Trying to connect to my remote host via telnet. Telnet client is enabled and running I get the following error:
TypeError: __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'encodings'

Am I missing something obvious here? Error really doesn't say a lot.
Do you have latest version of pyte (pip list)? It seems that changes introduced in ver 0.6.0 breaks compatibility with Telnet lib.
If so,uninstall pyte,install pyte ver 0.5.2
pip uninstall pyte
pip install pyte==0.5.2

I had the same problem and all the posts I found about installing various canberra-gtk-whatever packages didn't fix it. What finally fixed it was to install OpenJdk8 and then start nsight with that vm. Apparently Nvidia requires that exact vm and didn't document it. Typical poor documentation from Nvida.
I also have Oracle JDK 11 installed and only use OpenJdk8 to run insight.
I am using Redhat 6.6 and installed scons and using scons to install serf 1.3.8 but seeing the below error. Anyone has faced the below error. I am stuck and i need serf for http/https access for svn 1.9. Seeking advice for below error. I followed below URL. "http://www.linuxfromscratch.org" site for install procedure. I see error while executing cmd "/local//scons-2.4.1/script/scons check"
Has anyone know the solution or alternative to install serf to bypass this option and install serf without no issues

What env variables are required for scons to work properly. I see different error, i messed the environment. Seeing the below error. Any idea what I have missed. I have the custom install for python7. I have added the python install path to PATH,LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Error is below. Import failed. When I try to install error messages, it fails to download. I get error messages like this:

I can confirm, when accessing via my browser, that the certificate installed for the domain repo.scala-sbt.org is actually the certificate for repo.typesafe.com, and this seems to be the source of the error. It doesn't appear to be a DNS issue as http://repo.scala-sbt.org/ (insecure) works.
Please see https://github.com/sbt/sbt/issues/2125 for the workarounds. Specifically "http" should not be used.

Edit: This issue is now resolved. No workarounds should be required.
As a temporary workaround, add the file ~/.sbt/0.13/plugins/temp.sbt with the following contents:

You'll still see the error, but sbt will be able to find the dependency for which it is searching when accessing https://dl.bintray.com/sbt/sbt-plugin-releases directly (the place to which repo.scala-sbt.org presently redirects).

I am using meteor in windows 8(64 bit) and created the sample project on meteor by:
meteor create "hellowmeteor", then when I do cd hellometeor and meteor then there appears message on the cmd prompt.Meteor server running on :http://localhost:3030 now when I go to the browser and type http://localhost:3030 there is problem loading error. What is wrong with it ??

I'm trying to install a linux driver for my wireless network card (D-Link DWL-G510) on my Red Hat Linux 7.1 machine with a 2.4.37.9 kernel. I downloaded the serial monkey driver from the sourceforge site and was able to successfully compile the module. However, whenever I do a "make install", the make script executes a "depmod -a" command which then complains with the message: "Unresolved symbols in /lib/modules/2.4.37.9/extra/rt73.o".
I then executed a "depmod -e" command to show unresolved symbols and it indicates the following information:
request_firmware_Rsmp_38ce5074
release_firmware_Rsmp_33934162
I did a grep on the above information and it showed no source files making reference to it. I searched for it on google and it returned no results. Can anyone help?
I found out the reason - it was missing the firmware_class module. I had to rebuild kernel modules with the experimental feature CONFIG_FW_LOADER as a module which is found under Library routines\Hotplug firmware loading support. After loading the firmware_class module, the rt73 module loaded successfully also.
