I have not been any usual documentation at all. I can't find anything on Elasticsearch.
I have seen a few blog articles and that's about it.
The Kibana 3 docs can be found here: http://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/3.0/index.html
Here are the documents on GitHub:
http://github.com/elasticsearch/kibana/tree/master/docs
In addition there is a nice open Source project called Stagemonitor.
Stagemonitor is a Java monitoring agent that integrates Kibana.
http://www.stagemonitor.org/
There is nice quick start demo.
In combination with the Spring Framwork Petclinic you can set up a Kibana Dashoard, call stacks and create individual Dashboard.
The documentation is good and its gives a nice overview.

I am not able find the correct answer as if one can tell me if yes then how and if no then what is the preferred database just like firebase that integrate with all the three android web and IOS fully
There is a firebase.dart package that for a long time has been usable on the web. There's even an example page in the repo.
Right now it's in a state of limbo though, as the same functionality is being added to the firebase_storage package in the FlutterFire repo, but web support hasn't been completed there yet.

I'm trying to determine if AppDyanmics support Opentracing. I've looked in the app dynamics site and stack overflow but can't find a clear answer.
Thanks,
Carlos
From my current knowledge: no, AppDynamics doesn't support OpenTracing yet.
Usually, APM vendors have their own OpenTracing tracers build off the official specification and then get them listed at http://opentracing.io. But as of this writing there is no mention of any AppDynamics Tracers at https://opentracing.io/docs/supported-tracers/ nor https://github.com/opentracing-contrib/meta.
Full disclosure: I work for Instana, a competitor that does support OpenTracing.
No AppD doesn't support OpenTracing at this time. The question is why do you want this functionality when you can already extract custom data from transactions dynamically with most AppDynamics agents? Do you really want to hardcode your APM tool into your software application?
AppDynamics is building a unique way to support OpenTracing, which is currently in testing, but the approach is not by hardcoding libraries into the code. If you'd like to learn more please reach out to support, or you can contact me directly as I work for AppDynamics.
Thanks.

Google only gives access to their translate API with payment but I want free access.
Is it possible to use Google's translate API for free? What are the alternatives?
Yes, you can use GT for free. See the post with explanation.
And look at repo on GitHub.

I am trying to manage an IIS7 website during an application installation. I have been using WiX and PowerShell. However I have recently come across a few postings that make me think WiX with VBScript and Microsoft.ApplicationHost.WritableAdminManager might be a better option.
Unfortunately, I cannot find any developer documentation on WritableAdminManager. I do not know what properties and methods are supported. All I can find are various examples on IIS.net.
Where is the developer documentation for Microsoft.ApplicationHost.WritableAdminManager?
It's called the Application Host Administration Interfaces, and you can find the documentation for the interfaces on MSDN.

We need to implement a real time code collaboration. With all the functionalities that exist on Etherpad (version control, timeslider etc).
Do you know an open source project that we can give us a head start ? Or a tutorial on best practices about real time collaboration online ?
Thanks,
Yes, their Google Code project.
The code repo is now on github
