Is r-fullprofile-access available thru Partner Program - linkedin

After reviewing How to get LinkedIn r_fullprofile access? it's not clear if the r_fullprofile scope will be available if we decide to go for the Partner program. Existing documentation suggests it will be available. Can someone please confirm this?

Does Google publish IP addresses used for Play Store app testing?

I have an app in Google's Play Store that had an update rejected recently and the app subsequently pulled. We've corrected the issues, at least I think we have, but Google can't test the app because they keep receiving access errors. I believe these are due to the fact that the application testing is being done from an IP/subnet that we have blocked, perhaps mistakenly, for previous suspected fraudulent activity. I've tried filing appeals and asking for the IP info but have had no success.
Does Google maintain a list of IP addresses they use for testing so I can whitelist them on my servers? If not, is there a better way to contact Google and ask for this information?
Thanks for whatever help you can provide! Apologies if this is the wrong forum to ask this, I am not actually the developer but having to troubleshoot this on behalf of the developer so I'm not as knowledgeable on the community or resources.

Linkedin Full Profile API access for a Course Project

My team and I are undertaking a course on Ar/Vr, and we are trying to access profile information from Linkedin. I need access to full profile information (r_fullprofile), as the (r_basicprofile) is not sufficient for the project.
I understand that access to these API's are only through Partner Programs, but since I am a student, I cannot find the valid program that I should apply to.
How to proceed with the above situation, or any kind of access that I can request for the project?
i would consider using r_basic anyway. requesting such a partnership will take up to more then a month of waiting.
also you should look at the possiblities of the linkedin people V1 api.
http://api.linkedin.com/v1/people/~:(firstName,lastName,headline,positions:(company,title,summary,startDate,endDate,isCurrent),industry,location:(name,country:(code)),pictureUrl,publicProfileUrl,emailAddress)?format=json
this are some things you can get from the basic, i probably missed alot because i do not need them. do you need something specifc ?

Anonymous meeting in Skype for Businnes

Help please solve the following problem. I can not
sign in anonymously into the meeting using the Skype Web SDK.
On the following site it doesn't work: https://ucwa.skype.com/websdk
In the official example
everything works (signin, signout, chat, conference), except, of course, anonymous meeting.
I had a question: does this service at all, and if someone did it, answer, please.
No, you cannot pragmatically manipulate Skype without an authenticated user. Anonymous users may join your Skype meeting (if your configuration allows for it) but they do so using a publicly available Skype client (native or web).
First of all, the sample you are looking at is for Skype for Business Online. Its not meant to work with onprem. Its indeed not working anymore.
You can make use of this repo: https://github.com/OfficeDev/skype-docs/tree/master/Skype/Trusted-Application-API/samples/AnonMeetingJoinSamples and set up your own UCAP cloud application. Follow all the steps in the readMe and and on this page: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/skype/trusted-application-api/docs/anonymousmeetingjoin
If you want further information for Skype for Business check out this: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/skype/ucwa/ucwa2_0generalreference

IMAP_AirSeatMapService details

We want to retrieve seat availability from Sabre. However can not use EnhancedSeatMapRQ as its not activated. Documentation of a few services refer to IMAP_AirSeatMapService. But sabre dev studio does not reflect any documentation for this service.
Questions I have are -
1. Is IMAP_AirSeatMapService available for use? If yes, would like to know the related resources (WSDL/XSDs)
2. What is the alternative for EnhancedSeatMapRQ to get seat availability during booking process?
Appreciate any help on this.
EnhancedSeatMapRQ came as a replacement for IMAP service.
If you do not have access to it, you should contact your Sabre account manager and request it.

Linkedin: which partner program for r_network?

I saw recently Linkedin restricted access to its api.
The connections (obtained vie the r_network authorization) are no longer available.
I read that if I affiliate to some partner program I may use again the r_network authorization and get users' connections.
I could not find any doc that tells which APIs would be available with a particular partner program.
Does anybody know if there's a partner program that would let me retrieve a users' connections?
Are these partner programs free or do they cost?
thanks
