Please explain why I am not able to start JBoss server if I am adding any EAR file. While starting I am getting an error like this:
Deployment
"vfs:///D:/Servers/jboss-6.0.0.Final/server/all/deploy/hsqldb-ds.xml"
is in error due to the following reason(s): java.sql.SQLException: Out
of Memory
Please help me.
Thanks in advance.
Finally I was able to find out the issue. The localDB.backup, localDB.data, localDB.lck, localDB.log,localDB.properties and localDB.script file will be saved in jboss6/server/all/data/hypersonic data. So delete all those files and restart the server. It will be perfect. The reason is that whenever we try to start the server it ll check this folder and try to load the previous deployed info from this backup files. So if any incomplete deployment will corrupt these files.

a have upgraded my DB server from 10.1.36 to 10.2.30 and after running command mysql_upgrade it fail at step 4. Please take a look on screenshot. Does anybody have idea what is wrong?
I believe you have to give mysql users read and execute permissions to /var/log/ and /var/log/mysql/ directory, before it can access /var/log/mysql/slow_log.CSV file.
Some context on my environment:
I am running R Studio in a docker container called rocker/verse.
I downloaded this dataset from Kaggle, which has about 470 MB.
When working with it, at some point RStudio restart. It does't happen after a specific call, and I've seen the same problem when working with other projects. Though it is not related to my code, I am posting it bellow.
library(data.table)
fraud<- fread("path.csv")
fraud1<- sort(sample(nrow(fraud), nrow(fraud)*.7))
train<- fraud[fraud1, ]
test<-fraud[-fraud1, ]
Usually on the console this message is printed:
Error: Error occurred during transmission
And, this pop up is also showed:
I have no idea what is causing it. I would appreciate any help.
Delete the .Rhistory files associated with the installation and any open project.
You have a problem with your user data files for Rstudio. Follow the hints given here: https://community.rstudio.com/t/rstudio-server-error-occurred-during-transmission/84258 and here: https://support.rstudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/218730228-Resetting-a-user-s-state-on-RStudio-Server.
I am running owncloudcmd to sync files from a local* path to an ownCloud/Nextcloud server, all running Debian 8. However it fails with the error:
[5] csync_statedb_query sqlite3_compile error: disk I/O error - on
query PRAGMA quick_check; [6] csync_statedb_load ERR: sqlite3
integrity check failed - bail out: disk I/O error. #### ERROR during
csync_update : "CSync failed to load the journal file. The journal
file is corrupted."
I am not very familiar with csync or sqlite so I am a bit in the dark and although I can find talk of this issue through googling, I can't find a fix. The data in this case can be dumped to start over so I'm happy to flush any database or anything else. I've trying removing the created csync and journal files assuming one of them was corrupted but it doesn't seem to change anything.
I have read talk about changing PRAGMA settings to ignore the error (or check) but I can't see how this is implemented either.
Is anyone able to show me how to clear out the corruption?
*the local file is a mounted path to an AWS S3 bucket but I think this is irrelevant because it is working on other systems fine.
I'm trying for the first time to deploy an App on ShinyApp.io and I manage some issues do it.
I ran the command :
>shinyapps::deployApp('C:/Users/Karim/Documents/test')
And the following message appeared :
Preparing to deploy application...DONE
Uploading bundle for application: 66633...
Error in digest::digest(file.path(appDir, file), algo = "md5", file = TRUE) :
The file does not exist: C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\RtmpugxfSW\fileabc59e7164e/..
I noted that the file mentioned (C:\Windows\Temp...) does exist and contains ui and server files. Yet I don't know which file is missing.
I tried to see if there was no similar cases in the forum by I didn't find similar mistakes.
If anyone know how to solve this error or guide me.
Thank you in advance.
Karim.
Try using relative rather than absolute paths,

if anyone aware of this error please let me know:
Could not get pipeline: loadVisitor (domain: )
This error occurred when run the site on any browser
This error happens when CorePipeline tries to run a pipeline and cannot find the configuration for it.
LoadVisitor pipeline is a Sitecore DMS pipeline and configuration for it is stored in Sitecore.Analytics.config file.
Most probably Sitecore.Analytics.config is missing in your App_Config/Include directory.
