I included meta-telephony in build/conf/bblayers and ran a 'bitbake asterisk' and the image is built successfully.But when i flash the image in SDcard I can't see any asterisk file or folder in the final image anywhere (/etc/asterisk or /usr/include/asterisk.h).
However in build/tmp/work/cortexa7hf-neon-vfpv4-poky-linux-gnueabi/asterisk/ is available.
I tried including IMAGE_INSTALL_append = "asterisk" in local.conf but no change.What should I do to include asterisk in yocto.
I am building yocto for "Raspberry Pi-2".
You need IMAGE_INSTALL_append = " asterisk". Mind there is a space after ".

For some .epb files I am getting below exceptions:

All my .epub files are able to view using Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.11. So what will be the reason behind this issue?

That project seems to be deprecated. However , it looks like that the root repo is active though . You could check the github project site .
You need to download the dll file manually from this link , choose the for .NET Standard one . Then add the dll file into forms project , just right click Dependencies - Add project reference - Browse - Select the download file
I'm trying to create app based on Jetty 9.4.20 (embedded) and Vaadin Flow 14.0.12.
It based on very nice project vaadin14-embedded-jetty.
I want to package app with one main-jar and all dependency libs must be in folder 'libs' near main-jar.
I remove maven-assembly-plugin, instead use maven-dependency-plugin and maven-jar-plugin. In maven-dependency-plugin i add section <execution>get-dependencies</execution> where i unpack directories META-INF/resources/,META-INF/services/ from Vaadin Flow libs to the result JAR.
In this case app work fine. But if i comment section <execution>get-dependencies</execution> then result package didn't contain that directories and app didn't work.
It just cannot give some static files from Vaadin Flow libs.
This error occurs only if i launch packaged app with ...
$ java -jar vaadin14-embedded-jetty-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
... but from Intellij Idea it launch correctly.
There was an opinion that is Jetty staring with wrong ClassLoader and cannot maintain requests to static files in Jar-libs.
The META-INF/services/ files MUST be maintained from the Jetty libs.
That's important for Jetty to use java.util.ServiceLoader.
If you are merging contents of JAR files into a single JAR file, that's called a "uber jar".
There are many techniques to do this, but if you are using maven-assembly-plugin or maven-dependency-plugin to build this "uber jar" then you will not be merging critical files that have the same name across multiple JAR files.
Consider using maven-shade-plugin and it's associated Resource Transformers to properly merge these files.

The ServicesResourceTransformer is the one that merges META-INF/services/ files, use it.
As for static content, that works fine, but you have to setup your Base Resource properly.
Looking at your source, you do the following ...

That won't work reliably in 100% of cases (as you have noticed when running in the IDE vs command line).
The Class.getResource(String) is only reliable if you lookup a file (not a directory).

I don't understand what the problem is. After installing the snap my application always shows the default system icon in the launcher (Ubuntu 18.04). No warning or anything when creating the package or when running it.
Note: This same setup works for Debian packaging. My Debian package uses exactly the same install locations and the icon works just fine in that case.
Currently, Snapcraft does no processing regarding the desktop entries' icons (thus the system can't find the icons as the icons specified in the desktop entries aren't in the icon search directories) and the packager have to manually patch the Icon value to $SNAP/path/to/the/icon.{png,svg} to the .desktop files specified by the apps._app_name_.desktop keys.

I have question about a warning that I received yesterday in google play developer console, below I attached a image.
It's about libpng library security vulnerability.
I think that I don't use this library in my project or if I use it I cannot find it.
In my project I use the following libraries:

A simple fix is to extract the following zip file into your “cocos2dx\platform\third_party\android\prebuilt” folder:
Download the fix from here:
libpng_fix.zip for Cocos2d-x 2.x
And change “Android.mk” file under “cocos2dx” folder:
Change:

I'm using Yocto buildsystem to create an image for raspberry pi that contains Qt5, but I'm having problems with configuring qtbase properly.
Due to those problems when I run Qt app I get an error:
This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "".
Available platform plugins are: eglfs, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen.
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
Aborted (core dumped)
On the other hand if I start my app like so:
myApp -platform eglfs
it works properly. The same if I set environment variable QT_QPA_PLATFORM=eglfs - it works.
How can I set my default platform to eglfs and not to xcb?
I have tried to set it like below (in my distro.conf):
