I was wondering if anybody on here has any experience using the Twitter API in R? I'm trying to set up a simple Twitter bot with an R script but seem to be running into a problem with my access to twitter's API. I'm using the package Rtweet, I have a developer account set up on Twitter and I believe the token information is entered correctly. I followed the example from this blog post: https://www.interhacktives.com/2021/03/16/how-to-scrape-open-data-and-tweet-it-using-a-bot-with-r/
When I run my code, I get an error message when I try to use the function "post_tweet". The error message is as follows: "You currently have Essential access which includes access to Twitter API v2 endpoints only. If you need access to this endpoint, you’ll need to apply for Elevated access via the Developer Portal. You can learn more here: https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api/getting-started/about-twitter-api#v2-access-leve" I've been up and down the Twitter developer dashboard and I thought that my level of access would allow me to send a simple tweet, but maybe I'm wrong?
Does anybody have any insight here? I can provide more information if needed.

I couldn't find this information anywhere, so I'm sorry if this was already answered.
I'm developing an educational game and I'm using the Google Firebase to handle the authentication. I want a sheet report for whom logged on the game and when. I know that this information is available in the Authentication Menu of the https://console.firebase.google.com. What I need to know is if there is a way to get this report in sheet(csv) format. Also, if the game is published/posted on site, would the Google Analytics create this report for me?
Thanks for the help!
PS.: the game still is just a executable prototype that I run on my machine, so the Google Analytics still isn't running.
There is no API to retrieve information about who signed in to your project using Firebase Authentication. If you want something like that, you could build it yourself on top of it, although the most common approach is to log events to Analytics with a suitable user ID.
I would like to make some Pyton or NodeJS script to help me with repetitive tasks or searchs in my personal Evernote.
I don't want to make any application for general use. Only some scripts for me.
Is there a quick way to make this before creating an account in sandbox.evernote.com? I want to access my already available data in Evernote.
Yes, this exact thing exists. Go here:
https://dev.evernote.com/doc/articles/dev_tokens.php
And get a "developer token" for your production account. It will allow access to your account only and you can do what you like with your data via the API.
Hi I came across this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/web-api/overview/getting-started-with-aspnet-web-api/creating-api-help-pages which will give us a way to browse web api documentation. But, I need it to be available without running the server. Does anyone here have an idea on how to make the API documentation generated during run time be available at design time? Thanks.
I've been looking online for the past two hours and the only way I've found to access Facebook's API using R is through the Rfacebook library by creating an app in Facebook's developer's forum.
The reason I'm reluctant to do this is because it requires a posted privacy policy for my app. I'm only using this as a data source to analyze stats, I'm not actually creating an app. I can post the privacy policy for my company's website, but is that what I really should do? Or is there a way to access the API without saying I'm creating an app (since I'm not)?
I am working on a web app that includes a map using the Google Maps Javascript API. It works on our development server, but whenever trying to access it on stage or production using our company domain, I get an RefererDeniedMapError.
The docs at https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#referer-denied-map-error clearly state that this error means Google has blocked our domain for violating ToS. An appeal was submitted but Google claims the domain is not blocked and to see further help here. I've already turned off all API restrictions and removed all referrer restrictions as well, but are still getting the same problems.
I can access the app by going directly to the web app server, but anytime I go through our company's domain name, the error returns, which leads me to believe that we are in fact blocked.
Has anyone experienced an issue like this or know of a workaround for this? I've looked through the related posts on the topic but have not found anything useful info to help resolve the problem.
Edit:
The website is using sensors to track packages in the mail for our customers and alerts them if the sensor gets too much light, is dropped, etc. There are no restriction methods at all. I've added a couple screenshots showing the maps working on development but not during testing.
Map working in development
Map not working on test server
At first look, it just seems to be a normal restriction error, however, since you've said that there are currently no restrictions applied in your API key and is working properly in server-side but not in production, this seems to be an issue with your API key, can you try to generate a new API key and use it in your website? If the issue still persist, then this will require a technical support from Google Maps Platform as this may be an issue in the GCP Console. You may file a support case via https://console.cloud.google.com/google/maps-apis/support in order to open personalized communication channel.
