I was wondering if Aptana can be made to display a method's documentation if I hover over it? Is this possible, or have I been too spoiled by Eclipse?
I am sure it can display PHP API on hover and your local created doc about certain functions.
Make sure your Project Properties are set to PHP Project or the type you want to display doc from.

did anyone ever customize the Twigmo addon basic theme for cs-cart? I am trying to write custom css files for font size and color. What I tried:
Using the visual Editor: after working for like 2 hours changing the styles, I tried saving and apparently my current subscription doesn't allow me to do custom files using visual editor
I tried searching for other solutions: fell on this twigmo skin editing which basically tells me to create a custom css file called custom{theme-name}.css. I did but i still can't figure out what classes the twigmo for what. Does anyone know where i can find this? i am also posting a question on the forum to see if they can help me.
Thank-you in advance. hope my question is clear enough.
The free "Starter" Twigmo subscription plan doesn't provide an ability to customize CSS. You have to subscribe for any paid plan. In this case the visual editor will be available for you. Also you will be able to write your custom CSS code in the visual editor.
Regarding your second solution - it is for old version and doesn't work for the Twigmo 3.x.
Hovewer you can modify the design/themes/[your_theme]/templates/addons/twigmo/mobile_index.tpl file. You can add your CSS code there. It is not the most convenient way, but it is free.
I'm new to ASP.NET.
I have a web project in which every View or Action name are underline as you can see in the image (Sorry but it takes at least 10 reputations to post image).
Image
It contains 2 declarations, the first one is the default: ViewResult Controller.View().. like normal. And the second one is the View file or the action that it refers to.
When you use Go to Declaration command, it'll bring you to that file or that action. That's what I want, but I don't know how to get it. I have Resharper installed and using Visual studio 2013. I have tried to create new project but it just show only the default declaration. I get this project from a private source and the one who give me have no idea about it.
Please help me if you know. Thank you very much.
If you are using Resharper then just Right click On underlined text and select Go to Declaration or Go to Implementation. It will take to you view file.
I hope it helps you.
I don't know why but changing the default library System.Web.MVC from version 5.1.0.0 to version 4.0.0.0 have enabled that feature for me. But it'll need to change other references to downgrade the whole project to version 4.
I am using Delphi XE2. I have Dev Express 12 installed and use it for some projects.
However I have projects where I do not use DevExpress at all, and I wanted for those to not have any dependency on it.
When I assign a PNG image to any TPicture property on Object Inspector it always use a TdxPNGImage class to handle it.
That cause to add the unit dxGDIPlusClasses creating dependency on having DevExpress installed.
But I need to not break DevExpress on my Delphi. It must continue to work for those projects based on it and that eventually will need this png class.
Somehow I have missed the answer of this on DevExpress forum, even after many searches.
I am posting here the link for the issue and possible solutions:
Delphi 2010 always uses the TdxPNGImage class for loading PNG images (this corrupts form streaming)
I have tested and it works.
I am creating custom code snippet templates using DevExpress' CodeRush.
Is there anyway for me to be able to see available Templates through Intellisense so I don't have to memorize the names of all of the templates that I want to create?
You can use the CodeRush Training tool window for this purpose. Just dock it to the appropriate position (e.g. to the left side of the Visual Studio IDE) and see what code snippet templates it suggests. The window is context sensitive, so only appropriate code templates suggestions are made. I assume that after some time you will remember all useful templates you will work with.
What I ended up doing was I created visual studio snippets with the same name as the CodeRush templates in question. This allowed me to have the intellisense popup when I started to type the name of the template (b/c Visual Studio thought I was using a snippet) and then I can just hit the hotkey to use the CodeRush template.
This is probably a very basic question, but how does one enable the actionscript documentation to appear properly in Eclipse? For example, if you hover over addChild, the ASDoc view brings up the class hierarchy with flash.display.DisplayObjectContainer.addChild(child:DisplayObject):DisplayObject, but does not give any of the details, descriptive text, parameters, etc. If I write my own documentation using the /** */ format, it does appear in there. What have I done wrong? :P
I'm using the Helios version of Eclipse with Flash Builder 4. Thanks!
If you are talking about something like following:
then, it is available in Flash Builder. You might want to try it.
