Apigee Fetch WSDL Error: Cannot invoke method startsWith() on null object - apigee

I am getting the below error when i am creating a API proxy on free Apigee cloud environment :
Fetch WSDL Error: Cannot invoke method startsWith() on null object
A similar issues was reported here
Apigee - Issue while configuring an API Proxy
I have kept the wsdl here
http://pastebin.com/tavinD2n

This got resolved . The wsdl file was named as XXX.WSDL , i changed it to XXX.wsdl and it worked. Strange isn't it? Should it be case sensitive?

Lambda error : Invalid value "undefined" for header "x-request-id"

I deployed Nuxt project on AWS Lambda function.
I followed this reference - https://dev.to/adnanrahic/a-crash-course-on-serverless-side-rendering-with-vuejs-nuxtjs-and-aws-lambda-1nk4
Everything looks good, however, when I test lambda function on aws console, there is 500 error:
There is no error in api-gateway logs.
Why this error came up and how to solve it?
I found that 'x-request-id' is made by client side. Then, should I add 'x-request-id' to api-gateway config?

How to setup HTTP Basic Authentication for SOAP Client within WebSphere Liberty

We are trying to deploy an EAR on WebSphere Liberty.
Our application contains an EJB-module, which contains and EJB that makes a call to another SOAP server.
The WSDL of the service defines a wsp:Policy with ExactlyOne of http:BasicAuthentication xmlns:http="http://schemas.microsoft.com/ws/06/2004/policy/http"/
After deployment when we send a request to our application, which would trigger that SOAP-call we get an error: None of the policy alternatives can be satisfied.
I found some java-code on how to solve this
HTTPConduit http = (HTTPConduit) client.getConduit();
http.getAuthorization().setUserName("user");
http.getAuthorization().setPassword("pass");
But I do not want to do this in the Java-code but I want to make it part of the server config.
I found several helpful links, but still could not get it working.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can set this up?

You could use the JNDI feature to express the userid and password in server.xml, then have your java code pull it out of JNDI.

AWS API Gateway as Serivce proxy for S3 upload

I have been reading about creating an API which can be used to upload objects directly to S3. I have followed the guides from Amazon with little success.
I am currently getting the following error:
{"message":"Missing Authentication Token"}
My API call configuration:
The role ARN assigned is not in the image, but has been set up and assigned.
The "Missing Authentication Token" error can be interpreted as either
Enabling AWS_IAM authentication for your method and making a request to it without signing it with SigV4, or
Hitting a non-existent path in your API.
For 1, if you use the generated SDK the signing is done for you.
For 2, if you're making raw http requests make sure you're making requests to /<stage>/s3/{key}
BTW, the path override for s3 puts needs to be {bucket}/{key}, not just {key}. You may need to create a two-level hierarchy with bucket as the parent, or just hardcode the bucket name in the path override if it will always be the same. Connect to data/service wsdl URL introspect error

Hi I am trying to add a web service in flex 4. This web service is deployed in share point 2010 in the intranet . I am able to see this wsdl file through browser but trying to introspect the service is giving an authentication error.
I am getting the following error :-
There was an error during service introspection.
WSDLException: faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: Unable to resolve imported document at 'http://sql2008:47672/_vti_bin/StoryboardingDatabaseConnect.asmx?WSDL'.: java.io.IOException: Authentication failure
Edit :-
Have added the video showing the error at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=moXfxmiHAqQ
The Data Services Wizard does not support (as of now, afaik) connection to https services, neither to ones that need authentication.
So you should add your credentials manually to your soap request's header using name-value pairs:
[{name: "userName", value: "yourUserName"},
{name: "password", value: "yourPassword"}].
You can read more about it in the Working with SOAP Headers section of this article (Using WebService components).
You might also find this post from the Adobe forums useful, elaborating this issue.

SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDl

In my ASP.NET website I am trying to comsume a webserice and I and getting the following error:
SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://usaepay.com/soap/gate/3213EA2A/usaepay.wsdl' : failed to load external entity "https://usaepay.com/soap/gate/3213EA2A/usaepay.wsdl"
Any idea on how to resolve it.
Thanks,
Pinaz.
The certificate for the host is for www.usapay.com. If you change your soap call to point at https://www.usaepay.com/soap/gate/3213EA2A/usaepay.wsdl your call should work.
Is it because there is an HTTPS error on the WSDL?
