrax offers the ability to add a custom logo to your Cloudtrax network. This logo will be seen when you or your customers log in to Cloudtrax, as well as on any vouchers you may decide to print. By default, this will be set as the default Cloudtrax logo.
Follow these steps to change your network logo:
Log into your Cloudtrax network.
Navigate to “Edit Network”, which can be found in the top right hand corner of the Cloudtrax login page.
In the top left corner, you will see the Cloudtrax logo, with the word “replace” that is green and underlined. Click “replace”.
After you have clicked the link, a “browse” button will appear. Simply click this button, and navigate to the image you have saved. After you have selected the image, hit “submit”.
If everything has gone correctly, you should see your updated logo where the Cloudtrax logo was previously located.
There are some restrictions on the logo: it can be no larger than 100K, and must be a supported file type such as png, jpg, or gif. If these requirements are not met, you will be displayed an error stating that your image does not meet the requirements, and the logo will be reset to Cloudtrax.
Logos are set on a per-network basis. If you have multiple networks, you'll have to upload a custom logo for each one.
I am adding framed content to a wordpress blog in a membership area. Is there a way that I can prevent that content from being opened in a new window or tab? A plugin or a string of code I can add?
As it is now if someone right clicks on the frames content they can view it in a new window and possibly share that URL rendering the membership site useless in controlling who views....
I would like a block.... If possible...I see other iframes popup an error message when you try and view....
Any help is appreciated!
Thank you for a great place for info
One possible solution I can think of is now to add JavaScript code to prevent right click, but again this is not always going to work because the person can simply disable JavaScript and they can still right click to see the content of the iframe. Not only that there is alway a way to sniff the URL of the iframe by either using some sort of software or even using something like FireBug.
I have created my app which just shows an image. Below the image I would like to invite people to Share by displaying a Share button. If they do share, the image is replaced by another image. I have worked out how to display the Share button but I can't work out how to display the next image if they have shared. I'm new to app development and will appreciate any assistance. Maybe there is a tutorial somewhere that I have been unable to find.
By sharing do you mean liking? If so, then search for fan-gate.
Here's a great tutorial on it:
