Diffusion Command Line Repository Import - phabricator

I want to be able to import new (git) repositories into my diffusion repository from the command line. I checked './repository --help' and didn't see any relevant command line arguments. Is there a way to do this?

This is not currently supported. To file a feature request, see this document:
https://secure.phabricator.com/book/phabcontrib/article/feature_requests/

https://secure.phabricator.com/conduit/method/repository.create/ was what I wanted. Posting extra text so I can answer the question and close the task.

ATOM - CSSLINT ignore ids

Is there a way to make csslint in Atom ignore "ids", so I don't get the warning "Don't use IDs in selectors"?
Edit: My question was identified as a possible duplicate of "Disable warnings (ids selector) in linter-csslint on Atom?", but I mentioned in my own answer that I could not understand how to make the process to solve my problem. I ended up finding out.
Well, guys, I ended up discovering how to do that. The other questions similar to mine did solve the problem, but they were not so clear TO ME on how to make the solution work. If you guys go to github "https://github.com/ebednarz/csslintrc/blob/master/.csslintrc", there are some lines to ignore the elements. What wasn't that clear to me was "ok, what should I do with it?".
So you have two options (I use Windows). You either create a file in Atom or command line called ".csslintrc" and place it INSIDE THE FOLDER OF THE PROJECT you are working on OR you can place this file in your USER FOLDER IN WINDOWS. Like, "C:\Users\yourUserName". If you put it there, all the projects will use this file.

Prefix/Group Symfony Console Commands of an dependency

With symfony console commands you can prefix/group each one by putting in the setName("group:command"), and this is great.
myown
myown:cool
myown:foo
myown:bar
But the problem is that some external dependencies dont use this format. Ex: Phinx Migrations.
Since I'm importing an dependency that has a console command called migrate, I dont want for it to show without prefix/group. Not just because I might have another command called migrate or just for readability. I don't event know if we have 2 with same command name which one will show (need to check).
My question is: Is there any away for me to force a group commands from an external depencency to be inside an prefix/group?
You can achieve that, I wouldn't recommend but that would be the approach:
Create a compiler Pass which removes the definitions of the Commands you don't like
Register again all those commands while setting the names you like
If you need information on compiler passes:
https://symfony.com/doc/current/components/dependency_injection/compilation.html#components-di-compiler-pass
Maybe there's an easier way which I'm not aware, but for now that's my answer to you, I can't post all the code because that would be a lot of code and if you do it maybe you can update with the solution.
Good luck

Is there a way to extract actual call stack addresses from a Windows Performance Recorder trace (WPR)?

According to https://randomascii.wordpress.com/2013/11/04/exporting-arbitrary-data-from-xperf-etl-files/, wpaexporter.exe should be the right tool to do so.
I manage to prepare a profile with the right data, but, unfortunately, wpaexporter keep trying to translate addresses, even if "-symbols" is not given to the command line, generating some useless
/<ModuleName.dll>!<Symbols disabled>
warnings.
This is annoying because part of our application use some Delphi code that can not generate symbols in a Microsoft compatible format. With addresses, we would be able to find the Delphi symbols in the call stack using map files.
Is there a way to extract call stack addresses from a wpr trace ?
Thanks, i completely missed processing options of xperf...
In the meantime, i found that LogParser (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24659) can also export an etl file to a csv (with actual values as well) :
LogParser.exe" "Select * from file.etl" -i:ETW -o:CSV -oTsFormat "HH:mm:ss.ln" > output_file.csv
From what i have seen so far, LogParser output might be more suitable for automatic parsing (only one line per event in the file, no header) while xperf output is more suitable for human processing (tabular representation).
Yes. You can also use xperf.exe. Have you tried the actions option?
xperf -a stack should help here I expect.
You can see detailed info with xperf -help processing command.

Prevent Atom Editor from auto creating files

at the moment I try to experiment a little bit with Atom for writing an API documentation with RAML. Everything works fine but one damn thing:
Everytime I type some file paths (e.g. !include schemas/file.schema Atom auto creates the file when I'm not quick enough with typing. So, in some cases I have a hole bunch of file-zombies in my schema folder. That's kind of annoying.
My setup is standard Atom on MacBook, with api-workbench plugin, which includes linter as well. I already had a look at all those settings concerning auto completion - nothing found there. Also, Google doesn't show any hints. Any Tips?
Best regards,
Chris
It looks like this is a defect in the api-workbench package:
Api workbench creates new schemas, while i type their paths. For example below, i can see two-three files created while i type full name:
E.g:
schemas:
- myschema: !include schemas/myschema.json
Will create following files:
schemas/my
schemas/mysche
schemas/myschema
schemas/myschemas.json - this file is existing, i've created it before. all other files are redudant and i have to delete them.
Bug is not reproduced with examples, which i can also include in my document. Having issues while edition RAML 0.8 files.
If you want to help the package maintainers fix the defect, can I suggest you put together a minimal but complete example that reproduces the issue, this will make it easier for them to identify and resolve the issue.

ClearCase list of files with given label type applied

We currently use clearcase on a project, and there is an HTML file that was generated with clearcase that contains all of the filenames of the files that were included in a label.
I am supposed to generate this file with a different label. I know how to get all of the filenames that were included in a label using the cleartool command line, but that doesn't help me with generating the file. I don't want to manually take that list and create the HTML file. So, how do I create this file?
I currently do not have a copy of the HTML file, but I have seen it. Hopefully this question isn't too confusing and too vague. I'm still relatively new to clearcase and just found out some of the cleartool commands today, so hopefully this is an easy question to answer.
I am not sure about the exact HTML file you are referring to. Do you have an example of its name, and of its content? If you edit your question with those data, I will be able to add to this answer.
But anyway, if that file is not generated directly by ClearCase, the solution remains to parse a cleartool find command (see also Additional examples of the cleartool find command article)
cleartool find . –version "lbtype(MY_LABEL-1.0)"
and to build your html file with, for instance, a Perl script.
You could even add this action into a ClearCase sub-menu entry, like illustrated in the ten best scripts article.
What you might be looking for is Report Builder (also known in ClearCase Explorer as Report Wizard). In Report Builder you can navigate to Elements/Labels which has the "Elements with Labels" and "Versions with Labels" reports. After the report runs you have the option to save the results as HTML, XML, or CSV.
