WebSphere 8.5, Why AdminApp returns "exception information: websphere.management.application.client.AppDeploymentException" - unix

I have a very simply Jython script over Unix. It was working perfectly during WebSphere 7 and now, after we upgraded to WAS 8.5 it isn't working anymore. Obviously, I changed the path to point to WAS8.5. I spent the whole day struglling to find the reason for this falling and I am completely stuck. The exception descrition doesn't help much.
From a JCL JOB I call the Jython script.
/WebSphere/was85/dtl85cel/ledm85nd/DeploymentManager/profiles/default/bin/wsadmin.sh -lang jython -f /WebSphereDevelopment/scripts/dtl/WAS85/Install.jy
The Jython script is really simple.
Basically, I call AdminApp.install("myEAR path", ...with the options below:
-nopreCompileJSPs -installed.ear.destination /WebSphereDevelopment/MYAPP/dtl/curr/deployment/ -distributeApp -nouseMetaDataFromBinary -nodeployejb -appname DVL-MYAPP -createMBeansForResources -noreloadEnabled -nodeployws -validateinstall warn -processEmbeddedConfig -filepermission ..dll=755#. .so=755#..a=755#.*.sl=755 -noallowDispatchRemoteInclude -noallowServiceRemoteInclude -asyncRequestDispatchType DISABLED -nouseAutoLink -contextroot / -MapModulesToServers ÝÝ MyApp MyApp.war,WEB-INF/web.xml WebSphere:cell=dtl85cel,node=wleMyAppa,server=WLEMYAPP¨¨
)
The error log is:
WASX7017E: Exception received while running file "/WebSphereDevelopment/scripts dtl/MYAPP/MYAPP_DTL_DEPLOY.jy"; exception information: com.ibm.websphere.management.application.client.AppDeploymentException: com.ibm.websphere.management.appliccation.client.AppDeploymentException: ÝRoot exception is java.lang.RuntimeException: Deploying /WebSphere/was85/dtl85cel/ledm85nd/DeploymentManager/profiles/d java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Deploying /WebSphere/wa s85/dtl85cel/ledm85nd/DeploymentManager/profiles/default/temp/app69105293327198772690.ear failed.

How to deploy EJB and War modules at same time in NetBeans 8.2 and GlassFish 4.1.1

I have a problem to deploy EJB and WAR modules at the same time in NetBeans 8.2 on GlassFish 4.1.1. The following message is shown:
[[ Exception Occurred :Error occurred during deployment: Exception while preparing the app : Could not resolve a persistence unit corresponding to the persistence-context-ref-name [ejb.NewMessage/em] in the scope of the module called [TestEJB-ejb]. Please verify your application.. Please see server.log for more details.]]
When I checked server.log file of GlassFish server, I faced with the following erreor message:
[2018-07-28T12:59:45.406+0430] [glassfish 4.1] [SEVERE] [] [javax.enterprise.system.core] [tid: _ThreadID=427 _ThreadName=admin-listener(7)] [timeMillis: 1532766585406] [levelValue: 1000] [[
Exception while preparing the app : Could not resolve a persistence unit corresponding to the persistence-context-ref-name [ejb.NewEntityFacade/em] in the scope of the module called [TestEJB-ejb]. Please verify your application.]]
Is there any solution for that?
Thanks for your help.
If you did not start to create your app or if you did not choose your programming framework, you can switch to Java Spring with less headache!

Was using 7.1.2 version of JBoss EAP (which has this issue), upgrading to 7.1.3 fixed the issue.
It seems you are encountering issue reported in jira This issue is encountered when JBoss API's try to read information about deployed application. This issue is fixed in latest wildfly release.

How can I cancel/stop my build through request URL

I want to cancel then start my build through url:
This how I starting my build:
http://<user name>:<user password>#<server address>/httpAuth/action.html?add2Queue=<build type Id>
but when I'm trying to cancel/stop it:
http://<user name>:<user password>#<server address>/ajax.html?comment=<cancel_comment>&submit=Stop&buildId=<internal_build_id>&kill
I'm getting exception:
Error message: Given kill operation code is null
TeamCity: 8.0.5 (build 27692)
Operating system: Windows Server 2008 R2 (6.1, x86)
Java: 1.7.0_21-b11 (Oracle Corporation)
Servlet container: Apache Tomcat/7.0.37
Trace: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Given kill operation code is null
Source: Accessing server by HTTP
I tried through REST API but didn't helped me.
I analyze js code in TeamCity and found 2 solution
Kill build by process id :
yourTeamCityUrl/ajax.html?comment=%somment%&kill=%buildQueueId%&operationKind=2&_readd=&submit=Stop
Kill build by build id:
yourTeamCityUrl/ajax.html?comment=%comment%&submit=Stop&buildId=%active_build%&kill&operationKind=1
only need to add &operationKind=1

Glassfish bundle in unexpected state exception

So, basicly:
there is a standalone (no cluster) new installation of Glassfish 3.1.2 on RHEL 6.2 and Java 6 without any deployed applications (really new installation).
I started default domain domain1 on the server for the first time and stopped it without anything done between start/stop.
When i start the domain again, t get following error:
Waiting for domain1 to start ...Error starting domain domain1.
The server exited prematurely with exit code 1.
Before it died, it produced the following output:

Haven't found any solution, except that sometime completely removing (mv /installationpath/glassfish /tmp/.) and re-installing glassfish works. You may also want to delete/move .updatetool from glassfish runtime user home dir.
Removing cache is not a good idea.
Problem you are having is coming from your system time.
If you are using Linux based OS than you must synchronize your system with an NTP server before starting glassfish.
run
service ntpd stop
ntpdate pool.ntp.org
service ntpd start
If that does not help, create file /var/lib/ntp/ntp.drift
and paste this in that file:
server 0.pool.ntp.org
server 1.pool.ntp.org
server 2.pool.ntp.org
server 3.pool.ntp.org
run
service ntpd restart
and you're done. You can start glassfish now..
run cmd with administrator
asadmin start-domain
