Not able to install blackberry ndk - qt

Not able to install blackberry ndk (installer-bbndk-bb10_1_x_macos.dmg). Double tapping on this dmg file mount disk and when tap on installer-bbndk.app it shows error "You can't open the application "installer bbndk" because PowerPC applications are no longer supported".
Googled for the issue but still not solved.
OS: Mountain Lion
Please help for issue, i am new to QT development.

The latest version of the NDK seems to be the installer here:
https://developer.blackberry.com/native/downloads/fetch/installer-bbndk-bb10_1_x-macosx-1020-201303191709-201303191501.dmg
You can also verify it with the MD5 checksum, since it is a large download.
Finally, you can check the Release Notes, there are some known issues/known limitations when installing on a Mac, including permission problems and environment settings. One solution is to try unsetting the environment variable 'PS1' before running the installer.
Update:
Please check that you have enabled the ability to install applications not downloaded from the Mac App Store. From the BlackBerry Native SDK downloads page:
Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) has a new security option, under Settings > Security & Privacy > General that determines what kind of application can be installed on your system.
In order to install the NDK, change the option from the default "Mac App Store and identified developers" to "Anywhere".
Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8) is listed as a supported platform in the System Requirements for the BB10 Native/Cascades SDK.
I would actually recommend downloading and installing the new Momentics 10.2 Beta IDE, and then using that to download the SDK packages you need for BB 10.0 and 10.1 Development. Note that the same "Install Apps from Anywhere" setting for OS X 10.8 mentioned above is also required to install. While still beta, it does a much nicer job of allowing you to develop for multiple SDK versions, and has a new cleaner interface. Since you can install whichever SDK versions you choose from the new IDE, you are not required or limited to installing the 10.2 beta SDK and I've been using it for 10.0 and 10.1 development for about a month now.

How to prevent Qt 6.0 Installer from crashing?

Here’s what happens
I open the installer, choose the packages I want(I choose to install some 1.7 GB of components), everything goes well.
But then when I click on the Install button, and Qt installer crashes! And by crashes I mean it crashes, Windows DOES NOT tell me it is not responding. The window just gets invisible from the taskbar.
There also is no possibility that it is installing in the background, as I waited for approx. 5 mins, and when I checked in the folder where I was going to install it, I didn’t find a SINGLE component installed!
How to solve that?
I asked some questions earlier because a person needs more information. It also depends on what compiler you have. There are many many known issues with Qt 6.x.
The default kit doesn't work with MSVC2019

There also appears to be significant problems with OpenGL.

People seem to still be able to get off-line installers, and, as this French typing person found out, you have to be careful because it appears there are some 32-bit Windows kits.
https://forum.qt.io/topic/123027/installation-qt6-on-windows/7
If you try running them on a 64-bit Windows 10, they crash.
If this doesn't answer your question, you need to supply

off-line or on-line installer?

Does Gluon Mobile support cross compilation?

I know Gluon uses GraalVM Native Image features to create native executable packages. But... What I need to know is:
Can it can deploy native packages (executable) for Apple OS based devices (macOS and iOS) in Linux? Or Is it OS specific dependent like jpackage?
What about deploying Windows ".exe" packages in Linux, Is it possible?
If you check the documentation for the Client plugin, there are some requisites to be met in order to create a native image.
So far, the following hosts are required for the possible native image targets:
Linux: targets Linux (x86_64 desktop) and Android (aarch64). Embedded support is still experimental.
Windows: targets Windows (x86_64 desktop). Optionally WSL 2 (Windows Subsystem for Linux) can be used to target Linux/Android.
MacOS X 10: targets Mac (x86_64 desktop) and iOS (arm64).
For each host you need a specific GraalVM build.
See the different samples, and the tutorials (like this one) to know more about each scenario.

Plone 4.3.x on OS X Mavericks

Are there any known issues with installing 4.3.x on OS X Mavericks (either binary or unified installer)? Just wondering if anyone has tested this yet. We are getting several new Macs for our designers and developers and need to know if Plone 4.3.x will install given the binary installers are Mountain Lion (10.8.x) specific.
Thanks.
Both the binary and Unified Installers for Plone 4.3.x work with OS X 10.9.
If you wish to use the Unified Installer, you must update the XCode command-line tools after updating OS X. Make sure you also perform the extra step to accept the license. If you're using the ports collection, also rebuild your ports.

Updating Xcode from 4.1 to 4.2: No "Install Xcode.app" in Applications folder

I've updated Xcode from 4.1 to 4.2 in Mac App Store but Xcode is still 4.1.
In Mac App Store now, no update available anymore. Xcode in Mac App Store does not appear like installed application because the button is labeled as "FREE" then "INSTALL APP" not "INSTALLED" as expected. When I clicked "FREE" and then "INSTALL APP", it alerts
"We could not complete you purchase
Xcode is already installed on this computer. Choose Software Update from the Apple menu to check for available updates."
I followed the instruction but there is no available update for Xcode. I also tried to restart my computer for a few times but no effect.
Edited: There is no Install Xcode in my Applications folder as well.
Is there any suggestion? Thank you.
Let me answer my question.
In my case, instead of Applications folder, Install Xcode appears in Launchpad. So if you cannot find Install Xcode in your Application folder, take a look at your Launchpad.
If I recall correctly 4.1 was before the mac app store and they may not have built in an easy way to cleanly update between the two. You could move the 4.1 app to your desktop temporarily and see if the 4.2 install will go through and install itself, or uninstall 4.1 completely (make sure your projects are not saved within). Or also see if in the mac app store it has a check for updates not the same as Software Update.

Installing iOS 5 for simulator

I've downloaded the iOS 5 beta and want to test my app, but since I don't want to install this on my iPhone, I'd like it to be only installed on the Simulator. Does anyone know how to do this? In the Xcode Organizer, the software image shows up, but I can't run the app in iOS 5.
You cannot install or update iOS software/firmware for iOS devices on a Mac because of the different computer architecture.
Download and install Xcode 4.2 with the beta iOS SDK, then you can test the app on the iOS Simulator.
You need to install newer version of xcode.
Be careful with Xcode 4.2 .... I believe it's only in preview mode.
You cannot upload apps with preview Xcode
!
1.Partition your MAC, obviously installing OS X on a partition other
than the one you use.
[ if you can't do it yourself, don't try it]
Put Test Xcode and dev stuff in one. The real deal in the other.
That way you can mess about with upcoming cool stuffs.
