sapui5 application is not open inside portal iView in IE11 default browser mode 5 - iframe

I created an application using sapui5.I am using sapui5 library 1.40 in server NW7.4 sp6. This application working fine in chrome.
If I open this application in new Tab of IE11. It's working fine but when I am trying to call inside Portal iView. sapui5 library is not loaded, due to this my application is giving error "sap is undefined".
Please find attached document of screenshots for the reference. I have attached console log of the browser as well.
Thanks in advance

The Portal isn't able to run SAPUI5 iView that don't run with the standards mode. SAP provides a lot of documentation through SAP note and SDN blogs about that but the one that could help you the most might be the following:
https://blogs.sap.com/2014/09/03/ie-and-portal-standardsquirks-mode-evolution-or-love-hate-relationships/
To sum it up, your SAPUI5 iView must run with NavMode 10 ("Standard headerless framework page"), this should enable edge document mode, be careful that the entreprise mode for IE11 is not activated otherwise edge mode won't be usable.
Hope this will help you.

Rendering Autodesk forge viewer offline on mobile freezes on chrome browser on android

I have hosted my model offline file on a local server and I am connected to the same server everything is accessible to me via android phone.
I have create a sample project where the forge render offline model file which works smoothly on chrome browser of my laptop but on my Xamarin form webview and chrome browser the model render with lags as my model has too many details and nodes, I cannot even perform a simple zoom in zoom out functionality.
Now same thing when I am running on Ios(safari browser) this works smooth and without any issue.
I want to understand is they any such setting which effects chrome browser or native browser of android which loads model with lag
I have tried all the possible solutions available on google
1.I have implemented this in xamarin forms custom webview renderer and gave all the required resource that I can
here are the few settings
var mWebView = new global::Android.Webkit.WebView(MainActivity.Main.ApplicationContext);
WebSettings settings = mWebView.Settings;
settings.JavaScriptEnabled = true;
settings.LoadWithOverviewMode = true;
settings.UseWideViewPort = true;
settings.SupportZoom();
settings.BuiltInZoomControls = false;
settings.SetLayoutAlgorithm(WebSettings.LayoutAlgorithm.SingleColumn);
settings.CacheMode = CacheModes.CacheElseNetwork;
settings.DomStorageEnabled = true;
mWebView.ScrollBarStyle = ScrollbarStyles.OutsideOverlay;
mWebView.ScrollbarFadingEnabled = true;
mWebView.SetLayerType(LayerType.Hardware, null);
SetNativeControl(mWebView);
2.Added hardware acceleration in manifest also added heap flag to true in manifest
3.followed this too for autodesk memory limit {https://forge.autodesk.com/en/docs/viewer/v7/developers_guide/viewer_basics/memory-limit/}
4.I tested above solution with firefox and it works smoothly I am not sure what different they are doing to render this files
can any one help me what should I try to solve this issue
My device is medium end with 8gb Ram and 128gb internal space I am testing on 2 devices (samsung m40 and one plus 7t)
Me to same Issue I am Unable To move Model in Android device. I am using the both online and offline Viewers.
I am Using Xamarin Forms Custom WebView Renderer as like Question
Autodesk team reply to us and Petr Broz solution plz
I'm afraid this (running a web application inside a Xamarin WebView) is beyond our area of expertise but I would suggest the following:
try running a vanilla three.js application inside the WebView, with a reasonably complex scene as well (for example, convert one of your Forge models into glTF using https://github.com/petrbroz/forge-convert-utils, and load the glTF)
if the three.js application has similar performance issues, it's most likely an issue on the Xamarin side, and something we won't be able to help with
if the three.js application is working fine, please send us (forge (dot) help (at) autodesk (dot) com) a basic Xamarin project with both Forge Viewer and with Three.js that can demonstrate the performance differences, and we would try and allocate some time for debugging it, and see if there's anything we can do to help

VS 2013 templates

All the msdn documents say I should have the following template options (see image below) when trying to create a new asp.net application but for some reason the only options I have are Empty, Web Forms, and Azure Mobile Service.
Does anyone know how I might go about restoring the missing options here as I need to create a new MVC application?
EDIT: Further clarification:
When following the steps carried out here ...
http://www.asp.net/visual-studio/overview/2013/creating-web-projects-in-visual-studio
... when I get to the above dialog I do not have any mention at all of both web API and MVC.
Finally cracked it ...
For some reason the web developer tools were not installed as part of my installation (likely due to the repair that happened last week).
So if anyone else gets this the fix is as follows:
Go to control panel > programs and features
Find "Visual Studio Ultimate 2013" entry.
Right click > change.
Click on "modify"
Tick the box labelled "Microsoft Web Developer Tools" and click to continue.
After running through the setup process everything should now be in place !
Wierd ... these options were in their correct place but apparently not after the repair !
Please ..Select WebForms-> Press Below Check for MVC (This optional u can leave it for now )-> Then you wil have an option for
MVC Application
WEB API application
ASP.NET WEB Application and so on!!
If no
reinstall or run some update for VS2013 ... its corrupted installation i guess or
clear APP-DATA ,TEMP AND MYDOCUEMNTS for VS related stuff...if u have massed it while working other settings...
Cheers!

Using flash builder 4.5 for php wizard for remote object

I'm fairly new to Flex\AS3
I'm using flash builder 4.5 for php and I'm trying to connect to my DB via remote objects.
I'm following adobes instructions as listed here:
http://help.adobe.com/en_US/flex/accessingdata/WSbde04e3d3e6474c4-668f02f4120d422cf08-7ffe.html#WSbde04e3d3e6474c4-668f02f4120d422cf08-7ffa
I've created the php service, and successfully finished the wizard.
I've tested my service with the Test tool and it is indeed returning my results.
My problem is that it seems that flash builder didn't create the service's files(super+base) at all. For example, when I drag the service into a dropdown component I get an error saying that the service component can't be found.
Does anyone know this issue happens? how can the test tool work if the service classes don't exist?
Thanks in advance,
Ravid
The problem was that I didn't checkout the files before using the wizard so flash builder didn't have write permissions on the files and therefore didn't create the necessary files.
once he had the write permissions - everything worked just fine

ASP.NET disable "C:\fakepath" in FileUpload control

ASP.NET 4.0
I've checked that using both or control (which is a wrap of html file input) will display "C:\fakepath\MyFile" in both Google Chrome 12.0 and IE8.0 on my Windows 7. It only displays "MyFile" in FF3.6. I am trying to not display "C:\fakepath\" string since it's not usual to most users.
I already enabled displaying full path in IE security setting which mentioned in another SO thread, so that shouldn't be just an IE security issue. Not to mention GC is showing fakepath too.
I am more suspecting it's because of my compilation environment -- Windows 7 + VS2010 SP1 + MVC3 installed. Can the community tell me how to disable this?
It can't be disabled, it's a browser security feature. It ensures the server doesn't have access to any file information on the client. Some browsers handle it differently, which is why in FF you just see the file name.

asp.net validation control is not working after publishing

I have a web app using validation control such requiredvalidator. When I run it from VS 2008 directly, it worked perfectly (validated the missing input). But the moment I published it to IIS, it does not validate it anymore..
any ideas?
thanks
Use firebug or IE8 built in web developer toolbar to see if the scripts get downloaded for the validation to run. Also check if the generated client id equals the one that is used to set up the validation (javascript at the bottom of the generated html).
Apparently this is a common problem with asp.net. found the solution from here: http://www.velocityreviews.com/forums/t92775-asp-net-client-validation-not-working.html
