Composite C1 - nopCommerce integration - nopcommerce

I am following the step by step instructions (http://docs.composite.net/Packages/Commerce/NopCommerce) for integrating the nopCommerce module into the Composite C1 CMS but have been halted when trying to perform step 2 when converting the files.
"Run the Composite.Commerce.nopCommerce.Convertor.exe from the command prompt redirecting its output to Handlers.xml like this:
C:\nopFiles\Composite.Commerce.nopCommerce.Convertor.exe > Handlers.xml"
When I try to do this I receive an "Access is denied" message and the process does not run. Has anyone else experienced this issue when trying to integrate the two?

TGuimond,
please try run CMD as Administrator, and than from CMD run your command "C:\nopFiles\Composite.Commerce.nopCommerce.Convertor.exe > Handlers.xml"

Mlflow not running on machine

Please I am trying to run mlflow code in R after having installed it. However, after loading the library with library(mlflow) and I run mlflow_log_params("foo",42) I get the error message below printed in my console:
Error in rethrow_call(c_processx_exec, command, c(command, args), pty, :
Command 'C:/Users/IFEANYI/AppData/Local/r-miniconda/envs/r-mlflow-1.19.0/mlflow' not found #win/processx.c:982 (processx_exec)
I also get the same error message when I run mlflow_ui(). Please was there something I ought to have done during installation failure of which is affecting its functionality? Do I need to install and load the processx library in order for mlflow to run on my Windows10 machine? I really hope I can get advice to help me because I want to use mlflow in my machine learning projects. Thanks in advance of your generous help.
The error should disappear when setting MLFLOW_BIN system variable (Windows) to mlflow cli executable : "....conda\envs\r-mlflow-1.24.0\Scripts\mlflow.exe".
If it works please mark the problem as resolved.
Unfortunately, you will get next error "Error in wait_for(function() mlflow_rest("experiments", "list", client = client)" for which I cannot find the solution

Rcpp debug in Rstudio with lldb

The Jim Hester YouTube video video looks like a potentially really helpful way to put breakpoints in Rcpp code that passes some variables in unexpected ways. However, when I follow the start up directions (Rstudio console copied below) it fails with a message that is not helpful to a new user of lldb.
gcn#GCN-MacBook-Pro-7 ISIMIPData % R -d lldb
(lldb) target create "/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/bin/exec/R"
Current executable set to '/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/bin/exec/R' (x86_64).
(lldb) run
error: process exited with status -1 (attach failed (Not allowed to attach to process. Look in the console messages (Console.app), near the debugserver entries when the attached failed. The subsystem that denied the attach permission will likely have logged an informative message about why it was denied.))
(lldb)
The Console.app output that I could find is not very useful.
A later post post describes an updated process but it too fails in a similar way. I'm using Rstudio version 1.4.1717 with R version 4.1.

Installing SQL Server R Services - error

I'm trying to Install SQL Server R Services. I'm using SQL SERVER 2016 RC1. I'm following this step by step tutorial https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt604883.aspx Everything seems to install ok, but I get the following error when testing an R script.
Msg 39021, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Unable to launch runtime for 'R' script. Please check the configuration of the 'R' runtime.
Msg 39019, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
An external script error occurred:
Unable to launch the runtime. ErrorCode 0x80070490: 1168(Element not found.).
Msg 11536, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
EXECUTE statement failed because its WITH RESULT SETS clause specified 1 result set(s), but the statement only sent 0 result set(s) at run time.
I'm using the following code:
exec sp_execute_external_script #language =N'r',
#script=N'OutputDataSet<-InputDataSet',
#input_data_1 =N'select 1 as hello'
with result sets (([hello] int not null));
go
Any ideas as to what may be going wrong?
Thank You
I had the same issue initially. I had mistakenly skipped the post-installation steps, specifically the step to register the R runtime with SQL Server. See MSDN post: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt590536.aspx
Try to uninstall using RegisterRext first and then install. Only this worked for me:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\130\R_SERVER\library\RevoScaleR\rxLibs\x64\RegisterRExt" /uninstall
Then
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\130\R_SERVER\library\RevoScaleR\rxLibs\x64\RegisterRExt" /install
set User Account Control to never notify when apps try to install software or make changes to your computer.

Rserve setting for connect to Tableau

This is the first time I have tried to connect R and Tableau.
I have downloaded and installed Rserve successfully but every time I try to start Rserve is get this warning:
Starting Rserve...
"C:\Users\SIMON~1.HAR\DOCUME~1\R\WIN-LI~1\3.1\Rserve\libs\x64\Rserve.exe"
Warning message:
running command '"C:\Users\SIMON~1.HAR\DOCUME~1\R\WIN-LI~1\3.1\Rserve\libs\x64\Rserve.exe" ' had status 127
I have been searching for days and couldn't find any fix.
The Rserve() function is trying to start an application (Rserve.exe) and failed. There's a couple of things you can do.
Go to the "C:\Users\SIMON~1.HAR\DOCUME~1\R\WIN-LI~1\3.1\Rserve\libs\x64\" file directory and try loading the exe yourself, troubleshoot from there.
use the run.Rserve() function instead of Rserve(). This will use your current R session to start the Rserve server. This means the exe doesn't need to be run. This worked well for me because I am working in an environment where I don't enough privileges to run the exe. It does mean that your R session can't do anything else while the server is running, but you can always load up 2 sessions at the same time.

Running command had status 1

I've tried to run command in R 2.15.2
rsaga.geoprocessor(lib="ta_channels", module=0, param=list(ELEVATION="DEMflt.sgrd", CHNLNTWRK=paste("channels", i, ".sgrd", sep=""), CHNLROUTE="channel_route.sgrd", SHAPES="channels.shp", INIT_GRID="DEMflt.sgrd", DIV_CELLS=3, MINLEN=40), show.output.on.console=FALSE)
and I'm constantly getting this warning:
Warning message:
running command '"C:/Users/Nenad/Documents/R/win-library/2.15/RSAGA/SAGA-GIS/saga_cmd.exe" ta_preprocessor 2 -DEM "DEM1.sgrd" -RESULT "DEMflt.sgrd" -MINSLOPE "0.05"' had status 1
I use windows 8 and also tried to ran R as admin.
Any idea what is the problem? Thanks!
Idk how actual it is, but I've been struggling with "had status 1" warning a lot. Especially it got really annoying when I tried to use seasonal package to conduct the X13-ARIMA-SEATS seasonal decomposition of time series. The seasonal::seas command just didn't work, because in the code of this command there is a stop condition when running a certain stuff with cmd.exe returns non-zero status. While, as it was mentioned before, 'status 1' doesn't prevent command execution, in case of seasonal package it does.
The problem in my case was caused by some mistake in Windows Registry (Win 10), that in turn caused warning System cannot find the path specified when launching CMD.exe or PowerShell, which caused warning inside R as well. So to fix it:
Press Win+R -> regedit
In HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Command Processor folder clean the value of Autorun record (it should be empty)
Do the same for Autorun in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Command Processor
After these actions annoying warning with "has status 1" has gone and seasonal::seas started to work perfectly.
Hope it will be usefull for somebody.
Running system commands from R can be really tricky. In my experience, as long as the exit code is not 127 then the command did run, and you could use the intern=TRUE switch in the system command for a more verbose output. If you run the command again, the warning message could contain a errmsg attribute as well for some more info. hth
