directions + road APIs for educational purpose - google-maps-api-3

my team members and I are university students doing our industrial project which is going to predict the arrival times for ambulance cars to patients and then to hospitals based on various factors.
Our system will be extensively querying from Google maps apis especially road and direction apis. So is there any chance to get a premium access to these apis since it will be only used for educational purpose?
Thanks:)

Google has Google Maps APIs Grants (Premium plan for free) available for nonprofit organizations in the United States.
If your organization meets these requirements you can reach out to Google and apply to Grant as described in the following document:

Advertising Accounts not found in v2/profiles

i am new to Amazon Advertising API. I have Advertising Access with my KDP and my MBA Account on amazon. I am also a data scientist, therefore i want to analyse my campaigns more deeply in R.
So i managed to get my accesst_token and refresh_token, but when i request 'https://advertising-api-eu.amazon.com/v2/profiles/' or 'https://advertising-api.amazon.com/v2/profiles/' i can only see my KDP profiles and two unknown advertising profiles from Germany (all with 'account type = vendor').
But i can't see my MBA Advertising Accounts from Germany, France, Spain, Italy, UK or US with its campaigns. I am doing something wrong or do i missed something in the setup?
Scope is "advertising::campaign_management.
I am thankful for any help, the offical documentation does not help much.
For the Merch By Amazon Advertising Accounts you have to request "/managerAccounts" instead of "v2/profiles/"
-> https://advertising-api.amazon.com/managerAccounts
I believe this is an existing bug within the advertising API. You may have to create a support ticket in JIRA for it to get resolved.

What does "Assets per month" in HereMaps pricing mean?

The pricing page https://developer.here.com/pricing#plan-details for HereMaps contains the term "Assets per month" for the freemium plan. I could not find any hint what this means?
Could someone explain me what an asset is for Heremaps and when do I use them?
An Asset is a person (including an end user), animal, device, cargo, means of transportation, vehicle or any other object which is
Located, tracked or displayed on a map, or
Provided route calculations or orders of destinations and/or routes, or
Has analytics derived by using the HERE Materials in a customer application or service for business purposes.
For example, HERE services are often used to help logistics providers manage vehicles in a fleet or a field workforce. If you manage 250 or fewer Assets, the Freemium and Pro plans will support your app. Contact us to license applications that manage more than 250 Assets.

Split Recurring Subscription Payments (paypal or other gateway)

Me and a partner sell SaaS and are trying to split recurring monthly payments from our customers.
Paypal Payouts seems to only work on initial payments, not recurring, and paypal have decommissioned their adaptive payment methods.
We were considering Stripe, but since I am in the US and he is in the Philippines it will not work from his end.
Any ideas on how we can get these recurring monthly payments split between us?
My recommendation would be to build a Stripe Connect integration. It should be one Platform Account (that represents your joined business; it will need a business account) and two Standard Accounts that represent each of you as individuals. Unfortunately, since your partner is in the Phillipines, they'll need to get a bank account in a country that is supported by Stripe Merchants.

You might also be able to leverage Stripe Atlas here.

Can Google Endpoints be used as an API gateway for a SaaS product?

I have gone through the documentation on Endpoints and Quotas, but I still cannot figure out what the scope of Google Endpoints is.
Since I don't know a better way to phrase it, let's take the example of a SaaS company that, for a monthly fee, will provide customers with stock data through a REST API. They have different packages, from Enthusiast (for $10 per month) to Enterprise (for $1000 per month).
Would Google Endpoints be a suitable API management tool for this fictitious company?
Can you create an interface for API token management?
Can you set quotas based on the package that your customers are paying for?
product manager for Google Cloud Endpoints here.
We do not have quite the feature set that you need yet. We've got some features in the works (you'd need developer portals with log-in and key generation and monthly quotas) as we work on alignment with our Apigee product. There will be some progress this year, but no dates that I can speak of yet.

Does Marketo support Journeys?

I'm curious in if Marketo has something similar as Journeys and Journey Builder tool in Marketing Cloud? Can we create in Marketo some graphical representations of marketing customer journeys.
If no, maybe you know some other marketing solutions that can satisfy our needs.
Thanks!
Roman
Categorically the answer is no, but you could manually arrange a program for each journey stage. This leaves out the option for journey automation, journey analytics and the opportunity to personalize the entire journey. There are very few systems that deal with true journey management out there:
Roojoom - focuses on B2C service providers
Salesforce Journey builder - has a layer of campaign management like you would see in Unica or RedPoint but it can work if you use their marketing cloud.
Kitewheel - Services ecommerce and online travel well.
