I was surfing on the internet and I found a cool navigation that I want to use on my own website. But I really don't know how I can make it. Here is the link: http://www.welikesmall.com Does someone have a tutorial or someone that want to help me?
Already thanks!
This isn't a place to have people write code for you. I just looked at the site, all the source is readable and formatted very nicely. I would recommend learning the basics of CSS and javascript to get a better idea of how to do what it is you want.

Im looking a way to recreate this kind of side scrolling effect in Wordpress. I really love to create this kind of functionality, if this another language or script that needed to learn to achieve please let me know I really appreciate it so much!
I Hope you can understand my difficulty in finding a really good tutorial video for WordPress. Not sure why, but I'm having a hard time finding some basic stuff in WordPress; like how to create a custom template using CSS. I know CSS, and Html just fine. But instead of just googling every little thing I come across ( i would not follow the trend of asking for help for every little detail) I am looking for a complete and quality video tutorial in WordPress, not just for myself, but for my people.
Since beginning training in Java I've learned it's best to learn broader rather than getting hung up on details, which I can research later, and go back to with references. If I understand the whole concept then when I want to do something specific, I at least know where to start looking on my own. With WordPress I don't have a broad view, and that's what I'm aiming for. Please don't just Google search 'Good WordPress Tutorial Video' and post the first decent looking link. I am looking for recommendations through experience. If you know of a good Tutorial Video Series on WordPress please then consider replying. :) Thank you!
WordPress.org not in video but excellent documentation available!
I know this has been asked before, but I can't find any thread that can exactly help me. I'm a bit of a noob, but I know my way around. Here's what I have so far:
HTML File
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/9757676/Website%20Stuff/Website.html
Javascript file:
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/9757676/Website%20Stuff/script.js
(it wouldnt let me post the code)
is there an easier way to do this, perhaps put all the images into an array? and I also need help making a next and back button, perhaps one problem can solve the other
Check jQuery tools: http://jquerytools.org/demos/tabs/slideshow.html.
It has lots of good plugins that could possibly help you.
I am a starter of Drupal 7.
I like the "Busy" theme a lot, especially this one in its screenshot of demos.
Yet, after I installed this theme, it seemed pretty far from what it looks like in the screenshot above. I tried to customize it but so far, I did not make much progress.
I see a lot of people saying this theme is good. The usage statistic shows a lot of websites are using this theme. I do like its neat layout, but as a starter, I really need some advice on how to work with this theme. How to make it look like the screenshot?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks,
Milo
What exactly are you having trouble with?
I don't know your level of experience with Drupal so I'm just going to give you a couple ideas.
If you go to (yourSiteName)/admin/structure/block/demo/busy it will show a demo of where you can place blocks on the page to make your site look more like the picture.
(yourSiteName)/admin/appearance/settings/busy will take you to the settings screen where you can change colors and toggle features on and off.
(yourSiteName)/admin/structure/block will take you to the blocks page where you can change the layout of each block and also configure individual blocks.
I hope this helps, if you can give a more detailed question, you'll probably get a better answer
I have created a modified version of the suckerfish navigation for a personal project. It looks and performs exactly as I want it to. However, it completely degrades in IE. I spent all day yesterday trying to find a solution with no luck. So I thought I would ask some sharper minds than my own. I am open to just about anything right now. As it stands the page is valid HTML and CSS.
Thanks in advance.
The Navigation can be found here:

The style sheet is here:

I had this very same problem, and the solution turned out to be to use the csshover.htc file.
