How do I search website's sub-domains for text? - web-scraping

I am trying to find past exams for my modules in college that are on this website in form of pdfs:
Link to College Website
The problem is that custom google search engine doesn't work at all and I have to manually go through the pages to find exams I need.
How can I search for text in all directories on this website, so that I get their location, or even better, PDF's of exams I am looking for?

What framework to use for a responsive private website that has individual areas?

A group of business owners have asked me to create a responsive website just for them (public-facing page is login page). They want to be able to login and each have their own individual area which will show their business location and information about their business. They have recently tested doing a survey about their business environment, and they liked it and want each survey result presented in their private area too. Note, each owner will not see the private information of other owners. However, they also want a shared area with resources relevant for their industry (e.g. latest regulations, relevant industry PPTs) which they all can see (again, not public facing).
My question is, what is the best framework for making this website, which will also look ok on mobile? Previously I've made public facing websites with Elementor and WordPress - which meet the 'responsive website' requirements and for which I can envisage setting up the shared resource area - but what to use for login and creating individual areas?
Ideally after a business owner logs in they will have a personalized dashboard with their business information, and links to their page with survey results, location map etc. However, everyone will have the same index, e.g. Homepage (individualized dashboard), Survey Results (which will only show their results), Resources (everyone will see the same thing), Newsletter (they all see the same one).
I have used a free online form maker and made a digital version of the survey for them already, which automatically loads the data to a Google Sheet and then I split results in chart form to individual sheets with per person viewing permission. I have each owner's business location data ready in Google Maps. All these items I can easily embed into a page - once I have a framework setup for these private areas.
There are only about 18 business owners so it isn't a lot. I looked at using the WordPress inbuilt page password function to do this but it isn't working on most browsers for me, and I found many others encountered this same issue. I've looked at "WordPress client portal" plugin (uses password protected categories), WordPress Client Portal Plugin from SuiteDash (has the functionality but it is very very slow), ClientPortal (I can't find any option to try this plugin), and WP Customer Area (this seems great, but I found it too difficult to use even though it is free. I realize maybe my understanding isn't good enough - but I can't find good guides in English for it).
I also found some other "membership" type plugins, but they were relevant for providing customers with paid content at a tier level. I.e., you login and if you pay for "S" tier then you get access to that content. There is no paid content for the website that these owners want.
Appreciate any advice anyone may have on a suitable framework. I don't mind paying for something that fits these needs! Thanks for your help.

Adding zip code to search option with theme/wordpress

I am currently trying to use "listingpro" theme which is a listing directory. There is a search function which cities can be used to search for listings within a chosen radius. The admin has to put in the cities for each of the listings and the search results will appear on the map using google maps api.
However, using zipcodes for search options is not an option. I am wondering if there is some way in which I can add searching by zip code feature so when a user types in their zip code the listings within the designated radius will appear on the search page and on the map. Or if there is a tutorial somewhere on how to do this? This is a bit over my head and I am not sure if this is possible with this theme without doing a ton of customizing.
Thank a lot for your input!
According to this page, this is possible with the Google Places API. I assume the theme uses Google Maps API as default, so switching out or adding the the GPAPI would require a fair amount of customization.

WordPress PDF Form Submission

Good morning. I'm learning WordPress on the fly for a community project. The project coordinator has some PDF files in Google Docs she would like people to fill out and submit electronically. I have added links to the Google Doc files using Elementor which works, but people would still have to download the file in Word Format and email them to her. Could anyone point me in the right direction for Plugins or examples that would help streamline the submission of these predefined PDFs?

Site producing bad urls?

I'm using a custom Genesis child theme and lately I've been noticing that many false articles have been showing up on webmaster tools. They look something like this:
I haven't written these nor are they topics my site focuses on so I have no clue why they are showing up. So far, I've had to delete about a hundred of these. I read on a forum that this can be due to my theme generating bad urls but I'm not sure what that means nor do I know how to fix it. What can be causing this?
I believe that this problem is due to your website being hacked or Google is trying to Crawl or follow a link within your content that is not really a link.
This is what webmaster tool tells you about the problem:
In Crawl Errors, you might occasionally see 404 errors for URLs you don't believe exist on your own site or on the web. These unexpected URLs might be generated by Googlebot trying to follow links found in JavaScript, Flash files, or other embedded content.
To find out if your website has been hacked. First get this total = WordPress number of pages + number of post + number of categories + number of PDF or files + Images. Then do a google search using the following query (without the quotes) "site:yourdomain.com" if the result number is exaggerated greater than the calculated total then your website is definitely hacked.
If you believe that your website is not hacked try to find from where these links are being generated. Here is the trick: Go to the Web Master Tool report and click on one of those links, check the "Linked from" tab. There should be one or many possible pages listed from where these unexpected links are coming from.
Two possible Outcomes:
The page from where the link is found is from your own website: Go
to that page and open the source code, do a Ctrl+F search for that
link, if found check what section or content is generating this
problem.
The page from where the link is found is NOT from your own website:
In this case try to contact the owner of the other site and ask the
link to be removed, if not possible I highly recommend you to create
a 404 page within your WordPress installation with some useful
links. Google how to do this, there are plenty of resources.
Hope this helps

How to implement internal/powerful site search functionality ?

I have developed a site for our company, till now there is no search functionality in it. Now we are thinking to develop a site's search facility. Most of the times our page content comes from db. We have HTML editor by which our employee enter HTML content to db and later that content is shown on page but few things are still static, which means few things are hardcoded in the page, those are also important like menu content etc. now i want that when user put some word for search then that will search against database and file because that word may be hard coded in file. so guide me how to develop this kind of search where search will be based on file & database. if possible discuss here and also drive me toward article. thanks
As a starting point, the following MSDN code sample shows how to implement a search engine that can search contents (articles or posts...) in an ASP.NET website. It actually searches DB content...
