I am working on my bilingual website with wordpress and the polylang plugin! The problem is that when I click on the language switcher to change from deutsch to english language the page cannot be found because it points to the wrong url (www.florian-drums.com/en instead of www.florian-drums.com/en/drumlessons). Is there a way to edit the url link from the language switcher? All other links and translation pages in the menu are working fine!
Here is the website: www.florian-drums.com
Please help!
Polylang is trying to get to www.florian-drums.com/en because it is the url of the english homePage of your website, but it seems that you don't have any. Try to create a page and set it as english homePage.

I am currently using the Multisite Language Switcher Plugin on one of our webpages. I am trying to create a language switch button that will allow the user to go to the same post of the other language when they click on it.
So for example, if we have the english post and its equivalent in the welsh language, I would need to get the URL of its counterpart for the user to go to that page.
Any help would be appreciated.
Configure Multisite Language Switcher Options first then add switcher button from elements to anywhere you'd like to display.
WordPress with Polylang is not working properly. For some reason some of the menus and submenus are showing LANGUAGE instead of language flag image. Beside when you click to language of the non working menu items it redirects to #pll_switcher
Any help highly appreciated.
In editing mode looks OK
I use Polylang plugin to translate my English WordPress website to German, I was able to translate the pages and the posts I couldn't translate the homepage.

how can I create another static page for the second language?
Try with pll_e in template and pll_register_string for function.
I have a WordPress (4.8.2) with a Divi theme (3.0.78) and a WooCommerce (3.1.2). So everything is up to date. When I try to change the site language in the admin panel it doesn't work. I want to go to french language but it stays in English. Although the language option in the DB goes to fr_FR it keeps the site language in English. Does anyone has a clue about it?
After a few time for looking it appears that it was a Divi option which was at the origin of the issue. I had to disable the "Disable Translations" in the Divi/Theme Options/General.
qtranslate and qtranslate slug is not taking the correct language in url on menu side
The problem is that when I create the menu, the link is taking the language (EN/FR) but is not taking afer this the page title translated.
When I access page EN/page-en/ and FR/page-fr/ is ok but in the menu the links are build EN/page-en/ and FR/page-en/
