I am trying to install Qt using Qt online installer, loader keeps on coming for few minutes as shown in below image
Then I get the following error
Please help me how to fix above error.
The problem is fairly simple - the server is down, and it's in the process of being fixed :) If this sounds fastidious, it's not, that is literally what's going on, as seen on the mailing list post here.
I am using jmtp library and most of the code is working fine like device read , device file read and write. But when i used PortableDeviceToHostImpl32 for copy From Portable Device To Host show Cannot resolve "PortableDeviceToHostImpl32".
I have Download library from https://code.google.com/archive/p/jmtp/downloads. and successfully run the most of the things but stuck in copy From Portable Device to desktop and not known why this problem occurred.
OR what is the alternative of the issue?
This looks like a very old abandoned project, nevertheless, going through project's known issue it seems implementation for PortableDeviceToHostImpl32 was not done by the original developer and someone have provided "some sort" of solution so I would highly recommend to read through the issue and you might be able to use the code shared by commenter over there.
That being said it's never a good idea to use library that is not maintained, use alternatives such as:
usb4java
lib-javax-usb3
I am trying to install sqlite studio and from what I have researched I have seen that I need to go to sqlitestudio.pl. However, once I navigate to the website I get an error saying: err: database or disk is full
I have downloaded the sqlite3tools and have done nothing at all with them. I have tried searching up the error to see if anyone else had the same issue as me but I have not found anything like I am experiencing. Usually, others have gotten this error using the database but as I mentioned above I have only just downloaded the tools from the sqlite official website. Does anyone know what could be the issue at hand here and could help me? I do not necessarily need sqlite studio but the GUI will be very helpful. Thank you so much ahead of time.
EDIT : So I just decided to download another tool, DBeaver as it supports SQLite and other RDB's as well so it will suit my needs. Will not mark this as solved yet just in case someone does know why this is happening and could help someone else.
The hosting server was indeed full. It is resolved now. Regardless of that, you can always reach binaries to download at GitHub releases: https://github.com/pawelsalawa/sqlitestudio/releases
Here is a screenshot of the error occuring when I try to download the file using a button as described here:
IR to MSEXCEL Manual
Can anybody show me a step-by-step way of solving this? I really want to learn troubleshooting in APEX.
EDIT: Here is a screenshot of XML_TO_XLSX.sqf at line 851:
EDIT 2:
Link to Github Issue
I also have this plug-in in my application (working fine). According to the error message you show there is a problem at line 851 of body of package XML_TO_XSLX. You can look at this package code to see what that line does. In my copy (which may be a different version to yours, I don't know) I see:
That would suggest that Oracle could not find dbms_lob.create_temporary - which seems unlikely unless you are running in a very old version of Oracle. Have a look at your version of XML_TO_XSLX to see what is at line 851 there.
Another possibility is that line:
pragma inline(get_excel,'YES');
That is an feature of Oracle added in 11G that I have never used. It won't work on earlier versions - I have no idea what would happen if you tried.
I have found a solution myself, tt was an issue with execution rights.
Running
GRANT EXECUTE ON UTL_FILE TO PUBLIC
and recompiling all packages fixed it.
Well, I've searched the interwebs like crazy and I am unable to find this driver.
I am trying to convert data from a client's database that was built using the ASA 8.0 engine. ASA 8 has been out of support since 2008. The software company that created this no longer supports it, so can't provide me with the drivers. I've scoured the web and can't find anything.
I managed to get the installation files for this old software called BailCredit built by a company called SentryLink. I found what I presume to be the ODBC driver in the installation files (dbodbc8.dll) and I've tried manually registering that (Windows Server 2008 R2) but didn't get anywhere. When I try to create a new datasource, the ODBC Data Source Administrator gives me an error.
My company has done hundreds of data migrations and this is the first time I've had to resort to this.
I'd post a link to the database file, but simply can't because of privacy.
Please help if you can! Thanks in Advance.
Matt
For 64 Bit operating system you need to copy the dll's to %windir%\syswow64\ so you need to change install.cmd to the following code. The rest is the same.
COPY %~dp0dbcon8.dll %windir%\syswow64\dbcon8.dll
COPY %~dp0dblgen8.dll %windir%\syswow64\dblgen8.dll
COPY %~dp0dbodbc8.dll %windir%\syswow64\dbodbc8.dll
regedit %~dp0SAS8.REG
pause
It take's me a few hours to figure it out i hope it help someone else.
This is how I finally solved it.
OPTION 1:
Get a copy of the following files from a computer with a working setup of the SQL Anywhere ODBC driver:
dbodbc8.dll
dbcon8.dll
dblgen8.dll
Create an install.cmd file with this:
COPY %~dp0dbcon8.dll %SystemRoot%\system32\dbcon8.dll
COPY %~dp0dblgen8.dll %SystemRoot%\system32\dblgen8.dll
COPY %~dp0dbodbc8.dll %SystemRoot%\system32\dbodbc8.dll
regedit %~dp0SAS8.REG
pause
Create an SAS8.REG file with this:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI\Adaptive Server Anywhere 8.0]
"Driver"=hex(2):25,00,57,00,49,00,4e,00,44,00,49,00,52,00,25,00,5c,00,73,00,79,\
00,73,00,74,00,65,00,6d,00,33,00,32,00,5c,00,64,00,62,00,6f,00,64,00,62,00,\
63,00,38,00,2e,00,64,00,6c,00,6c,00,00,00
"Setup"=hex(2):25,00,57,00,49,00,4e,00,44,00,49,00,52,00,25,00,5c,00,73,00,79,\
00,73,00,74,00,65,00,6d,00,33,00,32,00,5c,00,64,00,62,00,6f,00,64,00,62,00,\
63,00,38,00,2e,00,64,00,6c,00,6c,00,00,00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI\ODBC Drivers]
"Adaptive Server Anywhere 8.0"="Installed"
Run install.cmd
This will work when Windows is installed in C:\WINDOWS, otherwise edit the registry entries.
OPTION 2:
If someone left a copy of the Powerbuilder CD in the client's computer, look for the folder asa801runtime and install that to get the ODBC driver working
EDIT:
Example connection string with default username/password:
Driver={Adaptive Server Anywhere 8.0};UID=dba;PWD=sql;DatabaseName=base;EngineName=gestion;CommLinks=TCPIP(HOST=GRA06:2638)
Answering my own question:
I wasn't able to find this commercially available anywhere. I happened to be able to get my hands on the installation for the software package that was using SQLAnywhere 8. By installing this, it installed the necessary drivers (but only worked on 32-bit OS).
