Why does this Visual Studio warning / problem occur? - asp.net

I get this error whenever I want to access the database that I have created and it shows this message
Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to a failure in starting the process for the user instance. The connection will be closed
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Would could cause a Postgres exception: 42501: must be a member of the role whose process is being terminated or member of pg_signal_backend?

I've been running component tests in a .NET 5 application using LightBDD. In each test we bring up an instance of an ASP .NET core "application" that we connect to via grpc. At the end of each test we shut down the "application".
This "application" starts a connection to a Postgres instance (in the tests this is constantly running locally in Docker and is not restarted between tests) and then closes it at shutdown.
In a sequential run of 30 tests I got the following error twice (separated by about 5 successful tests):
Postgres exception: 42501: must be a member of the role whose process is being terminated or member of pg_signal_backend
I haven't been able to reproduce it since. Does anyone know what potentially could have caused this intermittant issue?
You get that error if you are trying to cancel a transaction of a different database session or terminate such a session, but that other session is with a different database user.
The error message informs you what privileges you need to do that: you either have to be the same user (or a member thereof), or a member of pg_signal_backend or a superuser.

Execution group not starting Websphere message broker 8

We have Websphere Message Broker v8.0.0.3 on Redhat Linux env, and we encounterd the following runtime error message:
BIP2057
Execution Group <insert_1> could not be started: broker name <insert_2>; UUID <insert_3>; label <insert_4>; Pub-Sub server <insert_5> (1=Yes, 0=No).
The situation is that one of the execution groups stopped (without any trace/log about it) and the wmb could not auto start with the BIP2057 error.
the weird part occurs when another EG restarted (unlinked reason to the first problem, because of some applicative errors) and then the first EG "took its place", started successfully, and now the second EG could not start for the same reason.
We have checked for user permissions or the logs without any success in identifying the problem.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Run the following service IBM MQSeries if it's not running already:
C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\WebSphere MQ\bin\amqlsvc.exe
If it gives an
exception of Access Denied, your user must not be having rights to
log on.
Another possible resolution can be by restarting the
DataFlowEngine.exe process.
If none of the above scenarios fulfill the need, restart the system.

Windows workflow suspends intermittently with error in DurableInstancing.InstancesTable

I am facing this error since some time, it is very intermittent in nature so, unable to understand why this error and what needs t be done t fix this.
Issue:
We have a workflow 4.5 WCF service. Everything goes well, but intermittently we see suddenly that a workflow instance gets suspended with an error in the table "DurableInstancing.InstancesTable"
The error is "Keyword Not supported: 'DB Name,1433';Initial Catalog'.
Since most times this ust workd fine without any error, I do not think this problem is related to web.config entry for connectionstring. Most times the workflow completes without any error. We have verified multiple times that the connection string is proper and there is no issue with parsing the connection string.
I suspect this issue is happening while Workflow instance is being recreated from persistence storage, and because some reason it is unable to recreate , the workflow is getting suspended with this error in DB.
I really appreciate any help in getting us through this error.
Thanks,
GD
What we found was it was an issue with permission in Database. We gave "dbo" user permission to the workflow database, and after that we have not seen this problem occur again. Has the error or exception that gets logged in the table is mre informative then it would have been better.
Thanks,
GD

Error when running TcmReindex.exe

I am currently trying to get search working in my Tridion 2011 installation. I read in another article that I should run the TcmReIndex.exe tool in the Tridion/bin folder to re-index all my sites. So I tried this and it failed with a message box giving the following details
Unable to get list of Publication items.
Unable to Intialize TDSE object.
The wait operation timed out
Connection Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed while attempting to consume the pre-login handshake acknowledgement. This could be because the pre-login handshake failed or the server was unable to respond back in time. The duration spent while attempting to connect to this server was - [Pre-Login] initialization=21054; handshake=35;
The wait operation timed out
A database error occurred while executing Stored Procedure "EDA_TRUSTEES_GETTRUSTEEETOKEN"
I have four fairly large publications (100 000+ items in total) which I am trying to index.
Any ideas?
Whenever I get "Unable to Intialize TDSE object." errors, I typically write a small test script using VBScript, and try running it on the CMS server. Whilst this does not directly solve the problem, it often gives some insight into the issue by logging information in the event viewer. Try creating a test.vbs file as follows and running it:
Set tdse = CreateObject("TDS.TDSE")
tdse.initialize()
msgbox(tdse.User.Description)
Set tdse = Nothing
If it throws any errors, please let me know, and it may help us solve the problem. If it gives you a popup with your user description, then I am completely barking up the wrong tree.
I haven't come to anything conclusive but it seems like my issue may have been a temporary one as it just started working. I did increase all timeouts in Tridion MMC > Timeout Settings by 100 times their amounts but I suspect that this wasn't the issue, when it works the connection is almost instant.
If anyone else has this issue
Restart the computer the content manager is installed on, try again.
Wait an hour or two, try again.
Increase timeouts, try again.
I've run the process a few more times and it seems to be working correctly.

Debug an orchestration in biztalk 2010

I'm making an orchestration to send data from one SQL Server DB to another one. I'm able to receive the data but unable to send it to the other DB. I made a send port to test what I'm getting as an input. I got to know that I'm not getting the right data from the source schema. I have tested the map from visual studio 2010, and it is working fine. But i'm getting following error in event viewer:
The adapter "SQL" raised an error message. Details "HRESULT="0x80040e14"
Description="SQLOLEDB Error Description: Empty update, no updatable rows found Transaction aborted "
<Root xmlns:ns00="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xml-updategram">
<?MSSQLError HResult="0x80040e14" Source="Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server" Description="SQLOLEDB Error Description: Empty update, no updatable rows found Transaction aborted "?>
</Root>".
I want debug the orchestration. How can I do so?
Via the admin console you can view the suspended orchestration and set break points. The future runs of the orchestration will hold at the break point and again through the admin console you can attach to the orchestration and view information such as message content.
