Is Conda remote repository URL working with Artifactory? - artifactory

My Artifactory version is 6.6.3.
I have setup a Conda remote using the URL provided by Artifactory which is:
https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/free
However, when i click test, Artifactory returned 404 error.
Is the remote Conda URL is wrong ?
I try to ping repo.anaconda.com from my Artifactory server and there is a response.
I expect the remote URL to be connected successfully when i click test button.

There is an open issue regarding this button
You can ignore this button and use the repository as normal

Problem committing a project from RStudio to Github

I'm trying to push my files to my GitHub, but I'm getting the following error:
error: cannot run rpostback-askpass: No such file or directory
fatal: could not read Username for 'https://github.com': Device not configured
Details:
I'm using MAC
My git version: git version 2.32.1 (Apple Git-133)
I'm linking my project to GitHub with HTTP protocole
I ran git config --global user.name and user.mail in the terminal in Rstudio
I tried to use the solution of running git push -u origin main and when I type in my credentials, it gives me the error: "authentication failed". I never changed my password to GitHub, I checked it today to enter the website, it works.
I tried using ssh protocol instead but it seems to be giving me even more errors even though I created my ssh key and added it successfully to my GitHub. Specifically when I click on create new project and add the ssh link Rstudio says:
Cloning into 'data-science-hw'...
ssh_askpass: exec(rpostback-askpass): No such file or directory Host key verification failed.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository. Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists.
I went through all the possible suggestions I could find on the internet but none of them worked. I also tried linking a token generated by git, but it work either.
I would be very happy if anybody has any idea what else I could try..

Artifactory- can not download RPM packages from RedHat site

I am trying to connect out JFrog Artifactory (Version 7) to Redhat as remote RPM repository, the test connection pass, but it does not manage to download.
I configured the Artifactroy to address the URL-
https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/server/7/7server/x86_64/os/reposdata
In the Tree Browser I can see many files there, but not repomd.xml
When I try to download a file after configuring the Linux machine to work with this Artifactroy I get-
/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 – Not Found
What am I missing?
Configure the URL -https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/server/7/7server/x86_64/os/ as upstream URL for remote repository and follow Artifactory repository 'Set Me Up' instructions for client side configuration. According to shared error, seems changing upstream URL should fix the issue on your client side.

Can't install conan recipe from Artifactory OSS server from Bamboo server

I have JFrog Artifactory Community Edition 7.11.2 for C++ installed on a linux server and from my Windows pc I can successfully install required recipes for a project via the conan install .. command. However when I use the same files and scripts on my Bamboo Server (windows) as a build plan I get the following error:
ERROR: Couldn't read login
Conan suggests:
Try removing 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\.conan\.conan.db' file.
This I have done but still get the same error.
The Bamboo server runs using the Local System Account.
Are there recommended practices for using Conan with Bamboo for CI uses?
By default, Anonymous user is disabled, which means, only authenticated users can upload or download packages from Artifactory.
If your Bamboo instance is only downloading, without authentication, so first you need to enable the anonymous user access: https://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/JFROG/Users+and+Groups#UsersandGroups-ManagingUsers
Only administrator account can do it.
The problem was that I had surplus "'s in the remotes.txt file. I had a line like this...
"conancenter" "https://center.conan.io" true when it should of been
conancenter https://center.conan.io true

Q. How can I get SUSE repositories from update.suse.com in artifactory?

It is needed to add repositories from SLES (updates.suse.com) as a remote repository to artifactory. I guess this would be done via "RPM" remote repository, but after entering the link (including token) there always be a 403. Would suspect that the problem is that the link should be accessed as a yum repo and the metadata should been read first.
How can I get this working?

How to became superuser on AWS EC2 WordPress Site

I want to install SSL on AWS EC2 WordPress Site,
I have tried this:
bitnami#ip-172-24-0-191:/opt/bitnami/apache2/htdocs$ sudo /opt/bitnami/bncert-tool
An updated version is available. Would you like to download it? You would need to run it manually later. [Y/n]: Y
The tool will exit now. To run the updated version run the following command:
/opt/bitnami/bncert-tool
bitnami#ip-172-24-0-191:/opt/bitnami/apache2/htdocs$ /opt/bitnami/bncert-tool
but I have this error:
Error: There has been an error.
This installer requires root privileges. Please become superuser before
executing the installer
Press [Enter] to continue:
All you have to log in with AWS root user first.
Installing SSL depends on your web panel like cpanel, cyberpanel, directadmin etc.
If you have bought a SSL then install it via panel first.
If you want to install SSL via SSH access, Be sure your SSH port is open and the credentials are correct.
Your error is showing because of not root user access.
Thanks.
