I'm trying to plotting multiple lines in one single graph. I've combined two of them using dual axis, but I don't know how should I add another.

Since you have mentioned that you want to show multiple measures in one viz it means that one axis is sufficient for all these measures. Therefore, Instead of creating dual axis chart, do it like this-
Step-1 Build line chart with one measure.
Step-2 Drop another measure on the axis directly instead of rows/column shelf where you'll see a double bar icon like the screenshot.
step-3 Drop additional mesaures either in similar ways or onto measure values pane created automatically. See a demonstration screenshot below on sample superstore

I am making a data logger for a couple of Arduino sensors in Qt. The problem is that I want to log the data in 3 different graphs, each of one having one specific scale, and then I'll choose what graph I will show (just one of the 3 graphs will be displayed at one time).
I tried something like this:
QCPGraph *sensorXGraph = ui->graph->addGraph();
QCPGraph *sensorYGraph = ui->graph->addGraph();
sensorXGraph->setVisible(false);
sensorYGraph->setVisible(false);
And then, in a slot call from a RadioButton clicked event I did:
sensorXGraph->setVisible(true);
sensorYGraph->setVisible(false);
And the inverse for another RadioButton. But the graph seems to keep the axis of the last graph created. So, if I try to see the sensorXGraph, the data will change accordingly but y axis range will be the one of the sensorYGraph.
I also tried to make a single QCPAxis for each graph, but it started to be a mess because I had to make QCPAxisRect for each graph as well and the result was worse than the first trial.
How do I achieve to change from one graph to another properly?

You can call clearGraphs() on your QCustomPlot and then add whatever graphs you want to display by calling addGraph() and then call replot() on your QCustomPlot. So it would be something like this:
ui->graph->clearGraphs();
ui->graph->addGraph();
// Do whatever you need to do to edit your graph.
ui->graph->replot();
Since you are using a radio button I think that it would be easier to draw one graph and add the necessary data and labels based on whatever radio button has been selected. Hopefully that helps!
I'm attempting to try and increase the vertical spacing between multiple x-axes using JFreeChart. Currently, my charts look like this:

However, I need to produce something like the following so that the x-axes are more clearly defined (note that the vertical spacing between the x-axes is larger than in the first image):

Does any one have any idea on how to do this? I've been searching the JFreeChart API for > 2 days now and can't find anything that directly addresses the issue other than attempting to use org.jfree.chart.axis.AxisSpace in some way.

One approach would be to customise the axis label insets (that is, increase the space below each axis label).

I am using the standalone LocusZoom software,but I am having two problems:
I have to create a plot showing only position on the x-axis (not showing the genes). If I just use showGenes=FALSE with nothing else the genes still appear, but if I use rfrows=0 then the genes are not shown, but the problem is that also the x-axis label with the positions disappears. Is there a way to only show the position label? It looks like the only way to do this is to modify the original script...
Is there a way to use several plots created using LocusZoom in an R script to position many plots into one unique figure? (output is a pdf for now) There is an option listed in the LocusZoom webpage (http://genome.sph.umich.edu/wiki/LocusZoom_Standalone) called "prelude" but I cannot get more info on how to use it.

I would like to put two series in the same graph on the graphite dashboard. However, since the dashboard requires single-line commands I could not find a way that doesn't involve the use of a wildcard.
Here's an example of the two series I would like in the same graph:
sum(base.foo.bar.positive.*)
sum(base.foo.bar.negative.*)
I tried several separators but I could not get it to work. Any ideas?
You have a few options here...
Merge the 2 graphs on to the graph via the drag and drop in the dashboard
OR
Use the sumSeriesWithWildcards() function
Merge 2 or more wildcard matching
Open your first graph on the dashboard
Open your second graph on the same dashboard
Click and hold the second graph and drag it over the first graph
Use groupByNode() and wildcard matching
This is not as nice, and will not always work however you will be able to do this all in one line.
sumSeriesWithWildcards(base.foo.bar.{positive,negative}.*, 3)
This will do the following:
Select all all the graphs that match base.foo.bar.positive.* and base.foo.bar.negative.*
Sum the data by the node at position 3: positive, negative

I want a chart that has several separate series running in rows across. They are largely separate charts and should not overlap, but all share the same horizontal datetimeaxis. They don't share the same y-axis, however and that's where I'm getting stuck.
I have tried having a linechart series and then a plotchart series, but it will only allow a single <mx:series> per chart without having them inside the same series which as far as I can tell will place the charts on top of each other in the z-axis. I can stack them and have them completely separate charts, but it was proving to be somewhat irritating having them align correctly.
Is there any reasonable way of combining multiple charts into one like this? Basically having rows in a table where each row is a different chart but the columns are consistent. or am I going to be best served just by stacking separate ones?

As far as I'm aware, the only way to do this is to stack separate charts. With a little care, it is possible to set things up so that the x-axes line up properly -- the project my team is working on has this.
