I got this bug. this was because of the plugins.
i had installed

2. Turns Description field on Taxonomy pages into the full scale Rich Text Editor.
3. Rich Text Widget
That was creating problem in menu. when i deactivated them all i got it back. my menu ordering was working fine.

How do I add an article to WordPress by using the elementor plugin widgets?

please provide the steps to add an article using Elementor widgets.
Installed the elementor plugin
I see the elementor menu item
I am logged in as admin
I added a page and then clicked edit with elementor
I need to post an article
Just take for example the header block from the left side and drag and drop it onto your page. The headline now appears and can be edited there.
You can do the same with texts and other premade elements.

Wordpress menu and WooCommerce categories

Is it possible to add all categories/subcategories links automatically to WP menu from WooCommerce plugin?
I have many categories (20) and even more subcategories (100+) and I need them to be shown in the main menu at the top, in a hierarchical way.
I have tried from "Appearance->Menu" section to select all the categories at once in the menu, but they were all messed up, no hierarchy at all.
Is there a solution to avoid inserting all the categories/subcategories manually as menu items?

How to change the position of a plugin option menu in WordPress Dashboard

I try to rearrange the order of menus in Dashboard in WordPress without using a plugin.
I changed the order of basic menus such as "Posts", "Pages", "Comments"... But I have been struggling to move the plugin menu "All in One SEO" which is on the second position in Dashboard.
Is there a way to move it under Settings menu?
If it's not easy to change the order of this plugin option menu, I would like to remove it from Dashboard menu. I tried to use the following code, which does not work:
remove_menu_page('admin.php?page=all-in-one-seo-pack/aioseop_class.php');
Thanks for your help.
You can demote the ALL IN ONE SEO plugin's menu to bottom using this setting they have there:
"Go to General Settings in All in One SEO Pack, scroll down to the Display Settings box and you will see the checkboxes there where you can disable AIOSEOP on the Admin Bar and demote the side menu item to the bottom."

Menu in sidebar with pages that won't show in the default menu

I'm using the default Wordpress theme Twenty Eleven.
I was wondering if it's possible to add a menu in the sidebar, that leads to "hidden pages", pages that are not listed in the classic menu bar on top.
I want these menu voices to be on every page, in the default sidebar.
Any useful plugin that does this, or any other method? I wasn't lucky to find one until now.
Thank you!
create one custom menu for hidden pages
use this plugin Exclude pages from menu
and checked all hidden page, so, this will show only the pages which are checked..

There is a default widget -called custom menu- in which you can select a menu to display.
Do remember to make a sperate menu

WordPress - Modifying the MediaFlux theme

I have installed the MediaFlux theme from Mojo-Themes on my website at www.sjsueconomics.org. Here are my questions:
As you can see on the website, the blue menu at the very top of the page currently displays Page Titles. I want to display External Links there instead. How do I modify the code to do it?
The main menu (red text below the logo) currently displays Categories. Without changing the style or appearance, I want to display the Page Titles instead. How do I do it?
Thanks in advance!
The company you paid for the theme provides support, not a community which has no access to this product.
http://wordpress.stackexchange.com ; customizing a paid theme while providing no code (and having no right to provide any code) is not an appropriate subject for a StackOverflow question
if the theme supports custom menus, there ought to be a Menus page in the admin, under Appearances probably, or perhaps Settings. Go there, then create a menu with the pages or categories you want, then tell the theme to use the menu you created instead of the default. If the theme doesn't have such a feature, you'll need a programmer.
