Clicking link to WP site a second time causes blank page - wordpress

I'm working on re-developing an existing WordPress site. The site is hosted on Azure and is currently up to date # v4.9.5.
Before i can even get started working on the site, i noticed a strange issue where if you click a link to the site twice in a row, the second time the site returns as a blank page with no resources loaded and no errors.
I've turned wp_debug on and error_reporting and the screen is completely blank. All plugins up to date, and i've deactivated all of them and switched to a standard theme and no change.
Not sure where to go from here, any help is greatly appreciated.
The site is located here.
Resolved in the last comment. Azure was throwing a server error which went un-noticed. Converting the page back to an ASP based page solved the issue.

Wordpress backend text only

When I log into my Wordpress backend it is text only. This is on my test website, where I trial and make changes prior to making changes on the live site.
I have tried the following:
1. Disabled all plugins.
2. Removed .htaccess.
3. Restored to a known working point.
4. Tried copying the live site that works, then updated wpconfig.php and the database.
Despite the above, it is the same result - Wordpress backend is text only.
Help please to get my website working normally again.
Thanks

Wordpress site hosted on Pressable keeps deleting files unknowingly?

I'm maintaining a Wordpress site on Pressable and my edits I make to the site keeps disappearing every week.
I update or modify some code that belongs to my site via the built in Wordpress editor and the changes will last last a few days but then the changes just get removed and the site reverts back to getting some errors in the console due to some JS not being executed correctly.. The same problem I fixed just previously.
Specifically, I get an error in the console that says a couple of JS files are missing from my project (getting 'is not a function' in the console), however after I add those JS files and fix the errors, the site remains stable for a week or so before the same file gets deleted and I have to make the fix again...
Does anyone know why this may be happening?

WP Homepage disappeared after host migration

I recently moved a wordpress website from one host to another and my homepage doesn't load. Its a standard homepage that shows my latest posts.
I tried disabling plugins and changing themes, but it still doesn't load up. Other pages on the website load up properly via direct link, but not the homepage.
Has anyone ever faced this? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
How are you trying to access the homepage?
Please make sure you have set the homepage as your front page under General -> Reading settings page.
See this image
Start troubleshooting from the very first thing go to setting and check whether the front static page is set with desired home page or not, secondly go to permalinks set it to default then reset to desired structure, third go to general setting double check the website new URL mention there is exactly same. After checking all these elements problem still existing so I must recommend you to re import the complete website all over again to avoid future hassles. There is nothing big rocket science behind migration you can use All-in-One WP Migration or follow the 3 steps WordPress migration guide. Sometime its happens when database or the core files are not import properly WordPress usually back fire many errors and exceptions.

Wordpress goes blank randomly changing plugins folder fixes it

I have a constant issue with my site going blank. Nothing ever shows. To fix it all I have to do is go in with my FTP and rename the plugins folder, refresh the page, and rename the plugins folder back to normal.
How can I have my site up and running at all times? I keep deactivating plugins hoping that it will stop it but after a few hours it goes blank again.
I contacted my host and after having them dig around for an hour they finally found the correct log. The problem was the WP-Touch never stopped 'running' so the mobile sites were fine but it would try to take over the desktop and would conflict with our theme. I have since then disabled the plugin and everything seems normal.

Default Website Page error - While installing wordpress multisites on a subdomain

I have installed wordpress multisites in my directory, everything is working perfectly except the fact that the main page of the sister sites shows "Default Website Page" error and redirects me to "http://geek.thelazy.info/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi".
The error occurs only when I open geek.thelazy.info and at specific places (not on places far from here), and only when I open the main page. At all other pages say like geek.thelazy.info/devashish site works regardless of anything.
Any clues on how to solve this problem?
I think the solution is to wait for a day or two. This helped me. But, I am not sure what if there is any other workaround at the server side as well because it is not really trivial to put a live site down for 1-2 days.
